Synopsis

Fu Jianxu, a socially anxious food blogger, transmigrated into a farming novel as the female lead’s neighbor.

The original owner was a clingy woman who harassed the novel’s female supporting character, seduced the village widow, and married the story’s most vicious female antagonist. Despite being strong and healthy, she was lazy and idle, constantly beating and verbally abusing Ji Xiaoyu, the young wife her mother had arranged for her on her deathbed. This daily torment successfully drove the vicious female supporting character to become blackened.

Fu Jianxu stared at the dilapidated mud hut, the money jar containing only six copper coins, and Ji Xiaoyu, whose arms were bruised, body as thin as a hemp stalk, and who trembled violently when she called her Wife-Master.

Great heavens! Is this hell mode right from the start?!

Fu Jianxu watched the future wife-killing vicious female supporting character tremble in fear. But right now, the vicious female supporting character was just a pitiful little thing, so hungry her stomach cramped, yet too afraid to even sit at the table to eat. Her heart softened.

Operation Raise the Cub—Initiate!

Fu Jianxu rolled up her sleeves, determined to overcome her social anxiety and go out to earn money to support her cub.

Initially, Fu Jianxu only wanted to ensure they had enough to eat, fattening up the villainess’s frail frame. Once that was accomplished, she planned to gracefully withdraw, divorce her, and set this little eagle free to soar.

However, as the girl’s bean sprout-like figure gradually plumped up and her fox-like eyes sparkled with newfound vitality, Fu Jianxu was horrified to discover that the roots of this seemingly pure white flower had long since turned black!

Later, Fu Ji Food Shop became renowned throughout the canal docks.

In public, the charismatic proprietress Ji Xiaoyu, skilled in social graces, charmed everyone with her impeccable manners.

In private, if Fu Jianxu so much as exchanged an extra word with the villainess, the latter would retaliate fiercely that night, tears welling in her eyes. Sister, you were the one who loved me first! You’re not allowed to divorce me…

Fu Jianxu ! Staring at the black lotus she had nurtured, now diligently working on her body, she could only sigh helplessly.

What else could she do? A wife she had raised herself—she would coax her even on her knees!

What do you do when you’ve raised your cub astray? Urgent! Waiting for answers online!
