After a One-Night Stand with a Seductive Bad Woman - Chapter 2
Sheng Shubai raised an eyebrow in surprise.
Having lived past thirty and seen countless faces in bars, she had encountered countless women making overt and subtle advances.
She never expected this naive-looking student before her, who clearly lacked worldly experience, to make such a blunt proposition upon their first meeting.
She’s definitely asking the wrong person.
Sheng Shubai chuckled, assuming Lu Jia was too drunk to think straight. “Little sister, do you even know what you’re saying?”
Lu Jia’s eyes were watery, but her logic remained surprisingly clear.
She quickly explained her reasons, carefully choosing her words. “So, would you be willing to… do it with me?”
The last word was spoken so softly that it would have been barely audible if they weren’t standing so close.
A graduation project?
What a novel pickup line, Sheng Shubai thought. I’ve never heard anything like it before.
She curled her lips into a smile, studying the well-behaved little white rabbit before her. She had to admit, she was intrigued.
Not because of the reason itself, but…
Seeing the woman’s lingering silence and the way her gaze lingered on her, sweeping up and down her body, Lu Jia felt an inexplicable unease.
Forcing herself to remain calm, she quickly added, “If you’re willing, I’ll agree to any conditions.”
“Conditions?”
Sheng Shubai’s voice was languid as her gaze settled on the girl’s slender, pale neck. She repeated slowly, “Anything I want? Anything at all?”
Lu Jia thought that as long as the conditions weren’t too outlandish, she could afford any material compensation.
She nodded. “Yes.”
In the next moment, Sheng Shubai grasped her wrist. The grip wasn’t tight, just enough to encircle her wrist bone, signaling Lu Jia to follow her out.
“Huh?”
Lu Jia trailed after her, step for step, unsure of what the woman intended.
“To the hotel, of course.”
Hearing Lu Jia’s confusion, Sheng Shubai stopped and leaned in close. The intimate warmth brushed against Lu Jia’s ear, sending a soft shiver down her spine.
“Didn’t you say—you’d do it?”
In the brightly lit hotel room, Sheng Shubai leaned casually against the desk, watching the girl before her with amusement.
Contrary to the expected seductive scene, Lu Jia was pulling items from her backpack one by one:
“This is my student ID, these are the first two printed drafts of my graduation project, and this is…”
When Lu Jia produced a medical examination report and offered it to her, Sheng Shubai rubbed her temples and chuckled helplessly. “You’re quite well-prepared.”
This was also her first time progressing this far with someone.
But were all young people these days so meticulous?
Sheng Shubai didn’t understand, but she respected it.
“Should I get a checkup report for you too?”
Lu Jia glanced down at the student ID lying on the table, not bothering to open it. When she saw the name “M University,” her eyebrows lifted slightly.
This business trip had brought her here because the Academy of Fine Arts at M University was hosting a watercolor exhibition, and an old friend had invited her to serve as a consulting advisor.
After a moment’s thought, Lu Jia shook her head. “No need to trouble yourself.”
It’s just for one night, she reasoned. We probably won’t see each other again after this.
Besides, I was the one who invited her. It should… be fine.
“Miss Sheng, do you have any other questions?”
They had already exchanged names, but Lu Jia wasn’t sure how to address the woman appropriately.
Judging by her appearance, Sheng Shubai was probably a few years older. Calling her by her full name felt too formal, and she couldn’t think of anything else to say.
“Yes.”
Sheng Shubai rolled up the checkup report and pressed one end of the paper tube against Lu Jia’s chin. Lu Jia instinctively tilted her head back, meeting Sheng Shubai’s gaze.
The woman’s thin lips parted slightly. “Can I kiss you?”
Lu Jia swallowed hard.
According to the romance movies I’ve seen, she thought, this might make her more… aroused. That way, I can observe her more closely later.
After a few seconds of hesitation, Lu Jia nodded. “Yes.”
Even as she was pressed against the bathroom mirror, Lu Jia remained dazed and disoriented.
“W-wait a minute,” she stammered, bracing herself against the cool porcelain of the sink. The cold touch momentarily restored a sliver of clarity.
Before anything could begin, she struggled backward, pressing against Sheng Shubai’s hand. “Miss Sheng, shouldn’t… I be the one doing this?”
And why here?
According to the scene in the painting, shouldn’t they be in the bedroom?
Sheng Shubai’s fingertip traced down Lu Jia’s spine, lingering at the delicate hollow of her lower back. Her right hand circled around Lu Jia’s neck, lifting her chin to face the mirror.
“To capture the nuances of the atmosphere you described, wouldn’t experiencing it firsthand—rather than merely observing someone else—allow you to grasp the subtle differences more deeply?”
Her voice, soft and persuasive, continued:
“Looking in the mirror will allow you to observe more clearly. Don’t you agree?”
Breathless from the kiss, Lu Jia struggled to regain her composure, weighing the validity of Sheng Shubai’s words. After a moment’s hesitation, she nodded.
“Then, wouldn’t using a more intimate term of endearment make it easier to immerse yourself in the emotion?”
The seductive tone returned, like the gentle, rhythmic lapping of waves.
Lu Jia’s thoughts were in disarray, but she remembered Sheng Shubai’s earlier words. “Then… what should I call you?”
A soft, enigmatic chuckle rippled through the air.
Pressed backward by the woman’s touch, Lu Jia leaned back involuntarily. Then, the lingering cadence of Sheng Shubai’s voice drifted into her ear:
“Just call me…Â Jiejie.”
The next morning, Sheng Shubai was jolted awake by a notification on her phone.
Her eyes flew open, and she instantly snapped fully awake at the sight of a figure standing beside her bed.
“Up so early?”
Having slept late the previous night, Sheng Shubai sat up and glanced at Lu Jia, who was already fully dressed. “Are you heading back to school?” she asked with concern.
The strap of her nightgown had slipped halfway off her shoulder, revealing several fresh, crimson marks.
Sheng Shubai didn’t seem to notice, but Lu Jia awkwardly averted her gaze.
Just above the woman’s heart lay a striking cinnabar mole.
Lu Jia had been unable to resist glancing at it repeatedly the night before, her eyes lingering longingly.
Now, the skin around the mole was mottled with varying shades of red—all from her own bites.
“What’s that you’re holding?” Sheng Shubai tilted her chin toward Lu Jia’s right hand, which was hidden behind her back.
When she had first woken up, she had seen the girl about to place something on the bedside table before suddenly jerking back and concealing it.
When Lu Jia hesitantly handed it over, Sheng Shubai saw the contents of the paper and nearly laughed in exasperation.
“A check?”
She raised her eyes again. “Is this what you meant by ‘conditions’?”
The word was emphasized with drawn-out emphasis, making Lu Jia feel even more guilty.
She had been unsure how to compensate the woman. Before falling asleep, she had asked Sheng Shubai, who insisted they were even and that no further payment was necessary.
After much deliberation, Lu Jia still felt uneasy.
So, in addition to leaving the check, she stuck a sticky note on the back with her contact information.
If Sheng Shubai felt it wasn’t enough, she could contact Lu Jia, who was willing to offer further compensation.
Seeing the woman’s exasperated expression, Lu Jia finally realized the awkwardness of her actions.
“I… this doesn’t count. Miss Sheng can ask for anything she wants.”
Sheng Shubai shot her a sidelong glance but remained silent.
The sticky note was peeled off the back of the check and tossed aside, followed by the sound of paper tearing.
Lu Jia lowered her gaze, watching as the woman tore the check into shreds, not daring to make a sound.
“Go throw it away,” Sheng Shubai said in a flat, emotionless tone.
Lu Jia quickly held out her hand, letting Sheng Shubai scatter the shredded paper into her palm. The woman even jabbed her fingertips into Lu Jia’s palm, as if venting her anger.
Fortunately, Sheng Shubai’s nails were neatly trimmed, so it didn’t hurt.
Lu Jia hurried to the trash can on the other side of the room. Pausing when she saw it was nearly overflowing with crumpled white paper balls, she realized even more how excessive her actions had been.
After what they had shared last night, waking up this morning and trying to leave with a check was even more melodramatic than the most cliché plots in old-fashioned novels.
When she returned to Sheng Shubai’s side, Lu Jia waited quietly for the woman to speak.
Sheng Shubai asked, “Change the condition? Anything?”
“Ten conditions, if you like,” Lu Jia replied, her sincerity unmistakable.
Sheng Shubai crooked her finger, gesturing for Lu Jia to lean closer.
The woman slowly unbuttoned Lu Jia’s shirt, revealing several kiss marks below her collarbone. Sheng Shubai’s fingertip traced the darkest mark, pressing down lightly.
Lu Jia flinched, involuntarily recalling the… sensation of being kissed there. She clenched her fingers, suppressing the sound that nearly escaped her lips.
“Come back tonight. But this time, you won’t have the chance to take the initiative. I’ll be the one in control.”
Sheng Shubai’s peach-blossom eyes lifted, catching the faint flush creeping up Lu Jia’s earlobes. Yet the girl nodded in agreement.
Sheng Shubai’s mood brightened slightly, and a smile tugged at her lips.
She released Lu Jia’s collarbone and gently patted the girl’s cheek, her tone as coaxing as the night before. “Such a good girl, Little Sister Lu.”
After spending a night together, Sheng Shubai had a rough understanding of Lu Jia’s personality.
Realizing the girl hadn’t meant to offend her, Sheng Shubai decided to let it go.
“Alright, this hotel has a decent breakfast. If you’re not in a rush, why don’t we eat together before you head back to school?”
Since Sheng Shubai suggested it, Lu Jia readily agreed.
She didn’t have any urgent plans for the day anyway.
Lu Jia had woken up early, partly due to her biological clock and partly because she had originally planned to run away.
But now, she would follow Sheng Shubai’s lead, no matter what.
It wasn’t just about sharing breakfast; if the woman had asked to… consume her, Lu Jia would have willingly submitted.
The hotel was luxurious, and the breakfast was indeed delicious.
During their casual conversation, Sheng Shubai mentioned she was here on a business trip for a few days. Lu Jia suddenly realized:Â No wonder there was no check-in process last night. Instead, I just re-registered my information, and the room already showed signs of occupancy.
Halfway through their meal, Sheng Shubai received a phone call and said she had to leave for urgent matters.
Lu Jia tucked away the room key Sheng Shubai handed her and continued eating her steaming bowl of shredded pork noodle soup. Moments later, her phone screen lit up with a new friend request.
She tapped to open it. The nickname was simply “Sheng,” and the profile picture showed a woman in sunglasses, posing sideways against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains.
Judging by the silhouette, it was likely a photo of Sheng Shubai herself.
Lu Jia scrutinized the woman’s facial structure in the photo, her gaze tracing from forehead to jawline. Her thoughts drifted off track several times.
Once, it was her nose.
During their kisses last night, Lu Jia hadn’t known to tilt her head. After several clumsy collisions, Sheng Shubai had rubbed her nose tip and glared at her playfully.
Another time, it was her lip.
Just now, as Sheng Shubai got up to wash her face, she sighed at the mirror, complaining that Lu Jia had bitten her lip hard enough to draw bl00d, making her favorite lipsticks temporarily unusable.
Lu Jia’s hand froze halfway through picking up a strand of noodles. Could it be that Sheng Shubai forbade me from initiating tonight because my clumsy technique last night hurt her?
That can’t be right.
Sheng Shubai had clearly been just as aroused, her voice never faltering, and her grip on Lu Jia’s arm had been painfully tight.
Just then, a message popped up on her phone:
You were exhausted last night. If you’re not busy, you can go back to your room and catch up on sleep. I’ve told the front desk to wait until after noon to clean.
Having just parted, there was no need for polite formalities.
Lu Jia had always been direct, and she was genuinely curious:
Miss Sheng, I have a question.
Is my technique really that bad?
