After a One-Night Stand with a Seductive Bad Woman - Chapter 20
Lu Jia lowered her head, picked up another bottle of mineral water, and effortlessly twisted it open.
The cool liquid slid from her mouth down her throat, feeling even colder than the pool water she had just been swimming in. The chill seemed to sharpen her thoughts.
“Either is fine,” she said.
Sheng Shubai smiled, unsurprised by Lu Jia’s reaction.
She guessed that given Lu Jia’s Woody-like personality, both types of relationships would seem equally logical and acceptable, neither requiring a definitive answer. She simply shifted the conversation to another topic without dwelling on it.
Evening soon arrived.
Though the villa was located in the suburbs, delivery services were still available. The woman held up her phone to Lu Jia. “Just order whatever you want. The restaurant will deliver it directly.”
Lu Jia hadn’t been here often, so aside from staples like rice and noodles, there were no fresh ingredients in the kitchen.
After a moment’s thought, Lu Jia named two dishes.
The restaurant was quick. The delivery driver rang the doorbell at the front gate just as dusk was settling.
“The scenery here is beautiful,” Lu Jia said, descending the stairs from the second floor after her shower, wearing one of Sheng Shubai’s nightgowns. “It’s just that the occupancy rate seems quite low.”
Those who could afford villas here undoubtedly owned multiple properties. Like Sheng Shubai, most only came occasionally to relax for a few days.
Apart from the neatly aligned streetlights, few interior lights shone in the villa district, leaving the neighboring houses in complete darkness.
Lu Jia descended the stairs and glanced casually through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the distance stretched a mountain range, veiled in a soft, hazy night. By day, the view was lush with vibrant greenery, but now, under the moonlight, it seemed even more profound, evoking a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
She murmured a few appreciative comments about the beautiful scenery, a rare sight in downtown C City.
Little did she know that just two hours later, Sheng Shubai would be holding her against that very window, forcing her to meticulously admire the distant mountain nightscape.
Her nightgown had been replaced with her daytime swimsuit, its ties easily undone at the small of her back.
Outside, the moon shone brightly; inside, the warm glow of the living room lights bathed the space in a soft, inviting light.
Last time, they had been in the city center, with its dazzling nightscape. This time, they were on the outskirts.
In the city, the brilliant lights outside had obscured much of the reflection on the glass. But here, apart from the gentle moonlight, the only light source came from within—or rather, from behind her.
This meant that Lu Jia could see her reflection on the glass with perfect clarity, almost as if she were looking in a mirror.
Her earlobe was gently nipped, and Lu Jia flinched, leaning back into the woman’s embrace. “Miss Sheng, please… take it slow.”
Her knees, pale with a hint of pink, bore two rounded red marks from the pressure.
Sheng Shubai clicked her tongue softly, reached for another cushion, and placed it under Lu Jia’s knees. “Don’t force yourself if you can’t kneel any longer.”
It’s not that I can’t kneel, Lu Jia thought. The force entering me is layered and continuous, making my waist feel weak.
Lying back on the blanket, she finally had a moment to rest.
And finally, she didn’t have to face her reflection in the glass or… the night view she had praised earlier.
Just as she began to relax, Lu Jia let out a sigh of relief.
For the past half-hour, the distant mountains had blurred into dark, inky shadows, making it nearly impossible to distinguish the horizon from the mountain peaks. Only the rustling tree shadows nearby and the constant murmur of the stream beside her remained clear.
Even though she knew it was one-way glass and had seen her reflection in it countless times before, she had never been forced to admire the scenery so intently through the floor-to-ceiling window.
The discomfort of being forced to scrutinize her reflection mingled with the disorienting illusion of being exposed to the vastness of the sky and earth.
She dared not dwell on it, even for a moment.
Sheng Shubai, well aware of Lu Jia’s physical limits, lowered her gaze and placed a hand on the girl’s lower back, massaging her waist. “Are you uncomfortable?”
Lu Jia nodded, shifting her waist. “It’s okay, just a little sore.”
With a cushion supporting her lower back, she tilted her head back and gazed at the warm-toned spotlight, its unfamiliar brightness causing her to squint.
The woman’s lips were so soft, tracing every inch of her skin. When she deepened the kiss, Lu Jia’s mouth opened effortlessly, welcoming her.
Her palm rested on Sheng Shubai’s nape, her fingertips inadvertently catching a strand of long hair. The texture was smooth and silky, but she was too absorbed to notice.
All her focus and the accumulated sensations tightened her slender, pale feet, her toes curling against the blanket.
The blanket was clearly no longer suitable for lying on.
Sheng Shubai lowered her head to look at Lu Jia, feeling like a considerate bed partner. She asked softly, “Want another kiss?”
In the next moment, Lu Jia had hooked her arm around Sheng Shubai’s neck, pressing her lips forward.
A muffled “Yes” escaped between their mouths.
Sheng Shubai paused briefly before returning the kiss. Her jawline, still glistening with the dampness from their earlier encounter, was slowly licked clean by Lu Jia.
It was rare for Lu Jia to initiate kisses so boldly.
Sheng Shubai closed her eyes lightly, her lashes trembling slightly from the angle hidden from the woman beneath her.
They finally broke apart when their breaths were nearly exhausted.
Neither of them felt anything was amiss. It was just comforting, something they did regularly.
“Shall I carry you to the bathroom to wash up?”
Sheng Shubai retrieved the nightgown she had draped over the sofa, unfolded it, and handed it to Lu Jia. “Want to change into this first? I’ll get you a fresh one later.”
It was a pity, really. Most of Lu Jia’s nightgowns were made of minimal fabric, and she had deliberately chosen one that was easy to slip on and off for the evening.
But before they started, the girl had asked if she wanted to see her swimsuit.
Sheng Shubai naturally did.
And she wanted Lu Jia to change in front of her.
So the prepared nightgown remained unused.
Sheng Shubai carried Lu Jia into the bathroom and turned to head to the guest room for her own shower—she needed to clean up too.
“Next week, I’m going to Z City for an exhibition. Director Rong and another professor are taking us. We’ll be gone for about six or seven days.”
Just as she reached for the bathroom door handle, Lu Jia gripped her wrist.
Sheng Shubai turned back. “Hmm?”
Her cheeks still flushed faintly, the girl’s eyes glistened. She bit her lip and asked softly, “So… we might not be able to fulfill the contract next week.”
Sheng Shubai raised an eyebrow, looking at her without immediately responding.
Lu Jia hesitated for a few seconds before continuing, “Or… how about I give you those two sessions in advance?”
By the time she returned, it would be around their menstrual cycle.
Having to break their agreement for half a month made Lu Jia feel deeply guilty.
Since signing the contract, they had diligently kept to their promise of two sessions per week, often exceeding that number by nearly double.
Even when Sheng Shubai traveled out of town or province, it was only for two or three days, never a full week.
Now, Lu Jia was the one who had to leave for so long. She worried about adjusting to the change and feared that such a prolonged absence would be unfair to Sheng Shubai.
Sheng Shubai smiled knowingly, her tone ambiguous. “And if we can meet next week, will those advanced sessions still count?”
Lu Jia paused.
She didn’t know exactly how many days she’d be gone. Director Rong had said at most a week, but she might return a day or two early.
True to her contractual spirit, she shook her head. “If we can meet then, tonight doesn’t count.”
“Then it’s settled.”
Sheng Shubai untied the sash of Lu Jia’s nightgown, the soft fabric slipping off her shoulders. “As for next week… we’ll see when the time comes.”
