- Chapter 16 - You want to go back to your parents' home? Tell me your reason first. I'm going to call the police!
This was the fifth night in a row.
Damn it, these two wolves have no restraint after marriage. If I had known, I should have suffocated them to death first!
Bai Zixin really didn’t know what women on this planet were like. Were they all built so strong?
She walked out of the bathroom, her long wet hair falling over her shoulders. She wore a soft pink nightgown, the hem brushing mid-thigh, making her look as if she had just been scooped from candy—so sweet she seemed to glow.
She had planned to act cool. After all, it had already been five nights in a row… really, too shameless.
But the moment she looked up, she froze.
Gao Muting was sitting on the edge of the bed, hands folded on his knees, posture calm—like a soldier ready to interrogate a prisoner.
Ye Yibai leaned against the headboard, his shirt half-open, lazily wiping his fingers as if preparing to serve tea.
“You… what are you two doing?” she asked, stepping back instinctively, her alertness rising to its peak.
Gao Muting’s voice was calm as ever. “What? Didn’t you say we could kiss tonight?”
Ye Yibai’s tone was soft, harmless on the surface but even more dangerous. “We are simply keeping our promise. You can choose where to start—face, forehead, collarbone…” His hands, however, were already eager to undo buttons.
Bai Zixin’s eyes trembled, the tips of her ears burning red. “You… you two… don’t go too far!”
Before she could finish, Gao Muting had already pulled her into his arms and seated her on his lap.
Ye Yibai leaned close to her ear, his breath tickling. “We are very good. Just a kiss will be enough.”
But where was it just a kiss?
That night, the moon hid shyly behind the clouds, the stars closed their eyes, and even the clocks seemed to stop ticking.
The next morning, Bai Zixin curled up inside the quilt, only her hair showing, her face buried in the pillow. She kicked her feet and muttered under her breath:
“Perverts… two big perverts… wolves… Didn’t I say just a kiss? You two turned it into a full-course meal with dessert!”
Her voice was angry, but soft and weak, like a kitten already kneaded to pieces.
Gao Muting, now dressed in his military uniform, buttoned it with calm precision. His voice was steady, unreadable. “You said last night that we could kiss you until you were satisfied. We only did as you asked.”
Ye Yibai sat beside the bed, gently combing her hair with his fingers. His tone was gentler than the morning light. “Xinxin… I like you so much.”
Bai Zixin groaned. “If you keep saying things like that, I’ll… I’ll go back to my parents’ house!”
She pushed the quilt aside, suddenly full of energy, and jumped off the bed as if ready to storm out.
But Gao Muting raised his eyes slowly, his voice unhurried. “Then tell me—how exactly will you explain to your parents why you came back home?”
Ye Yibai added with a harmless smile, “We made you cry out so loudly last night. Would they think you came back… to report your victory?”
“………………”
Bai Zixin’s entire body went red—her face, her neck, down to her toes—like shrimp balls fresh out of the hot pot.
She grabbed a pillow and threw it at Ye Yibai. “Shut up! This is so embarrassing!”
The pillow landed on Gao Muting’s shoulder instead. He caught it without moving, one brow slightly raised. “Don’t be angry. Tonight, you can take the lead. How about that?”
Ye Yibai smiled, leaning closer. “We’ll both obey you. Whoever doesn’t cooperate will kneel on the keyboard. Do you want to… start with a kiss first to set the rules?”
Bai Zixin held her head in her hands, torn between laughter and tears. “I… I want to move out! Give me back my peaceful life!”
She turned to rush for the door, but Gao Muting caught her waist and pulled her back to the bed.
Ye Yibai locked the door with a click, then said politely, “We’ll be gentle. Just one kiss. Of course… if you’re satisfied, you won’t mind a little more.”
Bai Zixin gasped. “You two are liars! I’m calling the police!”
Gao Muting kissed her firmly, his low voice brushing against her lips. “Before you call the police, remember to sign the kissing agreement for tonight.”
