After being banished by the hero, I decided to join another party – the revival of the legendary hero's team! However, the seductive heroine in her thirties clad in a bikini armor has a mysterious reason why she can't fight! - Episode 14
The day after contacting the adventurer’s guild, Olga came to the inn.
“Pleased to meet you. My name is Olga. I look forward to working with you,” she said with a polite smile.
She was just as stunning as her Fotran profile suggested. Her pale blonde hair, slightly upturned eyes, and poised demeanor embodied the perfect image of a noblewoman, almost like the villainous characters from stories in my past life.
Olga was breathtaking. Her figure rivaled Aisha’s, her ample curves drawing attention. Her waist was slender, and her porcelain skin was almost radiant, untouched by the sun despite her profession. Even under today’s harsh sunlight, her skin had only a faint blush.
Her outfit, while less revealing than Aisha’s bikini armor, exposed her midriff and thighs. She wore a silver light armor, and strapped to her back were two massive, scythe-like weapons that exuded danger.
“Nice to meet you,” I managed to reply.
“Fudra, are you nervous?” Aisha teased. “This is Olga. Olga, this is Fudra. You two can take it from here.”
Aisha’s casual remark didn’t make things easier. What was I supposed to say?
“So, about joining the party, am I in?” Olga asked, tilting her head slightly.
“That’s up to Fudra,” Aisha replied. “I’m all for it.”
Aisha’s gaze turned to me, full of expectation. Was this her way of encouraging me to make a decision?
“Olga, our party, Idra, is essentially a husband-and-wife team. To be honest, we haven’t done much since forming it. We’re not active adventurers, and we haven’t taken on any quests or hunts yet.”
“I understand,” Olga replied calmly.
“So, if you’re looking for fame or adventure, we’re probably not the right fit.”
“I understand that as well,” she said, her tone steady.
That was surprising. Most adventurers wouldn’t seek out a party like ours.
“Then why are you interested in joining Idra?” I asked.
“Well,” Olga began, “seeing Aisha’s life made me envious. I thought, if I could have a loving life like that, it would be wonderful.”
Her answer was unexpected. With her beauty and presence, I imagined she’d be surrounded by admirers, living a glamorous life. Why would she envy us?
“Olga, from my perspective, you’re stunning. Why choose us?” I couldn’t help but ask.
“Oh my, you think I’m beautiful, Fudra? In that case, how about taking me on as a concubine?” she teased, her smile dazzling.
Her beauty was almost overwhelming, but her response felt like she was avoiding the question.
“Um, I’m serious,” I pressed.
“Oh, Fudra,” Aisha interjected, “Olga has a complicated history. She’s willing to show you, but it’s something you need to see for yourself to understand.”
Olga’s cheerful demeanor faltered for a moment, replaced by a subtle sadness.
“Yes, it’s best to show you,” Olga agreed quietly, though her tone betrayed a hint of reluctance.
To demonstrate Olga’s situation, Aisha insisted on taking a bandit extermination quest. Now, we stood near a village overrun by thieves. I was still puzzled why bandits were necessary instead of monsters.
“This isn’t something I like to show,” Olga said solemnly, “but it’s necessary.”
“I understand,” Aisha replied.
Both women were dead serious. I had no idea what to expect.
“Listen carefully, Fudra,” Aisha instructed. “Once Olga starts, stay far away. Don’t get close under any circumstances.”
“What about support?” I asked.
“No. Anyone who gets near her will die.”
“Understood.”
“Alright, here I go!” Olga shouted as she charged into the bandit stronghold alone.
“Ahahahaha! Die, die, dieeeee!” Olga’s laughter echoed through the village.
Her massive scythes swung with terrifying precision, cleaving through bandits like paper. Heads rolled, bodies split apart, and bl00d painted the ground in a gruesome display.
“Ahahaha! Die, die, dieeeee!”
The carnage was stomach-churning. It was a scene straight out of a horror movie.
“Aisha, what’s happening?” I asked, horrified.
“That’s Olga’s berserker state. Once she enters it, she loses all sense of friend or foe and attacks everything near her. That’s why I told you to stay back.”
Her combat prowess was undeniable, but the sight was chilling.
“Ahahahaha! Die, die, dieeeee!” Olga’s maniacal laughter continued as she danced through the bandits, her scythes leaving destruction in their wake.
“Her skills are impressive, but this is her problem,” Aisha explained. “She can’t control herself in this state. It’s dangerous for anyone to be near her.”
“What’s causing this?” I asked.
“It’s her berserker skill. It’s incredibly powerful but uncontrollable. That’s why she’s had so many incidents,” Aisha said. “During an orc king hunt, she was used as bait and abandoned. She survived by killing the orcs—and her party. While justified, her reputation took a massive hit. It happened multiple times, and eventually, no one wanted to team up with her.”
“Ahahaha! Die, die, dieeeee!”
“Once, she returned to town drenched in bl00d, carrying several bandit heads. Stories like that spread quickly, and now she’s feared.”
“I see… That explains a lot.”
“Yes. She saved my life during a similar situation. Without her testimony, I’d still be in prison. I owe her everything,” Aisha said earnestly. “I can’t force you, but could we take her in?”
“And the concubine idea?” I asked hesitantly.
“If that’s what it takes,” Aisha said softly.
Her sincerity was clear. Could I do this? Should I?
