Lin Ning didn’t know why Lu Hejing still left after she called her.
Was she angry?
Lin Ning’s dizzy head couldn’t comprehend, so naturally, she couldn’t think.
But Lu Hejing had already left, and she had no choice but to go in by herself. She had wanted Lu Hejing to help her, and she had even obediently called her, but now she still had to walk on her own.
Lu Hejing went into her room after getting upstairs, slamming the door shut with a bang, as if letting out her anger.
At this moment, Lin Ning had just reached the downstairs living room. The loud bang of the door startled her, making her almost fall to the ground.
But that sound also made her realize that Lu Hejing was indeed angry; otherwise, why would she slam the door?
Worried that Lu Hejing was angry, Lin Ning painstakingly climbed the stairs, then wobbled to Lu Hejing’s door, leaning against it and knocking, wanting to apologize to Lu Hejing.

Lu Hejing heard it clearly.
She didn’t know what was wrong with her; she had slammed the door for no reason, but to call that emotion anger didn’t quite fit.
It was an emotion she had never experienced before, filling her chest and making her feel somewhat at a loss. It was like embarrassment, like shyness, and a bit like mortified anger. In short, these mixed emotions made her feel very uncomfortable.
She hadn’t even sorted through these emotions when she heard the drunkard outside knocking on the door.
This kind of knocking, a dull sound made by an entire fist pounding on the door, made Lu Hejing realize that the person outside was quite drunk.
Lu Hejing waited patiently for a while, finding that the person outside was very persistent, knocking continuously.
If she ignored her, she might just fall asleep right outside her door tonight.
Lu Hejing had no choice but to open the door, intending to lead the person back to her own room. After all, they had agreed to treat each other with respect, so she still had to help, right?
Lu Hejing walked to the door, and just as she unlocked it, she felt the door swing uncontrollably backward. Lu Hejing stepped back, and then felt a woman’s body fill her arms.

Lin Ning was already feeling dizzy, and climbing the stairs had exhausted her. After getting upstairs, her entire body could only lean against the door to stay upright. So, as soon as Lu Hejing opened the door, Lin Ning lost her support and could only fall forward.
And she fell right into Lu Hejing’s arms.
Lu Hejing reacted in time, not letting Lin Ning pin her to the ground.
Lin Ning couldn’t stand steadily, so Lu Hejing couldn’t let go of her, nor did she want to take her inside, so she just held her.
“Why are you knocking?” The series of events made Lu Hejing a little irritated, and her tone wasn’t very good.

Lin Ning chuckled twice. She was completely drunk at this point, feeling as if she was floating in the sky. While trying to steady herself, she tugged at Lu Hejing’s shoulder, “I’m apologizing to you.”
Lu Hejing didn’t speak, getting a headache from the other’s unruly hands.

Lu Hejing hadn’t changed clothes after coming home, and both of them were still in their formal attire. Lin Ning’s chaotic rubbing and her recent pulling made their clothes somewhat disheveled.
“Stop moving!” Both of their chests were ample, and their figures were similar. As Lin Ning leaned on Lu Hejing, their br3asts pressed tightly together.
Lu Hejing instinctively pinched Lin Ning’s waist and pushed her back slightly.
Lin Ning hugged Lu Hejing even tighter: “But I can’t stand still!”
