After Transmigrating Into a Book, I Was Forced to Play the Role of a Scumbag Alpha (GL) - Chapter 27
Chapter 27
Shen Hanzhi led the little girl away, and the little girl finally relaxed slightly, leaning softly against Shen Hanzhi’s chest. “Sister, I didn’t mean it earlier. I’m a bit scared of dogs.”
“Okay, we’ll stay far away from dogs in the future. Don’t worry, people in the villa area must keep their dogs on leashes, so they won’t come over and bite us. Just keep your distance, and I’ll protect you too.” Shen Hanzhi gently rubbed the little girl’s lower back, comforting her softly.
The little girl leaned softly against Shen Hanzhi, her small face buried in Shen Hanzhi’s chest. She calmed down a bit after a while, but she didn’t want to talk about being locked in a dog cage before. Wen Jin feared her sister would dislike her.
Shen Hanzhi didn’t know the little girl was imagining so much. Seeing the little girl cling to her, she simply put her arm around the little girl and continued walking in the community.
The little girl looked at the moonlight above, her eyes slightly curved. She once could only stare outside from the attic through the annoying bars of the security window, trapped day after day in that tiny space. But now she finally had freedom and a wife!
Aunt Liu hadn’t lied to her. Having a wife meant having one more person to love her. The little girl thought happily.
Shen Hanzhi looked down at the little girl in her arms and saw the little girl’s eyes and brows curve, though she didn’t know what the little girl was thinking about.
Shen Hanzhi reached out and pinched the little girl’s small face, smiling as she asked, “What are you thinking about? Tell me.”
“I’m thinking about you.” The little girl’s eyes blinked lightly, sparkling as if filled with countless stars.
Shen Hanzhi shook her head with a chuckle. The little rabbit’s mouth was too sweet.
Wen Jin saw Shen Hanzhi laughing and thought Shen Hanzhi didn’t believe her. She hurriedly wrapped her arms tightly around Shen Hanzhi’s neck. “Really, if it weren’t for Sister, I’d still be in the attic of Rose Manor.”
Shen Hanzhi pulled the little girl closer into her arms, comforting her softly. “No one will bully my little rabbit anymore. From now on, you can go wherever you want and play whatever you want. I’ll protect you well.”
The little girl, soothed by Shen Hanzhi, wished she could bury herself entirely in Shen Hanzhi’s arms. She loved how gently her sister comforted her.
Shen Hanzhi walked around the community with the little girl in her arms, and then they returned to the villa.
The little girl’s delicate skin got bitten by mosquitoes three times during the outing: one on her arm, one on her neck, and somehow one on her lower back.
On the way back, the little girl kept touching her arm. Once they entered the living room and looked closely, the two bites visible on the little girl had already swollen.
Wen Jin occasionally scratched the mosquito bites with her hand. Shen Hanzhi stopped the little girl’s action. “Scratching like that makes it itchier. Take a shower first, and I’ll help you apply medicine afterward.”
“Sister, it’s so itchy.” The little girl leaned against Shen Hanzhi’s chest and sniffled.
Shen Hanzhi glanced at the little girl’s neck and arm, noticing the originally fair skin had turned red and swollen. The fairer the skin, the more noticeable mosquito bites were.
Shen Hanzhi rubbed the top of the little girl’s head, comforting her softly. “Don’t scratch randomly, or it might break the skin and get infected, leaving scars.”
“I don’t want scars.” Scared by Shen Hanzhi’s words, the little rabbit immediately stopped scratching. She buried her face in Shen Hanzhi’s chest, rubbing hard, and looked at Shen Hanzhi with grievance.
“The medicine will stop the itching soon. Go take a shower.” Shen Hanzhi put her arm around the little girl’s waist and went to the second floor. She also took a shower and changed into a nightgown.
When Shen Hanzhi came out, the little girl had already dried her hair and left the room’s door open, waiting for Shen Hanzhi to apply the medicine.
Shen Hanzhi brought a tube of ointment from her room. The little girl lay on the bed, playing with her phone. Seeing Shen Hanzhi approach, her eyes brightened. “Sister, there’s one on my back too. It’s itchy.”
“Okay, I’ll apply the medicine now.” Shen Hanzhi quickly walked to the little girl’s side and sat down, gently lifting the little girl’s white rabbit nightgown with a tail.
Wen Jin’s long, fair legs came into view, followed by her white rabbit underwear, which Shen Hanzhi had bought because it looked cute during their last shopping trip. She hadn’t expected the little rabbit to wear it today.
Shen Hanzhi didn’t look too much. Her gaze fell on the little rabbit’s waist, where the fair, glowing skin had a red, swollen mosquito bite right in the dimple of her lower back, making it stand out.
Shen Hanzhi gently touched the bitten spot, which had already swollen.
The little girl whimpered and turned to look at Shen Hanzhi. “Ugh, Sister, it’s so itchy.”
“The medicine will fix it. Lie still obediently.” Shen Hanzhi comforted her softly.
The little girl lay obediently, still playing a matching game on her phone.
Shen Hanzhi opened the new tube of ointment and squeezed out a bit. The light green ointment had a faint vanilla scent when she sniffed it. She squeezed some onto her finger and gently applied it to the little girl’s waist dimple.
The little rabbit was already sensitive. After Shen Hanzhi applied the medicine, her legs went weak in no time, and her ear tips turned bright red.
The little girl sniffled, looking back at Shen Hanzhi with grievance. “Sister, it feels weird.”
The little girl couldn’t explain the feeling. Her lower back felt tingly and numb, and her legs grew weaker, stranger than the mosquito bite itself.
Shen Hanzhi thought the little girl’s delicate skin hurt from the bite. She leaned down and gently blew on the medicated spot, causing the little girl’s body to tremble and then freeze.
Shen Hanzhi, puzzled, looked up and asked, “Little Jin, does it feel better?”
The little girl had long forgotten her matching game, her face buried entirely in the bed, only shaking her head at Shen Hanzhi.
Shen Hanzhi found it amusing and blew a couple more times. The little girl gripped the bedsheet tightly, almost letting out a soft whimper, her cheeks and neck flushed red.
Seeing the ointment had nearly dried, Shen Hanzhi lowered the little girl’s nightgown and moved closer. “Little Jin, I’ll apply it to your neck now. Don’t move.”
The little girl had a big bite on the left side of her neck. Shen Hanzhi put ointment on her hand and gently applied it. The little girl kept her face buried in the bed, not daring to look up at Shen Hanzhi.
Seeing the little girl seemed shy, Shen Hanzhi found the bite on her left arm and applied medicine there too.
“Little Jin, do you still want me to watch TV with you?” Shen Hanzhi asked softly.
“Sister, I’m a bit tired and want to sleep early.” The little girl, face still buried in the bed, mumbled to herself.
Shen Hanzhi found it curious. Didn’t the little rabbit always cling to her to sleep together? Why was she kicking her out so early today?
Shen Hanzhi used her clean hand to gently rub the little girl’s head, smiling. “What’s this? You don’t want me to sleep with you today? Changed your mind? Don’t like me anymore?”
“No, I like Sister. I’m really sleepy and about to fall asleep.” The little girl spoke muffledly, still refusing to look up.
Seeing the little girl wouldn’t say more, Shen Hanzhi didn’t press further. After all, the little rabbit had her privacy. “Alright, I’ll go back to my room to rest. Call me if you need anything.”
“Okay, good night, Sister.” The little girl spoke quickly, clearly eager for Shen Hanzhi to leave.
Shen Hanzhi respected the little girl’s wishes, stood up, and walked to the door, looking back at the little girl nearby. “Good night, see you tomorrow, Little Jin.”
After saying good night, Shen Hanzhi left Wen Jin’s room, closed the door for her, poured a glass of water, and returned to her own room.
The little girl secretly glanced at the door, confirming Shen Hanzhi was gone. She collapsed on the bed like a deflated balloon.
The little girl sniffled with grievance, her eyes red. She didn’t know what happened earlier. When her sister blew on her waist dimple, her body couldn’t handle it.
She glanced at the door again, ensuring Shen Hanzhi wasn’t there, then reluctantly got up, her face red as she took new underwear from the cabinet and hurried to the bathroom to change.
While washing the underwear, the little girl, still blushing, thought she never had this issue before. Why did this happen with her sister, wetting her underwear? If her sister found out, she’d surely dislike her.
The more the little girl thought, the more upset she became, almost crying. She heard her sister say phone browsers could search for unknown problems, but she couldn’t read or search. The little girl didn’t know what to do.
After hanging the white rabbit underwear to dry, the little girl walked out of the bathroom listlessly. It was her fault; otherwise, she could still cling to her sister for a while.
The little girl sighed, flopped onto the bed, rolled twice, and picked up her phone. Only watching the senior-junior schoolgirl drama could lift her mood a bit, especially since learning from it might help her please her sister later.
Thinking this, the little girl opened the video app and clicked to continue playing.
In the drama’s second episode, the senior and junior schoolgirls still pretended to be strangers in class. The senior remained the untouchable flower, and the junior was still everyone’s good girl. They had no interaction all day.
Near the end of school, the junior received a message from the senior, asking her to wait in the classroom after school.
The junior glanced at the senior’s seat by the window, noticing the senior didn’t look over.
The students left the classroom gradually. Ten minutes later, only the senior by the window and the junior, obediently doing homework at her seat, remained.
The senior raised her eyes slightly. When she stood, her chair scraped loudly in the empty classroom, startling the junior, who was writing diligently.
The senior quickly walked to the junior, her slender fingertip lifting the junior’s chin. “What? Studying so hard?”
“Sister…” Before she could finish, the senior lifted her onto the desk, kissing her soft lips. The junior’s pen dropped to the side unnoticed.
Wen Jin’s eyes widened. Could you kiss like that? Blushing, she kept watching. The junior’s legs wrapped around the senior’s slim waist, and they kissed passionately.
After a while, the senior pulled back slightly, raising an eyebrow. “Did you secretly look at me this afternoon?”
“No.” The junior denied it, but the senior firmly pressed her slender waist dimple.
“Really? Liars get punished.” The senior’s voice sounded by the junior’s ear. The next moment, the empty classroom filled with the junior’s strained gasps.
“Sister, the door’s still…” The junior tried to say more, but the senior’s intense kiss drowned her words.
The little girl watched, sweating on her forehead. The senior’s actions seemed more than just kissing and hugging, but the show was subtle, and she didn’t fully understand. Still, she watched eagerly, even feeling a bit jealous of the junior. She kind of wanted her sister to kiss her like that.
Blushing, the little girl rolled on the bed twice, her mood calming slightly. In the show, the senior helped the junior tidy up, and they left the classroom one after another, as if they were strangers.
The little girl didn’t fully understand. Having left Rose Manor only days ago, she was clueless about emotions and everyday things, let alone the drama’s sophisticated flirting. With no experience, she could only enjoy the excitement.
After watching an episode and thinking she’d soon see Aunt Liu, the little girl’s mood improved. She hugged her blanket and closed her eyes happily.
