After Transmigrating Into a Book, I Was Forced to Play the Role of a Scumbag Alpha (GL) - Chapter 58
Chapter 58
Guan Ziyu stayed with the young girl for a few days. The young girl gradually recovered and felt less scared than before.
Guan Ziyu woke up early in the morning. She made breakfast for the young girl and prepared to take her back to the villa.
The young girl unhappily poked the rice porridge in her bowl with a spoon. She looked at Guan Ziyu pitifully.
Guan Ziyu coaxed her gently, saying, “Who stays mad at their mother for so long? Aunt Liu hasn’t seen you these past few days. She must be very worried. Little Can is so sensible, you wouldn’t want to make your mother sad, right?”
Liu Can nodded obediently. She said, “But, but, if I go back, I won’t see you. Mother doesn’t let me find you.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll explain everything to Aunt Liu properly. I’ll come see you every day after work, okay?” Guan Ziyu continued to comfort her.
The young girl heard she could see Guan Ziyu every day. Her eyes brightened, and she said, “Okay.”
Guan Ziyu ate with the young girl. She had her change clothes, then took her to the underground garage to drive. Twenty minutes later, Guan Ziyu drove into the community and parked in her family’s yard.
Xiaohua saw Guan Ziyu return and ran over happily. It rubbed against Guan Ziyu, then against Liu Can, acting cute.
Liu Can squatted down happily and stroked Xiaohua’s back fur. Xiaohua lay on the ground, belly up, waiting for Liu Can to pet it.
Guan Ziyu watched the young girl pet Xiaohua for a while. Feeling it was time, she squatted down and said gently to Liu Can, “Let’s go. Come with me to wash your hands. We’ll go find your mother.”
The young girl petted Xiaohua a couple more times, then reluctantly followed Guan Ziyu into the villa’s hall.
Guan Ziyu had her wash her hands in the first-floor bathroom. Then she took the young girl to Shen Hanzhi’s villa.
The young girl nervously grabbed Guan Ziyu’s hand. She shook her arm, acting cute, and asked, “Sister, will Mother still be mad at me?”
“No, you’re so good. Aunt Liu wouldn’t bear to stay mad,” Guan Ziyu said. She rubbed the young girl’s soft hair and coaxed her gently.
“Yes, I think I’m very good too,” the young girl said. Her eyes sparkled as she looked at Guan Ziyu, praising herself.
At Shen Hanzhi’s yard, the young girl saw Aunt Liu from afar. She thought her mother looked older and felt a bit sorry for her. She called out from a distance, “Mother, I’m back.”
Aunt Liu put down the vacuum cleaner. Her eyes red, she ran out the villa door and hugged the young girl tightly. She said, “It’s my fault. Little Can, don’t be mad, okay? I won’t stop you from seeing others anymore. How have you been these days?”
Aunt Liu and Liu Can stepped apart slightly. She looked her daughter over.
Liu Can answered obediently, “Pretty good. Sister stayed with me the whole time. Mother, can I see Sister from now on? I like Sister.”
The young girl looked at Aunt Liu with teary eyes. She wanted to see Sister every day.
“Okay, I won’t interfere with you and Miss Guan anymore. You can interact like before,” Aunt Liu said quickly.
“Yes, thank you, Mother,” the young girl said. She smiled through her tears and looked at Guan Ziyu. She said, “Sister, Mother agreed we can meet.”
Guan Ziyu smiled and nodded at the young girl. She took a tissue to wipe her tears and said, “Alright, little crybaby, no more crying, okay?”
“Yes,” the young girl said. She obediently let Guan Ziyu wipe her tears.
Shen Hanzhi and Wen Jin came down from the second floor. Since it was the weekend, Wen Jin had no classes, and they woke up later than usual.
Shen Hanzhi saw Liu Can return and felt relieved. She asked, “Little Can is back?”
“Yes, Little Can, thank your Sister Shen. She helped punish the bad person,” Aunt Liu quickly told her daughter.
Liu Can nodded obediently and said, “Thank you, Sister.”
“No need. As long as you’re okay,” Shen Hanzhi said, smiling. She couldn’t let family members be bullied for no reason.
“Little Can, go wash your face first,” Guan Ziyu told the young girl. The young girl obediently went to her room to wash her face.
Once the young girl left, Guan Ziyu spoke. She said, “Aunt Liu, my mother agreed to me and Little Can. Don’t worry, I’ll convince my father these days. I truly want to be with her and will take good care of her, keeping her safe.”
Aunt Liu nodded and said, “Thank you for your effort. I’m grateful for these past few days.”
As they spoke, the young girl ran back out quickly.
Guan Ziyu held the young girl in her arms and said gently, “I need to go home for a bit. I’ll come back this afternoon to stay with you. Spend some time with Aunt Liu, okay?”
“Okay,” the young girl said. She nodded obediently.
Shen Hanzhi watched their interaction. She thought their relationship must have progressed significantly during the days Liu Can was away.
Shen Hanzhi winked at Wen Jin. Wen Jin pinched Shen Hanzhi’s palm. They went to the dining room.
Shen Hanzhi whispered to the young girl beside her, “Looks like Ziyu and Little Can are moving fast.”
“Sister, you’re so bad. You’re definitely thinking something naughty,” the young girl said. She raised her eyebrow at Shen Hanzhi.
“I didn’t say anything. I just said they went through tough times together, and their bond is deeper now. I didn’t say anything else. Little bad rabbit, you imagined it and blamed me?” Shen Hanzhi said, laughing.
“I didn’t imagine anything. You’re just bad,” Little Bunny said. She whined and wrinkled her nose at Shen Hanzhi.
Shen Hanzhi laughed and pulled Little Bunny into her arms. She said, “Alright, Little Bunny calls the shots.”
After breakfast, Shen Hanzhi and Little Bunny returned to their room. They finished watching a business drama series. The eldest sister took control and ended up with the stepmother. The second and third sisters also got together.
Shen Hanzhi picked up the tablet, unsure what to watch next. Little Bunny kissed the corner of Shen Hanzhi’s lips, acting cute, and said, “Sister, let’s watch that senior-junior drama.”
Shen Hanzhi pinched Little Bunny’s cheek and asked, smiling, “Little bad rabbit, you watched a lot of dramas behind my back, didn’t you?”
“I haven’t finished that senior-junior one,” Little Bunny said. She whined and acted cute toward Shen Hanzhi.
“Alright, let’s continue. Do you remember which episode you’re on?” Shen Hanzhi asked. She handed over the tablet.
Little Bunny skillfully found the senior-junior drama and watched it happily.
—
In the afternoon, Guan Ziyu came to spend time with Liu Can. When she returned home that evening, her father and brother waited for her in the living room.
Guan Ziyu guessed what they wanted to talk about. She sat on the side sofa.
“Dad, Brother,” she said.
“Yes, you’ve been with Liu Can these days?” Guan Mingfei asked. He looked at the TV but spoke to Guan Ziyu.
“Yes, she was shaken up earlier. I took leave to stay with her. She’s much better now. I thought a lot these days. Dad, I truly want to be with her,” Guan Ziyu said. She met her father’s gaze.
“Have you thought about the future?” Guan Mingfei asked calmly.
“I have. Little Can’s intelligence is like a six- or seven-year-old’s, but she hasn’t wasted her time at the special education school. She can take care of herself and doesn’t need constant supervision. She’s not autistic and can communicate with people. I can take good care of her,” Guan Ziyu said, looking directly at her father.
Guan Mingfei sighed and asked, “Are you sure?”
“I’m sure. I’ve been thinking about this for over two months. I always had an answer in my heart but didn’t dare confirm it. When Little Can almost got hurt, I knew I couldn’t live without her,” Guan Ziyu said sincerely, looking at her father and brother.
Guan Mingfei sighed and rubbed his brow. He said, “Since you’ve made up your mind, we won’t persuade you otherwise. Take good care of your girlfriend.”
Guan Mingfei stopped looking at Guan Ziyu and went upstairs.
Guan Wenbin patted his sister’s shoulder and said, “Don’t take it too hard. Dad’s still upset, but he’s accepted it. Take it slow.”
Guan Ziyu nodded. She felt happy that her family softened.
Over a month later, Shen Hanzhi got news. Chen Wenshan was sentenced to four years in prison. His second aunt, an accomplice, got one and a half years.
The weather turned colder. When Shen Hanzhi drove the young girl to school, the young girl wore a short down jacket. The back of the white jacket had a lazy little white rabbit embroidered on it.
Shen Hanzhi wore a camel-colored wool coat with a black sweater underneath. She hugged the fair and tender Little Bunny as they got into the car.
Little Bunny leaned in Shen Hanzhi’s arms, clearly still sleepy. She said, “Sister, I want shrimp dumplings for lunch.”
Shen Hanzhi hugged Little Bunny and said gently, “Okay, I’ll have the aunts prepare them. Speaking of which, it’s getting cold. It’s inconvenient for Aunt Liu to ride an electric bike to pick up Little Can. Let Zhang Hao and the others use the Bentley to drive her to and from school. It’s too cold otherwise.”
“Yes, Sister, you’re so nice,” Little Bunny said. Her eyes sparkled as she praised Shen Hanzhi.
“Little bad rabbit, no classes this afternoon, right? Rest well at home,” Shen Hanzhi said, coaxing gently.
“Yes, yes,” Little Bunny said. She liked her major, especially since Shen Hanzhi bought her a plot near Rose Manor in the suburbs. She could plant whatever she wanted, which made her very satisfied.
After dropping off Little Bunny, Shen Hanzhi went to the company. Her project with Liang Shuo earned a lot this year. Liang Shuo was trustworthy, but Shen Hanzhi felt awkward seeing him. She thought she should introduce him to a girlfriend, since Little Bunny was hers. Liang Shuo only talked business when they met. He probably forgot what Little Bunny looked like.
After handling company matters, Shen Hanzhi drove to pick up Little Bunny from school for dumplings.
After dinner, Shen Hanzhi stopped Aunt Liu. She said, “Aunt Liu, I told Zhang Hao and the others. They’ll take turns driving you to pick up Little Can. It’s fine to ride the bike in warm weather, but it’s too cold now.”
“No need, that’s too much trouble. I’m just a servant. How can I let you send people to pick up Little Can?” Aunt Liu replied.
“You’re Little Jin’s family, not a servant. I’ve arranged it, and they won’t work for free. They’ll get bonuses. Don’t worry, you don’t need to handle this,” Shen Hanzhi said. She spoke a bit more to ease Aunt Liu’s concerns, saying the family wasn’t short on money.
So, that afternoon, Zhang Hao went with Aunt Liu to pick up Little Can. They drove to the school and waited a bit. The teachers were giving a talk, and classes came out one by one.
The young girl looked around and didn’t see her mother’s electric bike. Aunt Liu saw her daughter come out and got out to meet her.
The young girl looked at Aunt Liu, puzzled, and asked, “Mother, why didn’t you ride the bike today?”
“Your Sister Shen and the others worried it’s too cold. They had the bodyguard brothers drive you to and from school. Come, the car’s across the street,” Aunt Liu said, smiling at her daughter.
“Sister Shen and Little Sister Jin are so nice,” the young girl said. She sat in the warm car, feeling grateful.
“Compared to your Sister Guan?” Aunt Liu asked, smiling.
“Well, Sister Guan is still the best. She said she’d marry me,” the young girl said. Her eyes sparkled at the mention of marriage.
Aunt Liu smiled and shook her head. Her daughter grew more attached to Guan Ziyu. Ziyu was patient, visiting her every day after work.
That evening, Guan Ziyu came to see the young girl. Shen Hanzhi invited her to stay for hotpot.
It was cold outside, but the room was warm. Eating hotpot, Shen Hanzhi wore short sleeves and still felt hot.
When Guan Ziyu went home, she saw her mother and father watching TV in the living room.
“You ate at President Shen’s place?” Guan Mingfei asked. His eyes stayed on the TV, but he spoke to Guan Ziyu.
“Yes, I spent time with Little Can,” Guan Ziyu said. She sat on the sofa.
Guan Mingfei nodded and said, “After you marry, move here. It’ll save you from running over there every day. If her mother misses her, she can move here too. It’s easier to care for her. Our house is big enough. It’s just two more pairs of chopsticks.”
“Dad, you agree? That’s great,” Guan Ziyu said. Her face lit up with a smile.
“Could I not agree? You’re over there so much, people might think President Shen’s place is your home,” Guan Mingfei said. He glanced at his daughter, his tone slightly sour.
“But it’s too cold in winter. I want to set the wedding for next May. The weather’s perfect then, not too hot or cold,” Guan Ziyu said, talking to herself.
Guan Mingfei nodded and said, “You decide. When she’s on break or has free time, bring her here to get used to it. Your mother and I won’t eat her.”
“Okay, I’ll bring Little Can tomorrow for the weekend,” Guan Ziyu said, smiling. She usually spent time with the young girl at Shen Hanzhi’s, feeling shy to kiss her there, and the young girl hesitated to act cute openly.
On Saturday morning, Guan Ziyu woke early to pick up the young girl. She told Aunt Liu that Liu Can would sleep at her place that night. Guan Ziyu took the equally happy young girl to her villa.
When Guan Ziyu brought the young girl back, Qi Ying was eating breakfast.
The young girl held Guan Ziyu’s sleeve and greeted obediently, “Good morning, Aunt.”
“Hey, good morning. Have you eaten breakfast? Come eat some,” Qi Ying said. She didn’t know if it was her imagination, but since her daughter decided to be with Liu Can, she found her cuter.
“No, Aunt, I ate at home,” the young girl said obediently.
“Mom, I’m taking Little Can to my room,” Guan Ziyu said to her mother. She took the young girl to her room.
She bought the young girl fluffy white pajamas and had her change into them. Guan Ziyu also changed into pajamas. The house’s heating was enough.
The young girl soon came out of the bathroom. She hugged Guan Ziyu shyly, acting cute, and said, “Sister~”
Guan Ziyu kissed the corner of the young girl’s lips and teased, “Tonight, do you want to sleep alone, or should I sleep with you?”
“I want Sister to sleep with me. I’m scared to sleep alone,” the young girl said. She blinked at Guan Ziyu, afraid she’d make her sleep alone.
Guan Ziyu held the young girl’s waist and kissed her. She only stopped when the young girl pushed her.
The young girl lay in her arms and looked up at her. She said, “I want to eat grapes. Sister, feed me.”
Guan Ziyu’s ears turned red. The young girl always said things innocently that made her blush.
Guan Ziyu lifted the fluffy young girl and let her lie on the bed. She leaned in carefully, kissed her lips, and asked on purpose, “How do you want Sister to feed you? Hmm? No grapes if you don’t say.”
The young girl licked her lips like a greedy kitten, as if savoring the taste of grapes. Her face red, she looked at Guan Ziyu and said, “I want Sister to kiss me while feeding me.”
Guan Ziyu’s eyes darkened. She tore off the pheromone-blocking patch on her neck and stared at the young girl beneath her. She said, “You asked for this.”
“I want grapes. Hurry, Sister,” the young girl said. She only knew it felt good and loved the scent. She didn’t realize her words carried other implications.
Guan Ziyu hadn’t been alone with the young girl like this in a while. She couldn’t hold back and kissed her lips.
The young girl tasted grapes and breathed in their sweet scent. Overwhelmed, she whined and snuggled against Guan Ziyu, acting cute.
“The grapes are so sweet. Too much, I can’t handle it,” the young girl said. She looked at Guan Ziyu, aggrieved. But Guan Ziyu wanted to do more with her.
The young girl understood nothing, a blank slate. Just thinking about it made Guan Ziyu’s heart race. They were already dating, so doing more intimate things should be fine.
She toned down her pheromone scent and kissed the young girl’s lips gently. She asked, “Want to do something even better than kissing with Sister?”
“Better than kissing?” the young girl asked, suddenly curious.
“Yes, better than kissing,” Guan Ziyu said, coaxing her.
“I want to. I want to do it with Sister,” the young girl said. She didn’t know what Guan Ziyu meant but focused on “better” and started acting cute.
Guan Ziyu looked at the young girl, who took the bait. Her eyes curved, and she kissed her lips, coaxing, “Good, Sister will teach you tonight.”
“Sister, you’re so nice,” the young girl said. She fell for it, even praising the fisherman about to “eat” her.
Guan Ziyu laughed at the young girl’s cuteness. She was too adorable.
The young girl looked at Guan Ziyu innocently and asked softly, “Sister, why are you laughing?”
“Nothing, I just think you’re cute,” Guan Ziyu said. She pulled the young girl into her arms and let her sit against her.
“Sister, I want to play with that Rubik’s cube from the other day,” the young girl said softly, looking at Guan Ziyu.
Guan Ziyu kissed the young girl’s forehead and got up. She took a Rubik’s cube from the storage cabinet. The cube’s blocks were jumbled. The young girl held it and soon played with focus.
Guan Ziyu saw the young girl ignore her while playing. She leaned to her ear and coaxed, “Want to solve the cube and make the colors line up neatly?”
The young girl’s eyes lit up. She said, “Yes, Sister, teach me.”
Guan Ziyu kissed the young girl’s lips and continued coaxing, “Try it yourself first. If you can’t, kiss me, and I’ll help, okay?”
The young girl nodded but pouted. She didn’t know how, so how many kisses would it take?
The young girl hugged Guan Ziyu’s neck and kissed her over a dozen times. She asked obediently, “Sister, is that enough? Help me.”
Guan Ziyu smiled and pulled the young girl into her arms. She helped solve the Rubik’s cube step by step.
The young girl wanted to learn and kissed Guan Ziyu more after being coaxed. Only then did Guan Ziyu teach her how to solve it.
After playing, Guan Ziyu held the young girl for a nap.
Qi Ying forgot to tell her daughter to prepare a room for Liu Can. Since her daughter was an alpha, she worried the young girl might be taken advantage of.
Qi Ying went upstairs and knocked. She opened the door after two knocks and saw the young girl asleep in her daughter’s arms. Her daughter looked at her sleepily.
“Mom, what’s up?” Guan Ziyu asked quietly, careful not to wake the young girl.
Qi Ying awkwardly prepared to close the door. No wonder her daughter was so set on the young girl—they were sleeping together. She said, “Nothing, you guys sleep.”
Qi Ying closed the door and shook her head, amused.
Guan Ziyu looked at the young girl in her arms. The young girl whined, as if about to wake. Guan Ziyu quickly soothed her, saying, “Be good, let’s keep sleeping.”
She kissed the young girl’s forehead. The young girl rubbed against her unhappily but continued sleeping.
Guan Ziyu shook her head, amused. The young girl had quite a temper when waking.
At dinner, Guan Mingfei’s attitude was noticeably softer than before. He was kinder to the young girl and told Guan Ziyu to serve her food and take care of her.
The young girl ate happily. Back in the room, she whispered to Guan Ziyu, “Sister, Uncle seems happier to see me than last time.”
“My family all likes you. Who wouldn’t, with my Little Can so cute?” Guan Ziyu said. She led the young girl back to the room.
The young girl seemed to remember something. She tugged Guan Ziyu’s sleeve and asked shyly, “Sister, did you mean teaching me the really nice thing? What is it?”
Guan Ziyu didn’t expect the young girl to remember so well. Kids were indeed curious about the unknown.
“Want to know?” Guan Ziyu teased, touching the young girl’s hair.
The young girl nodded eagerly and said, “Yes!”
She thought about it all afternoon. She didn’t understand why the nice thing had to wait until evening.
Guan Ziyu pulled the young girl to the bed and kissed her lips. She coaxed gently, “Alright, Sister will teach you now.”
The young girl felt dizzy from the grape scent and Guan Ziyu’s kisses. She became soft and even more obedient.
The air mixed the sweet pear scent with grapes, creating a unique fruity aroma.
The more obedient the young girl was, the harder it was for Guan Ziyu to hold back. As a result, the young girl slept until ten the next morning.
At breakfast, Guan Mingfei noticed Guan Ziyu and the young girl hadn’t come down. He asked Qi Ying beside him, “Ziyu and Little Can aren’t up? Call them for breakfast, or it’ll get cold.”
Qi Ying coughed lightly and whispered, “Don’t worry about the youngsters. Ziyu and Little Can slept together last night. You know how young people are. Let’s not ask too much.”
Guan Mingfei shook his head, laughing, and said, “Fine, let the kitchen make fresh food when they wake.”
“Yes,” Qi Ying said, nodding.
