“You!” His face turned dark and serious, full of rage.
“Fine. I won’t kill you… I’ll kill her!” he shouted, pointing at Ling Yingshui.

Li Yingshui’s legs gave out, and she fell to the ground. She panicked and crawled around, trying to find a place to hide from his deadly gaze.

“You can’t kill her!” Princess Li quickly stepped in to protect her.

“Your Highness, save me!” Li Yingshui grabbed onto Princess Li’s skirt tightly. She looked very messy and scared.

“She deserves to die! Don’t even think about stopping me!”

“She is the emperor’s chosen fiancée for the crown prince. Without the emperor’s order, who dares to kill her?” Princess Li hoped the emperor could still control him.

He laughed coldly. “Then I’ll kill her first and explain to my father later!” He was determined to kill.

“No!” Li Yingshui screamed in fear as someone lifted her up. Her legs kicked wildly in the air as she struggled. She didn’t want to die!

Murong Ziying saw the situation and, ignoring her injured leg, quickly got out of bed. But as soon as her foot touched the ground, she fell in pain.
“Your Highness, please stop!” she cried out.

When he saw her fall, he rushed to her side.
“What are you doing? ” His heart ached.

She closed her eyes, enduring the pain that burned all over her body.
“Don’t kill anyone… Please, don’t kill anyone…” Her lips had turned dark, and she looked terrible.

He almost went crazy. “Fine! I’ll do whatever you want. Just stop hurting yourself!” I yelled angrily, “Where are the doctors?!”

“They’ll be here soon; maybe they got delayed,” Xiao Zhuzi quickly replied.

“Go get them now! If they’re late again, they can bring their heads to heartfelt like it was being cut open. Murong Ziying’s robe was covered in bl00d, and the bl00d kept spreading. She was seriously hurt—all because of these two women!

He glared at Princess Li and Li Yingshui. Both of them were so scared they started shaking.

He gently laid Murong Ziying back on the bed, then gave an order to the guards.
“Take that woman away. I want her to feel the pain she gave to Ziying!”

He really wanted to kill her. But Ziying had begged for mercy, and he couldn’t refuse her. Still, he wouldn’t let Li Yingshui off easily. She would live, but she wouldn’t escape punishment.

“No!” Li Yingshui screamed in terror.

“Your Highness—” Murong Ziying tried to speak again.

“Not killing her is already a favor. Don’t stop me anymore.” He was furious.

Ziying had to stay quiet. She knew saying more would only make things worse.

He asked someone to bring a long whip.
“I bet you used something like this to hurt Ziying, right? His face was cold as he handed the whip to Xiao Zhuzi. “Hit her!”

The guards held down the terrified Li Yingshui. Xiao Zhuzi raised the whip and struck hard.

Her painful screams echoed throughout the Eastern Palace.

Princess Li wanted to save her, but she couldn’t even speak. She was in danger herself. Without the emperor’s special pardon token, she might have been punished too.

Murong Ziying buried her head in the pillow. She couldn’t bear to watch the bloody scene anymore.
