Defective Banana - Chapter 34
Ara leaned in a little more, slipping between his thighs, and looked up at Seohyuk with wide eyes. And then—she finally brought him to her lips.
She’d seen it often in adult videos. The way guys would go absolutely wild when a woman used her mouth. The desperation, the ecstasy. She was curious if this man would be the same. How would he react? Would he enjoy it?
She’d been dying to try. And this felt like the perfect chance.
More than anything, she wanted to find a way to make him hard without having to hit him. If she could get him aroused by just using her hands and mouth, maybe—just maybe—it meant there was hope for something more normal.
Like it was a riddle she had to solve, Ara earnestly stuck out her tongue and began softly licking the tip of him. Seohyuk’s body twitched, and he clenched his jaw with a shaky moan.
Ara, quite pleased, looked up at him and wrapped her hand firmly around him.
“Behave. And keep reading.”
“Ha… just one more line. Goonhyuk follows the boy’s footsteps… ahh, ha… the boy limps with one leg, and—ugh…”
Just as Ara opened her mouth wider and took his head in deeper, Seohyuk’s hands clutched the sofa cushions, his thighs tensing hard.
His arms, legs—his whole body—tightened like a wire about to snap.
“Haa… Ara…”
“Focus!”
He knew it. He had to keep reading the script if he wanted her to keep being nice to him.
Taking a deep breath, Seohyuk gripped the script again and forced himself to read, voice trembling.
“This… the boy looks down the alley and… stops walking. Ngh—”
The sound of lips sucking and tongue flicking echoed in his ears, dangerously sweet.
“The target slowly appears and approaches the boy, reaching out his hands…”
Ara glanced up at Seohyuk’s twisted expression, then pulled her lips away with a playful gleam in her eye. She was having way too much fun teasing him.
“Okay. You’re not reading properly. I’m done.”
The moment those words left her lips, Seohyuk clutched the script tighter and adjusted his voice.
“The target approaches the boy and—hah—reaches out with both hands—”
Ara giggled at how adorable he was and gently took him back in, sucking and slurping like it was a lollipop.
Since he wasn’t fully hard yet, it was easy to take him in—and she tried to be as careful and sweet as she could, just like how they did in the videos.
But despite her efforts, there was little to no response in her hand. He still wasn’t getting hard.
‘Maybe this really is impossible…’
Just as Ara was about to give up, her gaze happened to land on his chest. His n1pples, to be exact.
She remembered how he reacted when she accidentally brushed one with a paintbrush before. Without hesitation, she reached up and pinched one—firmly twisting.
“Ugh—”
The jolt of pain made him flinch, and suddenly, she felt him twitch and start to swell in her hand.
Excited, she reached over to the other side and gave that one a sharp twist too. And just like that, his erection came on fast—growing hard and thick in seconds.
So… he really did need pain to get it up.
‘Poor guy…’
Staring at his now fully swollen shaft, Ara returned to licking along the outside. Then she opened wide and gently took just the tip into her mouth.
It was far less stressful than hitting him, honestly.
Every time she’d slapped him in the past—especially when it accidentally landed too hard—she’d felt a little bad. Lately, she’d even been holding back on purpose.
But maybe now she’d found another way. She felt relieved.
‘His n1pples… I’ll just use them like little on/off switches from now on.’
Her mouth worked skillfully over him, teasing the tip with her tongue. Seohyuk’s body started to tremble again, losing focus. He couldn’t keep reading. The script slipped from his hand and fell to the floor.
Breath hitching, he grabbed onto the sofa, his hips moving involuntarily—and then, suddenly, he clutched the back of Ara’s head with his large hand.
“Ha… Ara… Just a bit deeper… ugh, please—just a little…”

A short while later, Seohyuk was on his knees on the floor, writing an apology on Ara’s tablet.
I, Kang Seohyuk, deeply regret acting on my own and upsetting Ara. I promise never to grab her head without permission again. I’ll always ask first.
“You’re missing one part,” Ara said.
“Which part…?” he asked innocently, looking up with those clueless puppy-dog eyes.
Ara grit her teeth.
“You’ll never—ever—finish in my mouth again!”
“Agh… that was really an accident…”
As her glare sharpened into a deadly beam, Seohyuk immediately flattened himself to the floor.
“You’re right. Totally my fault. I’ll add that to the note. From now on, I promise not to… finish without permission.”
From the couch, Ara watched him write with her arms crossed.
“You’ve been watching too much weird stuff. Starting today—no more porn. Got it?”
“I don’t even watch porn,” Seohyuk shot back, mid-sentence.
Ara glared at him again, and he returned to scribbling with a sigh.
“Alright, alright. Adding it now. No more mistakes. No more porn.”
Seohyuk wasn’t forgiven until he signed and dated the note properly.
After that, the two of them sat at the window-side table, sipping wine and listening to soft music, enjoying a surprisingly peaceful moment together.
“Ara,” Seohyuk said, “I’ve got a shoot in Busan for two weeks starting next week. Wanna come down at the end of the month? I was thinking we could stay together at the hotel for a few days.”
“Busan? At the end of the month?”
“Yeah. Ever been there? Haeundae, maybe?”
“Never. And it’s kinda far…”
As Ara hesitated, rolling her eyes, Seohyuk leaned into his signature move—whining.
“We could see the ocean together, eat amazing food, watch the fireworks. Let’s have some fun in Busan, yeah?”
“Mmm… I’ll think about it.”
“I’ll book the extra nights anyway. Just in case.”
Ara, unimpressed, shot him a look.
“I said I’d think about it.”
“Exactly. That’s why I’m booking it.”
She scoffed in disbelief, then gently shoved his grinning face away.

The next day, Ara returned home and received a text from Donghee inviting her over for lunch.
“Ara, have you been busy lately? You’re barely home,” Donghee asked while ladling steaming hot fish stew into her bowl.
Ara braced herself. She needed a good excuse.
Donghee wasn’t easy to fool—one sloppy lie and she’d be tangled up in her own web.
What could she say…?
Avoiding her gaze, Ara finally offered, “I’ve… been working out of a new studio. Somewhere else.”
“Really? Out of the blue? Why?”
“The piece I’m working on is… big. I needed more space.”
“Jeez, your wrists are gonna fall off at this rate.”
Thankfully, the lie seemed to land. Donghee gave her a sympathetic look, then stood and rummaged through a cabinet.
She came back with several small boxes.
“Vitamin D. You need this. And calcium, zinc, omega-3s. Take them all.”
“You want me to take all of these? I’m fine, I already take a multivitamin…”
But Donghee was already stuffing them into a paper bag.
“We have a ton at home. No arguing. Take them and have them morning and night, alright?”
“You’re too much. Fine. I will. Thank you.”
After lunch, the two sat on the couch sipping coffee and flipping through an old photo album.
“Unnie, how old were you in this photo?”
“Just turned twenty, before I had Seohyuk.”
“Wow. You already look young, but here? You’re like a baby. So pretty.”
“Now you see why Seohyuk’s such a looker. He got all this from me.”
“Pfft, honestly? Yeah. He really does look like you. The eyes, the nose—especially here.”
As they flipped further, baby pictures of Seohyuk began to appear.
“How old was he here?”
“Four? Maybe five? Adorable, right?”
His bangs were cut in a perfectly straight line—probably by her own hand. Sparkly eyes, plump cheeks. The kid was too cute.
“Oh my god. I can’t. He’s so cute.”
Donghee clicked her tongue as she watched Ara fawn over the photos.
“If you want a kid that cute, you’d better get married soon. Having babies later messes up your body. It’s no joke.”
“Ugh, unnie. I’m not even thinking about marriage. Don’t even bring up kids.”
“You plan on being alone forever then? For real?”
“Someday, I’ll meet someone naturally…”
“Pfft. Naturally, my ass. What, a great guy’s just gonna roll up to your front door? Dummy. You dumb dumb!”
“Oh! That reminds me—my friend’s son runs a restaurant business. Super successful. Want me to set you up?”
At that, Ara couldn’t help but think of her stubborn celebrity. Now she understood exactly where he got it from.
“Nope. Nope! Not interested. Not even a little. I’m plugging my ears.”
“Tsk. Wait ten years and see what happens. Once you hit forty, nobody’s even gonna look your way. Now’s the time!”
But despite Donghee’s nagging, Ara kept her eyes glued to baby Seohyuk’s photo.
And silently plotted the best way to sneak one out of the album when no one was looking.
