Chapter 19: It’s So Beautiful
Yu Fu’s face was flushed in the dim light of the train car, and she intentionally turned her head away to avoid being noticed in her embarrassment. However, her rapidly beating heart could not be hidden, as she could feel the heat building up inside her, making her skin feel clammy.
Soon, the zipper that had been stuck started to move again. Jiang Siwei pulled the zipper down firmly, gliding it over Yu Fu’s slender lower back, where the metal clasp swayed slightly. With the car door open but no wind, Yu Fu shivered as she stood in front of him.
“Okay…” she said, not moving, afraid of brushing against his legs.
She hinted at it indirectly. Jiang Siwei’s fingertips touched the burning hot skin of her tense back, like cold stones from a snowy mountain. The light touch made her shoulders tense up, and a short, trembling whimper escaped her throat, as if she had been startled. She hurriedly moved forward, putting distance between herself and the man behind her.
“It’s… it’s done,” she said, still defensive, not rushing to change out of her dress. “You can go take care of things first, I’ll be quick…”
The shaking light from the phone had long disappeared. Jiang Siwei took a step back, immediately relieving the sense of pressure. Hearing the car door close, Yu Fu’s mind finally returned, and she quickly changed her clothes. Coming out of the car, her nervous heartbeat was trapped in the well-sealed jacket, making her hesitant to approach Jiang Siwei or confidently face Lu Xuezhou.
Yu Fu stood beside them, mentally preparing herself. This activity was a sudden whim of Jiang Siwei’s that day. He had bought professional equipment, previously used software to find an area with low light pollution, and checked the weather to avoid the moon rising, calculating the approximate position of the galaxy. He had also invited Lu Xuezhou, who was interested in astronomy and photography, to join him in this endeavor.
While Yu Fu was changing, Lu Xuezhou had already set up the tripod and equatorial mount, neatly arranging all the auxiliary equipment and starting to adjust the camera parameters, manually focusing the lens.
“Can you see it?” Jiang Siwei went over.
Lu Xuezhou, still running a fever, remained silent, continuing to adjust, searching the screen for the brightest stars, gradually zooming in and manually rotating the focus ring until the stars were at their smallest, finally completing the focus.
“Okay,” he stepped back, gesturing for Jiang Siwei to take a look.
As Yu Fu quietly approached, she happened to hear their conversation and was drawn to the well-prepared equipment. Carefully following behind Jiang Siwei, he knelt down on one knee, the height perfectly suited to the tripod setup. After examining it for a while, he smiled, “This thing really shows the stars clearly.”
Jiang Siwei didn’t get a response, turning his head to look in Lu Xuezhou’s direction, but his gaze was blocked by a soft, fair face. He lowered his eyelids, looking past her to see that Lu Xuezhou had moved to another position to adjust the more precious astronomical telescope.
Jiang Kan went over to assist him, eagerly standing by.
Yu Fu had also wanted to see the starry sky, having previously looked at photos that were breathtakingly beautiful. But now, trapped by Jiang Siwei’s deep gaze, she didn’t dare to look, shifting her knees back a step, her eyes timid, as if she had been bullied.
It was very similar to that day in the car.
Jiang Siwei shifted to the side, his voice low but not harsh, “Come take a look.”
“…”
Yu Fu secretly let out a sigh of relief.
Without thinking too much, her feet moved as if obeying his command, and she bent down to stand in the spot he had just occupied, lightly gripping the edge of the equipment, careful not to accidentally damage it.
Silently, Jiang Siwei’s knee pressed against the grass in front of her, his broad chest covering her slender figure from behind, like a shield surrounding her.
Looking through the lens, Yu Fu appreciated the romantic Milky Way, and the suppressed emotions in her heart became carefree.
“It’s so beautiful…” she couldn’t help but exclaim.
Just then, she felt a strong arm wrap around her waist. Yu Fu’s eyelashes fluttered in alarm, unsure if this was reality or a dream, as his wide palm firmly pressed against her delicate abdominal skin, boldly reaching under her jacket and into her undershirt.
“Don’t…” Yu Fu quickly grabbed Jiang Siwei’s hand.
But it was brushed off. His hand continued upward, stopping at her chest, still covered by her bra, teasingly kneading it through the cotton fabric. Feeling tormented, like being scorched by a fireball, Yu Fu let out a helpless whimper, “Uncle, please don’t do this…”
“How beautiful?” Jiang Siwei’s voice was like aged, rich wine, low and magnetic, carrying an irresistible allure.
Trapped in his embrace and tormented, Yu Fu’s mind felt intoxicated, unable to discern whether he was referring to the starry sky or the br3asts that had become his plaything.
