Lu Que hadn’t really celebrated New Year’s for a long time. This was the first time he had celebrated a holiday with Xu Tao Yue.

Xu Tao Yue was lying on the sofa. She was bored while waiting for the new year. She had her phone next to her but didn’t know what to do, so she decided to bother Zhuo Mi. Zhuo Mi was already asleep. Xu Tao Yue secretly opened the door a crack, and the light from outside gently streamed in. Zhuo Mi just turned over without waking up, but Xu Tao Yue’s lips curved into a wicked smile.

The second Xu Tao Yue started messing around, Lu Que grabbed the back of her neck. He gently pressed his arm against her. “Stop bothering the kids. Come on, bother me instead.”

After closing the door, Xu Tao Yue leaped onto Lu Que’s back. “Lu Que, let’s go out and play.”

“In the middle of the night?”

Xu Tao Yue nodded. “Yes, in the middle of the night. I want to go out.”

Lu Que nodded. “Where to?”

After thinking for a while, Xu Tao Yue realized there wasn’t a really good place to go. She checked her phone and saw that only the amusement park was open 24 hours during the New Year. They immediately decided to go there.

Xu Tao Yue was excited at first, but then she thought it might be a hassle for Lu Que and asked, “Don’t you think I’m annoying?”

“Amusement parks are for kids.” Xu Tao Yue reached up and put the bunny ear headband she had just bought on Lu Que’s head. “Will you find me annoying?”

The snack street was still bustling. Xu Tao Yue ate and bought a bunch of snacks, then handed them to Lu Que. Lu Que frowned. “You’ve already had so many snacks. Your stomach is going to hurt.”

She was only focused on running and didn’t notice the person next to her, who bumped into her. Her phone fell to the ground. Xu Tao Yue quickly motioned for Lu Que to lower his voice. Then she followed Ye Wan, feeling like a thief as they secretly trailed Xia Xiangyang.

“No, Xia Xiangyang? Who’s that girl next to him? I’ve never heard him mention her.”

Ye Wan took out her phone and snapped two photos. “Perfect. Now I can blackmail Xia Xiangyang into doing my homework for me later.”

Xu Tao Yue: “…” Is that the point?!
