Guide Her to Nowhere (NPH) - Chapter 55: Sitting on Shen Qi’s Lap
Chapter 55: Sitting on Shen Qi’s Lap
Five people weren’t many. They placed everything on the long coffee table in the living room and sat around it on the floor.
Yi Jin and Shen Qi sat at the ends. Qu Tang sat on the sofa side, sandwiched between Le Zhi and Le Li, facing the open television.
The TV played a drama about a love story between a Sentinel and a Guide. The plot was pure melodrama. Qu Tang watched with amusement and joined Le Zhi and Le Li in mocking it. When their complaints aligned, they clinked glasses in high spirits.
At that moment, Qu Tang felt like she was back in her past life, back in the peaceful twenty-first century. She was drinking and chatting with a group of ordinary friends, living an ordinary life.
It was nice—so nice that she thought joining Yi Jin’s team might not be a bad choice.
All four of them had good character and strong skills. They lived apart from others and moved often. It really suited her, a wild Guide.
The only awkward part was that she had slept with both Yi Jin and Shen Qi. Plus, her spiritual imprint still wasn’t removed. She’d need relief later. So, should she ask Yi Jin for help or Shen Qi?
Qu Tang glanced at Yi Jin and Shen Qi sitting at opposite ends, rubbed her forehead, and felt a headache coming on.
“Are you okay?” Yi Jin asked. “This is fruit wine, but it’s still alcohol. Drink less.”
Qu Tang felt guilty. Her guilt made her words float. “No, no, I’m fine. I’m not bragging, but the fruit wine you bought isn’t even enough for me alone.”
Qu Tang had a high tolerance and didn’t get drunk easily. But today, drinking so much fruit wine made her feel oddly hot.
“Yeah,” Yi Jin nodded with a smile. “I can tell.”
So far, they had opened four bottles of fruit wine. Qu Tang had drunk at least two and a half by herself.
It seemed to suit her taste. He could stock up on more.
After three rounds, Le Zhi and Le Li got drunk first. Influenced by Qu Tang, the “drunkard,” the brothers drank a lot without realizing it. Eventually, they couldn’t even sit up. They leaned against Qu Tang, curling up together and dozing off groggily.
Qu Tang wasn’t much better. She could still sit, but her cheeks flushed red, and her eyes grew hazy. She looked pretty drunk.
“So hot,” Qu Tang said. She already felt warm, and with the two brothers leaning on her like furnaces, it got worse.
She tugged at her collar and fanned air into it with her hand, but it didn’t help. Spotting an empty fruit wine bottle nearby, she grabbed it and pressed it to her burning cheek. She let out a soft hum of relief.
Yi Jin and Shen Qi both recognized that sound.
They simultaneously shifted their gazes away from Qu Tang.
“I’ll take them to their room,” Yi Jin said. He grabbed Le Zhi with one hand and Le Li with the other, heading toward the room already set up for the brothers.
Qu Tang saw this, put down the no-longer-cool bottle, and stood up. “I’m going to my room too.”
It was too hot, and she was thirsty. Her tongue and mouth felt dry in a strange way. But the alcohol dulled her mind, and she couldn’t figure out why it felt off.
Qu Tang used the coffee table to stand. She had sat on the floor too long, and her legs were numb. She stumbled forward toward the table, but Shen Qi quickly caught her with an arm around her.
Suddenly enveloped in a Sentinel’s scent, Qu Tang shivered. She gripped Shen Qi’s clothes tightly and pressed her body against him instinctively.
“You…” Qu Tang breathed deeply against Shen Qi’s chest, then tilted her head up from his embrace to ask, “What is that? It smells so good.”
An indescribable fragrance made her heart itch and her legs weak.
Qu Tang’s body sank down. Shen Qi pulled her closer, and she ended up straddling his lap. Her pvssy pressed against something hard and hot. It was like her bones melted, and she collapsed onto Shen Qi.
