How does it feel to step into a B-grade horror game? - 26
Episode 26.
Alvin tried to make his way right there, but Asin tightened his grip on the back of his head.
“Let’s not slack off for nothing.”
“Oh, then let me go! I’m going to come and go!”
After a lot of back-and-forth, Asin finally walked into the hallway where he and Alvin could hear voices, as if they had lost. They stood tall in front of a door. The bloodstains were long, long.
It looked like someone had been hanging from the door just before he died. The blood had already turned brown, and there were still blood stains on the threshold.
The handle was already covered in brown blood. He grabbed the handle without paying any attention to it, and the hardened blood stains turned into powder and dripped off.
Squeaky
The old door slammed open, and inside was a long, white-haired woman slumping down, her face bowed and her shoulders heaving and crying.
‘Master!’
‘… Isota.’
Alvin and Astin’s eyes were filled with joy. Alvin began to get excited at the thought of urging him to hurry up and kill Lee.
It was a cursed mansion anyway. They wouldn’t investigate the deaths of one or two volunteers, but it was just the right time to kill them covertly.
The thought of Alvin and Asteen tilted the corners of his mouth meanly, oblivious to the condition of the woman in front of him. Alvin strode over and, in a voice full of delight, grabbed her by the shoulders and turned her around.
“Master… Sir?”
The end of the welcoming voice turned to wonder.
“What’s he? Who is it?”
Astin narrowed his brows. She could see Isota’s red eyes, not her golden eyes, and she was a younger, more delicate-looking woman. He was dressed in thin nightgowns and a large-bodied robe draped overboard, and blood stains were visible on his face and clothes.
The soles of his bare feet were already stained with blood, and the corners of his eyes were swollen. The blood stains on her white eyelashes, her lips quivering, and her eyes shaking violently were filled with fear and sadness.
Alvin knew who that man was. Tired of being told by Isota, her only sibling and the person she loves the most.
“Mr. Fidelis?”
“Uh, how do you ……. my name?”
Tears pooled in the corners of her eyes, dripping down her cheeks as if to wash them off her blood-stained cheeks. If Fidelis was here, Isota had succeeded in bringing her back.
“After all, Master.”
His eyes lit up with respect, and no matter how much he looked around, he couldn’t see Isota.
‘You haven’t found it yet? Then I’ll bring you first!’
Alvin’s face melted at the thought of being praised by Isota. It took a while for Astin to get his hands on him, but he wouldn’t be able to touch Fidelis as long as he was around.
“What, do you know him?”
She was a beautiful woman who looked very much like Isota. Although he looked younger, the Swards’ characteristic white hair was not so common that it could be seen everywhere.
Above all, we didn’t see her when we all came in here. It wasn’t so blurry that I couldn’t think of it because there were so many people that I couldn’t see it, so she must have been the one who came in first, or the volunteer who came in late.
Strangely enough, Alvin knew her. He frowned suspiciously, pursed his chin, and ran his hands up and down at Fidelis.
Somehow, Isota’s figure was superimposed on her blood-stained figure. That’s how much they resemble each other.
‘Did I have a brother I didn’t know?’
Then he shook his head in denial. The wife of the Swards died in childbirth of their youngest child, and the baby died in the process. In fact, no one had ever seen a child other than Isota. There were no rumors that he had a brother.
It was all done by the head of the Swald family to hide Fidelis, who was born with a cursed enmity, but the only people who knew about it were Isota and her closest associates.
‘So what the hell is that fake?’
Alvin seemed to know, but he couldn’t answer my question. Even now, I ignore him like this, but I didn’t expect him to teach me kindly.
Leaving Asin behind the scenes, Alvin approached Fidelis. He whispered so softly that Asin couldn’t hear him.
“Isota is my master. I’ll protect you until you meet you.”
Alvin smiled sweetly and gently wiped the blood from Fidelis’ cheeks. Fidelis shook her head vigorously, bit her quivering lip once, and let out a damp voice.
“Uh, ……. sister.”
Fidelis, who couldn’t continue, burst into tears.
“What? S, Master? Why is Master…?”
Her lips, which had been trembling with blue, tightened again, and tears dripped down her face.
“Master, why!”
“What? Why Isota?”
Alvin urged her desperately, and Asin strode over and stopped near them. Fidelis blinked and made a small gesture.
“This, here….”
Alvin and Asin moved their faces closer to listen to her whispering softly.
“……. Closer”
Without question, he pressed his face close to hers, and Fidelis’ mouth stretched in a arc.
Boom, boom, boom.
There was a forced tearing sound. His mouth opened in the shape of a recumbent half-moon and was torn into long shreds. Asin and Alvin froze in place, and its mouth became large enough to swallow them both in one bite.
Sharp teeth grew sharp, and his tongue hissed like that of a snake, threatening them both. Something green oozing out of it gave off a foul stench.
Alvin, belatedly coming to his senses, quickly stepped back. At the same time, his teeth snapped shut, and Astin’s flesh on one of his arms fell off as he narrowly escaped. A cold sweat formed on his forehead and a sharp ache began to form in his arm.
“Ugh! You bastard!”
Alvin didn’t care and started running away from it. He had never encountered a ghost so dangerous. That was to be avoided to win. Alvin sprinted out the door and ran down the hallway.
At Astin alone, it threw its whip-like tongue at him quickly.
Hiss!
Astin had sat on the floor to avoid its tongue, and he chose to flee rather than fight. The wound on his right arm, the one holding the sword, bothered him. I took medicine to keep me in the best shape, but it didn’t heal my wounds. Clenching his teeth, Astin slid out the door and began to chase after Alvin.
“Are you running away alone?”
“Do you have any reason for me to take care of you?!”
Without looking back, Alvin sprinted down the hall again. Astin strained his legs and began to run with all his might. Then there was a loud bang and Fidelis smirked.
[I was able to eat it.]
The ghost’s feet floated and slid the snake’s tongue out and scanned its lips as if it were regretful, and it quickly moved forward.
It was a coincidence that I saw Fidelis’ group. In a place where it could not feel the presence of ghosts, it was able to observe their movements without being detected. But he couldn’t get close to kill. Two monstrous beings were the problem.
Regrettably, the ghost swooped in and sat at the chance to eat them. However, an unexpected variable arose, and he was transported to a completely different place.
The ghost decided to take advantage of Fidelis’ protective form as if to hide a precious treasure. It was to confuse them away from Fidelis. The ghost immediately threw the bait and decided to wait.
The bait was bitten by someone other than the one he wanted, but it didn’t matter. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal.
Alvin’s face turned contemplative because of the rapid approach. Astin let out a small curse and managed to move his legs that were about to break. In the midst of his frantic run, Alvin bumped into someone.
“Ugh!”
“Oh!”
Somehow, I got goosebumps at the voice I had heard before. Raising his face to look at the man who had hit him, Alvin screamed as hard as he could.
“Arghh
“… Why, why do you yell at someone else’s face…….”
She cried with a wounded face. Alvin gasped and glared at her. Sweat dripped down my spine as I thought there was a monster in front of me.
It was the same face as Fidelis. The redness of his eyes was the same, and somehow the blood stains on his clothes were the same.
“There were two, two!”
Alvin sat down and stepped back, but behind him it was speeding away. Fidelis also wondered if Alvin kept looking back, so he looked back and became contemplative.
“My, why am I… You’re flying, aren’t you?”
“… Huh?”
Is that the problem now? Oh no! Do you not know each other at all?
The real Fidelis in front of him muttered seriously, and Alvin made a strange noise, embarrassed. Fidelis stared at it. It was the same bloodstain.
‘How could it be the same as those bloodstains?’
But there was no time to think. Fidelis turned away without hesitation.
“Do, run.”
“What?”
“I’m running away!”
Fidelis began to run barefoot. Embarrassed, Alvin jumped up and chased after her. This time, it was the real Fidelis. Alvin shouted.
“Hey, do you know Isota?!”
At the mention of Isota’s name, Fidelis stopped and looked back. The tears that had barely stopped began to rise again. Wiping away tears, Fidelis was a little wary.
He was still a boy, but he couldn’t believe it. That boy had come for a reward. Like Beth, she was able to hide her true feelings and hit her in the back of the head.
“What if you know?”
A wistful voice erupted. It was a warning to Alvin.
“I am Master’s disciple! Let’s run, the ghost behind is dangerous!”
“Hey! Let’s go together!”
As they got closer, Alvin became so desperate that he grabbed Fidelis’ wrist and began to run. Behind them was Astin who was already closer.
“Who is that?”
“A molester!”
Fidelis’ eyes instantly turned fierce. It was also very similar to Isota, and Alvin couldn’t help but admire it a little.
“Are you sure?”
“Ha, it’s really annoying.”
Asin wiped the sweat from his chin from behind him and let out a small curse.
“Do you want to keep eating with your thighs?”
“It’s unreflective garbage.”
“Hey! I’ve only done something wrong before I can reflect on it! What’s wrong with that between the engaged! Why is Isota exceptional…!”
Fidelis furrowed her brow and turned to look at Astin. Their eyes snapped, and Asten’s mouth fell shut as he spoke in annoyance.
“Name: Astin, Delphine
Features: Beth Delphine’s brother, almost having her wrist cut off by Isota. 」
Glaring back and forth between the screen and Astin in front of her, Fidelis jerked her head around and started running forward.
‘The reason Beth didn’t have a window was because it was all planned. And Beth’s brother.’
Fidelis involuntarily gnashed his teeth. When he recalled the time he broke up with Isota and Hakan, he felt so complacent.
