How does it feel to step into a B-grade horror game? - 53
53.
“Cute.”
His whole body was burning. Whenever Fidelis showed naked emotion, Hakan was overwhelmed with more intense emotion than she was.
He didn’t want this to end, and even more desire threatened to consume him.
My heart was beating fast and hard, and I felt like I was about to burst, and I felt like my whole body was tickling and I felt like my mood was going to fly.
At Hakan’s untimely barrage of affection, Alvin, Harold, and Chester did nothing with a look of resignation on their faces. I didn’t even look at them.
Shion was just looking at Fidelis and Hakan and wishing he and Isota were like that, and Isota was in a hurry to take Fidelis away from Hakan.
“Is that a ragtag group of Hakan Declans, Asten?”
A harsh voice came out of nowhere, and everyone’s eyes turned to it. Eland and Asin were walking haughtily across from them.
Astin stood next to the towering Eland. The same words came out of the mouths of Isota and Shion.
“It’s not done.”
Hearing the two of them clearly, Asin strode toward Isota.
“Isota, there’s a limit to what you can do. If you keep doing this, I won’t put up with it.”
“I’m not going to stand it anymore.”
He tried to kick Astin’s shin with a low warning, but Isota’s foot sliced through the air. Eland grabbed Asin by the back of the head and pulled him roughly.
“Hey, Astin. I don’t have the scythe you mentioned, so what happened? How dare you lie to me?”
He snarled and asked, anger slowly rising on his face. A thoughtful Astin, hurriedly looked at Hakan. There really wasn’t a big scythe around him.
“I’m sure I saw the scythe behind Hakan’s back! Where did you hide it?”
He looked around Hakan, taken aback by the unexpected situation, but the scythe was nowhere to be seen. Fidelis quickly rolled his head to assess the situation, and carefully exchanged glances with Eland and Astin in the distance.
I don’t know if she understood it or not, but the moment their eyes met, Hakan was busy kissing her softly on the cheek.
“Where’s the scythe?”
“What are you talking about!”
Astin screamed as if he was about to lunge at Hakan. Fidelis shouted in unison. It was then that he spotted Fidelis in his arms, and Astin’s pupils dilated.
“What? How could a dead kid be….”
“You’re a strange person…? Who’s dying?”
It must have been the one who had been brought in to take the scythe from the beginning. Then it was best to make him a liar under the current circumstances. I wanted to avoid a futile fight. If you just drive Astin, the situation will take care of itself.
When Fidelis was bewildered by her high-level performance, they understood and accepted the situation without fail.
One by one, they, like Fidelis, began to look dumbfounded. Shion was stunned, and Isota tapped him in the side. It was then that he made an impression.
“It’s not a ball game. Copy my facial expressions.”
“Yes!”
Isota’s words were too small to be heard, and Shion pursed his lips in an unexpected laugh. Her bewildered expression looked really awkward.
Hakan wasn’t interested in it anyway, so he didn’t even act out his facial expressions. Isota, who was trying to force himself to act, was awkward at the moment. It was a stark contrast to Isota, who used to lie nonchalantly to deceive his father.
“Isota, you’re just looking at me… Okay?”
Shion gave a small warning that he might be caught, and Isota fumbled in his face.
“Do you have a lot of tea?”
“Big, so cute!”
“You didn’t ask that.”
He covered his mouth and took Shion’s thumbs-up hand and snarled in warning. Astin stared at Fidelis, stunned by the sound of the two of them whispering, and jerked his head to glared at Shion and Isota.
“What are you whispering about? Do you really want to see me go mad?”
Asten’s face flushed with rage and she raised her hand as if to curl her hair roughly. Then Isota grabbed Shion and changed his position in one fell swoop. Asten’s hands stopped in the air in bewilderment.
“Hey, Astin. It’s not like a promise to me. Are you going to continue to provoke my anger like this?”
Elland, who had roughly grabbed Astin’s wrist as he continued to make nonsense, gritted his teeth and began to get angry at him. There was one more person than Asin had said, and there was a strange ghost with it.
There was not even the most important scythe in sight. It was only natural that Eland, who had protected Asin by getting rid of ghosts and monsters all the way here, must have felt dirty.
“Hakan must have a scythe!”
He yelled at him in frustration, and Eland looked at Hakan.
“Where’s your scythe?”
He brazenly asked for the location of the scythe, and he was threatening Hakan at a glance. A sullen Fidelis stood in Hakan’s way.
Of course, stopping him didn’t stop him. It made more sense to say that it just popped forward. Eland shifted his gaze to the white, tiny Fidelis.
“Name: Eland
Characteristics: Seasoned mercenary, who hates to be ignored. 」
I read a brief biographical information next to him. Fidelis asked politely, but quite firmly, not to be ignored.
“You keep asking me about the scythe, what kind of scythe are you talking about? Don’t take it raw, just tell me what you say.”
Looking down at Fidelis who stood in his way, Eland smoothed his beard. With the man in front of Fidelis and Hakan standing behind her, she felt like a dwarf.
“Rabbit?”
“What? Where?”
He uttered the word “rabbit” that wasn’t even the answer to her question, and Fidelis looked around.
“I don’t think there’s a real rabbit.”
Chester stepped up to Hakan’s side, glaring at him, his eyes full of hostility. Eland pointed his finger at Fidelis and spoke again.
“That’s the little lady looking around. You don’t seem to know how to do anything, so how did you get in? Looks like she’s a greedy lady.”
“…….”
Feeling bad, he squirmed in the face, and Eland’s big fingers went toward Fidelis’ cheek. Hakan’s momentum, which was watching from behind, suddenly became fierce. Hakan pulled Fidelis into his arms, then slammed Eland’s hand down violently.
“Put your hands away.”
As his eyes met Hakan’s fierce warning, Eland felt like he had almost stepped back without realizing it.
‘Am I being chased by a kid who hasn’t lived half my life?’
For a moment, Eland was angry at himself and the cocky Hakan for being overwhelmed by his momentum.
“Give me your scythe. If you don’t, I’m going to cut Astin in two.”
They didn’t seem to get along, but they wouldn’t stand idly by and watch someone they knew die. Eland pointed at Asin and threatened them, but they didn’t respond. Instead, only Asteen’s face became contemplative.
“I’d be grateful if you could kill me for me. Kill me quickly.”
Like someone who had heard something to hear, Isota smiled broadly as he forced Asin to Eland. Uncomfortable at the sight of him playing with me, Eland lowered his voice even more.
“Are you playing with an adult?”
“Do you think I’m kidding you?”
His face hardened and he made eye contact with Eland, and Isota replied seriously. When Isota came out of nowhere, Eland, who felt that he had been deceived by Astin and began to gain momentum.
Astin hurriedly shouted, his eyes looking like they were about to tear him apart.
“I’m sure they’ve hidden it somewhere! This can’t be happening! Why would I lie to them when I brought you to them!”
Astin looked desperate. After a moment of contemplating the temper, Eland decided to attack Hakan for now, regardless of whether Moore was true or not. Whatever it was, it was in his interest to have fewer competitors anyway, and as he said, he might be hiding his scythe somewhere.
It didn’t make sense to back off when I told him I didn’t have a scythe. Either of them is lying, and the surest way to do this is to attack the enemy in front of them and find out what’s true.
Above all, it wouldn’t hurt to prove that he was stronger and at the same time push the bridge of his nose.
Twisting his neck from side to side, Eland warmed up and gripped the greatsword behind his back so hard that it cracked. Hakan handed Fidelis to Isota and took a step forward.
What happened next was instantaneous. Hakan drew his sword and overpowered the speedy Eland so easily that he laid him on the ground and climbed onto it. With one hand, he tightened his grip on Eland’s neck, and with the other, he squeezed the hand that held the sword to prevent him from moving.
He tightened his grip on Eland’s throat. There was a sharp pain in his throat that threatened to tear at any moment. Eland groaned involuntarily.
“Ugh!”
Eland frowned, and it was hard to figure out what was going on. Before he could chase after him, he was suddenly blocked from moving and his life was threatened.
‘What a difference? I’m just a little bird!’
I couldn’t believe it. Ever since I entered this place, I have been unable to use my full strength for some reason. But that would be the same for me to strangle myself.
And yet, I was caught in vain. Eland’s face burned red with shame.
“He’s not just magical. He’s unlucky enough to be a well-rounded kid.”
Speaking harshly, not knowing if it was an insult or a compliment, Isota tossed it at a perplexed Eland. Isota clicked his tongue as he stared at Hakan as he glared at Eland fiercely.
It’s been that way since the beginning.
The saying that God is unfair often came to mind when I looked at Hakan. Either way, he had a mad burst of talent.
With the added effort, his growth was infinitely deep. Isota often wondered if there was anything he didn’t know how to do. My sister, who had captured him, said she was adorable, and she hugged him tightly.
“Either take him away, or he will be decapitated.”
Shion tilted his head at Hakan’s choice, which had become quite lenient, and then looked at Fidelis in Isota’s arms, and understood.
It was obvious that he didn’t want to be as cruel in front of her as possible. Shion’s unfamiliar kindness gave him goosebumps.
