I Was Crossdressing But Ended Up Married - Chapter 2 (R19)
(Sorry for the long hiatus! Regular updates are back!)
As Marcus reached for the medicine, Yael swiftly grabbed it and declared decisively,Â
“Uh-uh. I’ll apply it for you.”
She dissolved the powdered herbs in warm water. Almost immediately, the mixture swelled into a thick, viscous paste.Â
Seeing how tense Yael’s expression had become, Marcus said again,
“It’s not that serious.”
At those words, whatever lingering hesitation she had melted away.
“In a situation like this, you shouldn’t worry about me.”
“I’m not trying to—”
“Now, hurry and show me the wound.”
Yael commanded. Marcus measured the weather and, confirming that the snowstorm would last for a while, he removed his leather armor. Both were disguised as soldiers, clad in shabby leather armor.Â
When he rolled up his undershirt, Yael clicked her tongue.
‘That’s a deep cut. If this had gone wrong, his guts might have spilled out.’
Marcus wasn’t the type to get hurt by a mere soldier. This had to be a wound he sustained while protecting her. Knowing that only made her feel worse.
‘Focus, Yael. A person’s life comes first. And above all, I can’t afford to lose the Lake Knights’ commander here.’
But she never imagined she’d end up having a night like this with the man she secretly loved.
‘Either way, he won’t remember any of it tomorrow.’
According to what Levina had taught her, combining medicinal herbs and that fruit triggered an extremely amplifying effect. One that makes the body crave human heat to heal. To put it plainly, one craves intercourse to recover.
It’s a powerful aphrodisiac and a potent medicine. The side effect is that the patient would lose all memories of the time while the medicine was in effect.
Levina had warned her to be extremely careful—it was a dangerous drug. But its effects were undeniable—the more difficult the conditions and the greater the risks, the stronger the results.
Yael’s hands trembled as she applied the medicine. She tried to rationalize what she was doing.
‘Saving a life it’s the right thing to do. And there’s a greater cause at stake. If he tries to carry me on his back with that wound, outrun pursuers, and cross the snowy mountains, it’ll be suicide. I can’t let us both die here.’
Whenever things got too overwhelming, Yael had a habit of stepping outside herself—analyzing her own emotions as if reading a novel from a third-person perspective.
‘Yes, this is just the kind of bittersweet episode a female lead with an unrequited love would go through.’
Like this. That arrogance had seeped into her thoughts, and even though she knew it was arrogance, she would still raise a shield in her heart.
Once she had applied the medicine completely, Yael gave him a reassuring smile.
“Now, the fever will rise. Get some deep rest.”
“I thought that if there’s a fever after an injury, it means there’s an infection.”
“This medicine is different. It’s part of the healing process.”
With that, Yael firmly pushed Marcus down, making him lie on the cloak she had spread in a wind-sheltered corner.
She sat beside him, gazing at the dwindling flames of the campfire.
‘It’s like the perfect closure to your first love. Yes, let’s think of it that way.’
As the fire burned lower, Yael tossed in the last twigs she had gathered. Then, dragging her right leg slightly, she moved toward Marcus. When she reached him, he was already asleep, groaning faintly.
Yael hesitated before reaching out—her fingers brushed against his cheek.
His skin burned hot with fever. When she touched him, his body reacted, and his eyes fluttered open. His usual clear green eyes were now unfocused and clouded with heat.
She took off her earrings, and her body changed. Her previously firm body began to soften and curve, transforming into a more supple shape.
Now fully returned to her female form, she hesitated before dipping her fingers into the remaining medicine and bringing it to her lips. Considering what was about to happen, it was better to let the medicine take effect rather than face it with a rational mind.
Her thoughts cut off abruptly. A heavy thud echoed through her stomach. Yael let out a sharp gasp.
She had taken a small portion of it, yet the heat was already spreading deep into her lower abdomen. Her body was getting hot too fast.
‘If I’m already like this… what about Marcus?’
With trembling hands, she unfastened the leather armor and cast aside the woolen garment beneath it. Since she didn’t wear anything else, her bare skin was exposed to the cold air instantly. A shiver ran through her, and she instinctively wrapped her arms around herself for warmth.
At that moment, Marcus sat up and pulled her back against him. Yael gasped, snapping her gaze up to meet his.
Marcus dipped his head slightly, his lips hovering just above hers as if silently asking for permission.
‘This man, really…’ Suppressing a laugh, Yael tilted her head and brushed her lips against his.
His mouth, which had always seemed firm, was unexpectedly soft. As soon as she granted him the slightest kiss, Marcus responded by pulling her into his arms and deepening it.
As if a kiss wasn’t enough, his tongue flicked against her lips. Yael parted her mouth without hesitation, and he slipped inside, claiming her with unrestrained hunger.
‘My lord.’
Yael swallowed sharply. A fusion of sweet fruit and bitter medicine lingered before disappearing. Each time his tongue moved, a shiver coursed through her shoulders and spine. The sensation was overwhelming.
‘Did I take… too much?’
She had taken it out of concern that she wouldn’t be able to walk properly because of the pain, but she hadn’t expected it to be this intense.
Marcus let out a low growl as if it still wasn’t enough. His tongue traced hers, sucking and licking every part inside her mouth. The cold was a distant memory—the medicine had done its job too well.
His hand reached out to her chest. Even though he just touched it, a whimper caught in her throat, and shivers ran down her spine. Tears welled at the corners of her eyes as he pressed, released, and lifted it slightly, his fingers brushing her n*ple softly.
The sudden tingling sensation sent goosebumps rippling across her skin. Marcus must have noticed her reaction because he began to circle the sensitive bud with the pad of his finger, his movements slow and deliberate.
At the same time, he deepened their kiss again.
Yael squeezed her eyes shut—tears welled up. The sensation was too much, too sharp, too real.
A whimper escaped her as he rolled the hardened bead between his fingers, catching it between his thumb and forefinger, twisting just enough to send her spine arching.
“Ha—!”
Her body lurched forward involuntarily.
‘No, stop joking—it supposed to hurt, not—ah!’
Feel so good.
Marcus toyed with the sensitive tip, kneading and teasing until it was flushed and taut beneath his fingers. She bit back a moan, but it slipped through anyway—muffled, breathless.
The heat was building between her legs, and her hips twitched before she could stop them. Marcus caught her lower lip between his teeth, tugging gently before releasing her, trailing over her cheek, jaw, and down her neck. His mouth was searing—each touch of his tongue, as if tasting and savoring her, made her shudder.
At some point, Yael found herself lying back against his cloak, with Marcus above her. His kisses traced a slow path downward, moving past her collarbone to her mounds.
Yael licked her lips. She wanted to run. Toying her n*pple with his fingers alone had sent her spiraling—if he were to use his mouth…
The thought alone made her shiver. Out of impulse, she tried to cover her br3asts, but Marcus was faster. He caught both of her wrists in one hand, pinning them down effortlessly.
Then, with deliberate intent, his tongue licked relentlessly.
“!!”
Without realizing it, Yael’s hips jerked upward. Instinctively, her legs tried to press together, but Marcus’s knee held them apart with ease. His lips descended, capturing and sucking her peak.
“Ah—ahh…!”
Her vision blurred as a moan spilled unbidden from her lips.
He sucked hard—almost to the point of pain—but it was anything but unpleasant. The sensations coursed through her like lightning, scattering across her nerves in waves of pleasure.
She writhed beneath him, but his grip was unyielding, keeping her in place. Even that tight restraint sent another jolt of stimulation through her.
His teeth grazed the tender bud before releasing it, leaving it swollen and glistening with saliva. He lingered for a moment as if admiring his work, then shifted to the other side.
Yael whimpered, her legs trembling as she tried to push him away, but Marcus remained unbothered. He lavished the same attention upon the neglected bud, teasing it with his teeth, tongue, and lips.
Then, without hesitation, his hand slipped beneath the waistband of her pants.
Yael couldn’t hide the heat pooling between her thighs. She could already feel it sliding between her legs. The realization made her face turn red with embarrassment.
Yet Marcus only hummed in approval, his fingers gliding effortlessly over the dampened flesh. A slick, embarrassing sound filled the space between them.
He chuckled low, pleased—before murmuring against her ear.
“You’re drenched. How adorable.”
Yael turned her hazy gaze at him.
Who was he looking at? Her or someone else entirely?
She didn’t know, and she didn’t want to know. Instead, she reached up, wrapping her arms around his neck, holding him close.
He bit gently on her earlobe before releasing it, and she shivered. Yael had never considered her ears to be sensitive, but before she could finish her train of thought, Marcus’s fingers found the most delicate part of her.
“!!”
A blinding rush of stimulation overtook her, and her body trembled and twisted in response.
‘Wait. Wait a—my chest alone was…’
Her chest alone had been enough to unravel her. But this—this was something else entirely.
She wanted to protest, to ask for just a moment to breathe, to collect herself—but words failed her.
Marcus’s large fingers toyed with her pearl. Moving with precision, coaxing and circling, sending her spiraling deeper into sensation. She opened her mouth, but no sound came out. The intensity stole everything, even her voice.
Mistaking her hips twisting and her back arching as an attempt to escape, Marcus’s arm tightened around her waist, holding her steady.
“Shh, be good.”
He murmured low against her ear. Even at this moment, Yael almost laughed.
‘Do you think I’m some kind of puppy or kitten?’
With effortless ease, Marcus tugged at her waistband, stripping away both pants and underwear in one smooth motion. For a fleeting second, a sharp twinge ran through her right leg. But just as quickly, the sensation faded.
‘I think the medicine’s effect is too strong. What if I don’t remember tomorrow?’
The thought drifted through her hazy mind as she steadied her breath.
But then, a distinctive sound brought her back to the moment. Marcus had unbuckled his belt and then—
Yael’s eyes widened.
Marcus’s erect member popped out, asserting its presence.
She had known, of course. A man of his size would be well-endowed, but…
Having that enter her was an entirely different matter.
