For now, it seems like that’s settled. The issue lies with Inaesia. She seems quite bothered by her loss as she still wears a stern expression. I approach her.

“Inaesia, don’t be so sour.”

“You haven’t been learning to fight for long. You can’t compare yourself to Reem, who’s been at it for much longer. Holding your own against her is already commendable.”

Reem once mentioned she started learning swordsmanship from her father at a young age. For someone like her, just holding out against Reem is impressive. Among our soldiers, only the captain and a few others might be able to spar with her seriously.
