- Episode 11 - The Tea Party of Four Young Ladies
The tea party that began in the duke’s courtyard. The young ladies sitting around the round table.
It is the four young ladies: Lady Vera Venegict, Lady Clara Brensto, Lady Colleen Rain, and Lady Amelia Heisen.
“Good day. You understand the reason we’ve gathered, don’t you?”
The three smiled as if to say, “Of course,” in response to Miss Clara’s words.
They are the candidates for Prince Randolph’s fiancée, privately approached by the queen.
All of them are young ladies raised to become the Crown Princess and eventually the Queen.
Prince Randolph’s appearance is simply stunning. The young ladies are desperate to be chosen. Amidst this, an afternoon tea gathering has been held.
“Oh, this tea is delicious. I wonder if it’s from the neighboring country, Morchette?”
“As expected of everyone. You understand it so well! I went out of my way to order it.”
“Indeed, Miss Clara is impressive.”
On the surface, the four of them continue their conversation cheerfully.
“Yes, yes, I made these as a token of friendship so that we can all get along well at the academy from now on. Please accept them.”
When Miss Vera said that, the maid who had been waiting behind handed a box to the three of them.
When Miss Clara opened it, she found a necklace and bracelet adorned with gold craftsmanship.
“Oh, how lovely. Vera-sama, thank you very much. The design is so wonderful that I want to use it every day.”
“I’m glad to hear you say that. This is a magical tool that has been enchanted with an antidote spell. We will need it from now on, won’t we?”
“Oh my! I’m so happy!”
Miss Amelia is delighted.
“Please ask the maid later how to use it.”
Vera is fanning herself with a smile.
“I also have something prepared because I wanted to get closer to all of you.”
“Me too.”
Saying that, Miss Clara distributed incense, Miss Amelia distributed feather pens, and Miss Colleen distributed hair ornaments.
All of them are items that the young ladies would likely be delighted with.
All four of them received the items with happy smiles.
“I’m so glad to be getting along with all of you like this. Although we are rivals as candidates for His Highness Prince Randolph’s fiancée, I would be happy if we could also get along well at the academy.”
“Really. Please be a good rival.”
Thus, the tea party of the four ended with smiles until the very end.
