I Would Like To Live A Different Life If I Could Go Back In Time - Episode 16
The next morning, a completely exhausted Liz came to school.
When I heard the story later, it seemed that Lord Yorland was teaching her diligently. And it seems that during the period leading up to the test, she ended up studying at the library every day.
“Lady Yuria said to join as well. Absolutely!”
“Eh, sorry? I’ll pass. I have various things to do. Since Liz is so talented, she’s being looked after. Isn’t that wonderful? Good luck?”
“Aww. But you know, it seems like you’re more interested in Lady Yuria than me. Am I just here to bring Lady Yuria along!?”
“Eh? But there weren’t any encounters worth worrying about, right? Well, since Lord Yorland is teaching me, I guess I have no choice but to do my best.”
Even though it feels a bit sad that they won’t give up even if I decline the student council, it can’t be helped. I listened to them while comforting them with “there, there.”
What should I do?
Two days until the test. I had planned to spend time with Liz, but now I’m free.
Since there’s no other choice, I decide to study magic alone in the dormitory.
When I compile the parts I don’t understand and send a letter to Professor Giannino, I get a reply at an astonishing speed.
Teacher, are you free?
And so the exam came.
This time too, I won’t be slacking off. I was sure to get a perfect score on the last test, and if I just answer the same way this time, I should get all the questions right again.
I deliberately leave some blank or write incorrect words and submit it.
According to my prediction, it shouldn’t be within the top twenty.
“Did Liz write it?”
“Yeah! Thanks to you, I wrote it perfectly. I might even be in the top ten with this.”
“Did Lady Yuria write it?”
“Could it be so-so?”
After discussing the exam together, we had a meal in the cafeteria and returned to the dormitory. Then, the test results will be posted. After that, we will enter the long vacation.
The nobles will be busy from here on out for the ball season.
But since we are not yet adults, the young ladies who are still students all gather to hold tea parties.
Of course, since I don’t have any acquaintances among the nobility, I am never invited to tea parties, nor do I attend any balls hosted by the various families.
How to skip the royal family’s tea party, which is the only mandatory event, right?
I have a headache now.
