In front of the gates of Osdis. For some reason, Gies-san was the one shouting the loudest and most energetically.

“So, Moriya! How are we going to travel?”

“Wait, wait! Gies, don’t ignore us as we see you off!”

“Really, we’re so sorry, everyone,” 

Irina-san kept bowing her head. She was regretting that she had brought Gies-san to the same tavern.

“It’s a good thing you’ve got a capable companion,” 

Ride-san said with a smile. Gies-san had been arguing with Ragda-san. As Ride-san said so, he suddenly puffed out his chest proudly.

“Alright then, everyone, see you later!”

Not wanting to waste any more time, I said this and got on Sunny.

“Irina-san, let’s drink again sometime.”

“Please do! I’d love to, Haruka-dono.”

Sensei and Irina-san exchanged a firm handshake. It seemed like a strong bond of friendship had formed… Well, only at the drinking table, though.

“Just like before, Arata, Sensei, and Ride-san should get on Haku.”

“Got it. Ride-sama, I’ll slow down the speed just a little.”

“Thank you so much! Arata-sama!”

Ride-san was tearfully thanking Arata. 

…….…So, he was that scared of Haku’s speed.

“Gies-kun, we’re leaving soon.”

“Oh! Awesome! See you later, Ragda-san!”

“…Got it! Of course!”

The two had been bickering. But in the end, they bumped fists. 

I guess this is what friendship looks like.

“Alright, Moriya! I’m counting on you!”

“Alrighty! I’ll make you float now!”

“Yeah! —Whoa!? I’m actually floating!”

As Moriya snapped his fingers, both Gies-san and his body lifted into the air.

Ragda-san and Irina-san looked shocked, but we just waved them off without a care.

“Alright then—see you later!”

““Take care!””

“I’m really curious how we’re going to travel… geeEEeeeEEEeeeeEee…”

……..…Gies-san’s scream echoed as he moved ahead, leaving us behind.

Moriya’s really having fun, huh?

Arata and I were moving slowly today. We eventually caught up with Gies-san, who was bent over with his hand on a large tree. Moriya was smiling as he watched.

“Moriya, you were playing around, huh?”

Although we had reunited, continuing on like this seemed risky… Gies-san might end up throwing up. So I decided we should take a short break.

He seemed incredibly apologetic. But soon enough, the nausea returned. And his face turned pale as he bent over again.

“You really overdid it.”

“We’ll take a break. But overall, this way we’ll get there faster.”

Well, after experiencing that for some time, I guess it’s fine to speed up a little. 

Though, if Ride-san doesn’t get used to Haku’s speed, I won’t be able to raise it.

“Are you okay, Ride-sama?”

“…I’m terribly sorry, Haruka-sama.”

If he’s getting nauseous at that speed, it looks like he really needs to get used to it.

“Hey, Moriya. Can you use a magic to cure motion sickness, like in situations like this?”

“I can, yeah.”

“Right, you can use it, right? Yeah, you definitely need to get used to it…..
