Since morning, the phones had been ringing nonstop at the Japan Adventurer Association. It was located on the top floor of a skyscraper in Toranomon.

Hakamada, the PR representative, was sweating bullets from his thinning scalp. He was bowing repeatedly over the phone.

After finally setting down the receiver, Hakamada stood up quickly and hurried toward the meeting room before the next call could come in. The tablet at the entrance displayed:

After three knocks, a slightly irritated female voice replied. Sweating even more, Hakamada opened the door and stepped inside.

“Pardon the interruption!”

“What is it? Is there some kind of emergency?”

A beautiful woman with a sharp look and black-rimmed glasses glared at him. Sitting across from her was a young man with idol-like looks.

“Yes. We’ve received complaints from multiple organizations since this morning.”

“Complaints? About what exactly?”

The woman furrowed her brows.

“President Yatsuzuka, are you familiar with an adult site called ExtremeChat?”

“ExtremeChat? No, never heard of it.”

“It’s this kind of site…”

Hakamada took out his smartphone, opened ExtremeChat, and held it in front of Yatsuzuka’s face.

“So he’s from the old generation… Ugh, what a hassle. Revoke his adventurer license immediately. Then post the notice on the Association’s homepage.”

“Understood!”

Leaving those words behind, Hakamada exited the meeting room.

After a long sigh, Yatsuzuka turned and gave a small nod to the young man sitting in front of her.

“Hayato, sorry about all the commotion.”

The man called Hayato gave a warm, bright smile. He replied in a gentle tone.

“It must be tough for you too, Yatsuzuka-san—babysitting old-timers and all.”

“It’s part of the job, unfortunately.”

“I’ll mention that guy briefly during my next dungeon stream. I’ll say it was just some old-generation adventurer who’s no longer associated with the Japan Adventurer Association.”

“Really…!? Having *the top-ranked adventurer Hayato* say that would be a huge help!”

Yatsuzuka’s cheeks flushed slightly. She was clearly delighted.

“Improving the public image of all adventurers is part of the role of an S-rank.”

“I truly admire your level of awareness, Hayato.”

After that, the two began discussing strategies to develop and increase the number of future S-rank adventurers.

Naturally, there was no room left for romance or passion in that discussion.
