Intoxicated by Her Pheromones - Chapter 16
Song Qing froze for a moment before reacting. She then pressed her hand against Su Shu’s nape and forcefully kissed the lips she had been longing for over the past few days.
Su Shu’s lips were warm, soft, and sweet, like a delicate pudding. With her eyes closed, Song Qing greedily nibbled on them, reluctant to let go, as if she were becoming addicted. She continued to tease Su Shu’s lips with her tongue until she sensed Su Shu was nearly out of breath, only then reluctantly releasing her.
Su Shu’s waist was firmly held by Song Qing’s hands. Clinging to Song Qing’s neck, she buried her face against her shoulder, gasping for air. In the places Song Qing couldn’t see, her eyes were filled with cold calculation and the smug satisfaction of a plan coming to fruition.
Holding Su Shu close, Song Qing remained oblivious to her subtle movements, her mind consumed by thoughts of Su Shu’s intoxicating pheromones and those nights when her face had flushed with desire. Her grip unconsciously tightened.
Su Shu let out a pained whimper before speaking.
“My grandmother has heart disease and is currently in the hospital. The money you gave me was all spent on her hospitalization fees, but now we still need funds for her surgery.”
“How much?” Song Qing’s voice turned icy the moment she heard this.
“Five hundred thousand.”
Su Shu tightened her arms around Song Qing, her expression dimming as she thought about what she was about to say next.
“I heard what your manager said… I’m willing, but I have conditions.”
“What conditions?” Song Qing asked, her gaze chilling as she looked down at the woman beneath her, already assessing Su Shu’s worth in her mind.
While money wasn’t an issue for her, everything had its limits.
So, it would be best if Su Shu didn’t push beyond those limits—otherwise…
“Lend me five hundred thousand… and let me become an artist under your company. This money… will be considered a loan. Once I’m capable of repaying it, our contract ends.”
“That’s all?” Song Qing raised an eyebrow in surprise. She had expected Su Shu to make outrageous demands, but what she asked for was surprisingly little. Still, it saved her trouble.
Su Shu nodded and continued, “Yes, that’s all. In return, you can also make demands of me. If it’s within my power, I’ll do my best to fulfill them.”
“Fine. I’ll have Ye Zi draft a contract for you later. You can review it then. You can also discuss the signing details with her. I hold shares in the company, so signing you won’t be a problem. But if you’re taking advantage of my connections, you’ll have to give a little more in return. So, as for what happens next… I don’t need to teach you, do I?”
Song Qing’s voice dripped with suggestion, her alluring gaze sliding from Su Shu’s eyes down to those cherry lips she had just savored.
Her eyes darkened with desire, and the hand resting on Su Shu’s waist began to caress her slender figure, eager to take things further.
Su Shu knew exactly what she wanted, and her face flushed instantly.
But she had no other choice.
Her grandmother was in trouble—she needed the money, and Song Qing was the only one who could help her.
The moment she opened the door, she had already prepared herself for this.
Yet now that the moment had arrived, fear crept in. If she could, she would have pushed Song Qing away right then.
But she couldn’t. Her grandmother was still in the hospital, waiting for this money to save her life.
So she had to endure.
Her gaze changed, Su Shu thought to herself. Once the emotions in her heart had fully brewed, she stood on her tiptoes and took the initiative to kiss Song Qing.
Song Qing was pleased with her awareness. So, when the kiss ended, he picked up the omega and pinned her onto the sofa.
Su Shu lay on the couch, panting with flushed cheeks, her skin glowing pink from what had just happened. Her pheromones drifted faintly in the air—subtle yet intoxicating.
Song Qing took off his coat and leaned closer to Su Shu. Dissatisfied with the faint scent, he buried his face in the crook of her neck, his voice low and rough, half coaxing, half commanding.
“Be good, release some pheromones for me, will you? I smelled so many awful omega scents today—it nearly made me sick. I need yours to wash them away.”
“Mmm.” Su Shu obediently let her pheromones flow.
The moment Song Qing caught the scent, he clung to her neck like a cat drawn to catnip, nuzzling against her scent gland, inhaling deeply.
Su Shu squirmed from the ticklish sensation, trying to pull away, but then she heard—
Song Qing sighed in satisfaction.
“Yours really is the best.”
“Really? Is my scent that nice?” Su Shu asked, a hint of smugness in her eyes that Song Qing didn’t notice.
“Of course it is. Why would I lie?” Song Qing murmured, nuzzling against her again, lazily draping himself over her like a drowsy big cat.
“None of them could compare to you.”
“Them? Who?” Su Shu paused.
Song Qing scoffed. “The omegas Ye Zi picked. Unimpressive looks, and their scents were downright revolting. Thank goodness I have you—otherwise, I wouldn’t know how to get through my next rut.”
“None of their pheromones were as good as yours. The moment I walked in and smelled them, I almost gagged. I don’t know what Ye Zi was thinking, choosing them to join me on that variety show.”
“But now that I have you, you’ll come with me for the new show. It’ll help boost your visibility, and it’s the perfect chance to clear up those rumors about me hating omegas.”
“Clear them up? What should I do?” Su Shu frowned, her expression turning serious.
Song Qing lifted his head, amused by her reaction. He pinched her cheek affectionately, smiling down at her.
“No, you don’t need to do anything special. Just act close to me like you are now. The show has a bit of a dating vibe—Ye Zi will explain the details soon. Your job is to pair up with me to dispel the rumors, but don’t overdo it.”
“Got it. Don’t worry, I won’t cross any lines.”
Su Shu nodded.
Song Qing was pleased with her self-awareness. A smirk curled his lips as he stroked her hair, then pinched her ear, finding her more and more agreeable the longer he held her.
Truly, without comparison, there’d be no sense of superiority.
Song Qing had initially thought Su Shu was nothing special, but after seeing the other omegas Ye Zi had found, she realized just how great Su Shu was.
Not only was Su Shu more attractive than the others, but her figure and scent were exactly to Song Qing’s liking.
Otherwise, she would never have agreed when Su Shu proposed joining her company.
And now… she was growing more and more excited about their future together—and all the different kinds of play they could explore.
Her eyes filled with desire, Song Qing leaned in to kiss Su Shu.
Then her phone rang.
