Intoxicated by Her Pheromones - Chapter 2
The woman was startled, her body trembling slightly as she caught the scent of Song Qing’s pheromones. She turned her head and met Song Qing’s lust-filled gaze.
The alpha was in the middle of her rut, the time when she needed an omega the most. That was why, while showering earlier, she had deliberately released a hint of her pheromones—just enough to lure the alpha in when she could no longer resist.
But she was afraid Song Qing might realize her intentions, so she kept the pheromones faint, further diluted by the water, making them almost imperceptible.
Yet the alpha had still caught it.
Heaven was truly on her side.
“Done showering?” Song Qing murmured, pulling the woman into her arms. The sweet scent of the omega’s pheromones made her feel like she was about to combust.
Not enough… not enough…
She wanted more…
“N-No… I just started,” the woman in her arms replied, forcing her voice to remain steady. Under the overwhelming dominance of the alpha’s pheromones, her legs had gone weak, barely able to support her. Her usually cool, composed face was flushed from the hot water, her fair skin—naturally pale—now tinged with pink from the heat. Combined with her soft, delicate frame and the scent of her pheromones, she looked like a tempting little dessert, begging to be devoured.
The sight alone was enough to drive anyone mad with desire.
Holding the omega close, Song Qing felt her body grow even hotter at the contact of their skin.
Her voice, too, took on a husky, lustful edge.
“Then stop for now. You can shower later.”
She chuckled lowly, as if struck by a sudden thought, then leaned in to nip at the omega’s ear. “Don’t worry, I’ll help you wash up. After all, you might not have the strength later.”
“Mmm…”
The omega in her arms frowned, looking reluctant yet unable to refuse.
Song Qing smirked, unfazed, and simply scooped the omega up, carrying her out of the bathroom.
As she walked, she spoke.
“Ye Zi already explained the rules to you, right?”
“Yes.”
“Then you know what comes next?”
The petite omega was placed on the bed, while Song Qing stood at the bedside, looking down at her with an intense, predatory gaze.
The possessiveness in her eyes was undisguised, as if she wasn’t looking at a person but an object.
The omega thought the same, so she turned her head away in humiliation, refusing to meet the alpha’s eyes. A strained “I know” escaped her throat.
“Then you don’t need me to teach you what to do next, do you?”
Song Qing spoke, delighting in the flicker of emotion that broke through the woman’s usual cold demeanor. A wicked thrill surged through her, urging her to draw out even more reactions.
And so, she did.
Her slender fingers lightly grasped the woman’s chin. Song Qing had never been one for patience.
In the next second, she tightened her grip, forcing the woman to face her, whether she wanted to or not.
The woman hadn’t expected this. Panic flashed in her eyes as she stared up at the alpha.
Just as she was about to speak, Song Qing’s finger pressed against her lips, silencing her.
“Then let’s do it. I’m looking forward to your performance—don’t disappoint me.”
Song Qing leaned in closer to the omega in her arms and chuckled softly. Burying her face in the crook of the other’s neck, she inhaled the sweet, intoxicating scent, her cheeks flushing slightly. Her tongue traced a slow path over the sensitive skin, watching as Su Shu trembled under her touch, struggling to suppress her reactions. The sight filled Song Qing with an indescribable thrill.
“You smell so good. Ye Zi finally did something right—you’re sweeter than any omega I’ve ever met… so delicious, it makes me want to devour you whole.” The alpha’s throat bobbed as she spoke, her gaze burning with undisguised desire.
“Other omegas?”
A cold glint flashed in the woman’s eyes, hidden beneath the veil of her hair. The alpha didn’t notice, mistaking the reaction for nothing more than a hint of jealousy. Amused, she smirked, her expression teasing.
“Yeah, I’ve had plenty before. Just like you, they only climbed into bed for money. What, are you jealous?”
“No, I was just asking.”
“Good. It’d be troublesome if you were.”
The arrogant alpha laughed, her beauty making even her disdainful expression seem like a work of art.
The omega watched quietly, her infatuation and greed carefully concealed—just like the love she refused to let the alpha see. Her words were flawless, perfectly crafted to satisfy.
“Mm, don’t worry. I won’t cause you any trouble.”
“Good. Now, let’s see how sincere you are.”
The alpha’s gaze trailed downward, lingering on the omega’s full lips. She narrowed her eyes slightly before pressing a thumb against them, savoring their softness. Her expression darkened.
“Your lip color is unusual. Are you wearing makeup?”
“No, I’ve already washed it off.”
“So, it’s natural?”
“Yes.”
“How interesting. Your scent is naturally intoxicating, your lips naturally beautiful… what else about you is naturally perfect?” The alpha mused, tugging at the omega’s clothes without restraint, her curiosity overriding any concern for the other’s comfort.
“I don’t know.” Su Shu shivered, her voice restrained, her demeanor like an unyielding flower atop a high peak. The sight sent a feather-light tickle through Song Qing’s chest, stirring her desire even more.
“Oh? Then let me check for you—see what other gifts you were born with~”
With a teasing laugh, Song Qing scooped Su Shu into her arms and carried her toward the bedroom.
Su Shu gasped, instinctively wrapping her arms around Song Qing’s neck—only to meet the alpha’s lust-filled gaze.
She flinched again.
Her wide-eyed stare made Song Qing’s teeth itch with hunger, and she couldn’t resist tasting her right then and there.
Three days later.
When Song Qing finally emerged from the room, she was thoroughly satisfied. Hearing her phone ring, she didn’t even glance at the person beside her before grabbing it and walking out.
The message was from Ye Zi, asking her to get in touch after the event to discuss what had happened at the awards ceremony.
Song Qing hadn’t had time to go online these past three days, so of course, she had no idea how much the incident at the awards ceremony had blown up. After the topic hit the trending list, the uproar over Song Qing’s alleged “dislike for omegas and lack of manners” had grown louder and louder.
Her studio and company had immediately issued a statement clarifying that Song Qing had been unwell that day, which was why she had behaved that way—it wasn’t a lack of manners, but rather an effort to avoid infecting the host. However, casual fans weren’t buying it. Not only that, but some even dug up more past scandals involving Song Qing.
Song Qing had risen to fame over the past two years, and plenty of people had it out for her. So, when these incident broke, rival agencies seized the opportunity, hiring numerous marketing accounts to smear her, leading many uninformed casual fans astray.
As a result, Song Qing was quickly branded as “discriminatory against omegas.”
Such a label was particularly damaging for an alpha, so Ye Zi had no choice but to call Song Qing. But since Song Qing hadn’t checked her phone, Ye Zi had to resort to sending a message.
“The awards ceremony incident has blown up. The company already issued a statement clarifying that you were sick and didn’t want to infect the host, but it hasn’t helped much. So, for your next steps, the company plans to have you join a variety show with an omega. You’ll need to take the opportunity to interact more with omegas and build a CP—otherwise, the label of an alpha who dislikes omegas will hurt your career.”
“Have me join a variety show with an omega?” Song Qing replied coldly, her beautiful face like an unyielding sheet of ice.
“What is the company thinking? Don’t they know my boundaries?”
“I… I know this is difficult for you, so I’m trying to think of alternatives. But omegas with the kind of scent you mentioned are extremely rare. The company isn’t likely to budge, so I’ll see if I can find another way.” Ye Zi sighed heavily.
Song Qing’s expression softened slightly.
“Fine. Thanks for your hard work.”
“No problem.” Ye Zi replied before shifting the topic. “By the way, how’s that omega we found for you?”
At the mention of this, the alpha’s mood improved noticeably, her tone even carrying a hint of approval.
“She’s performed very well. Increase her compensation a bit—consider it extra for her efforts.”
“That’s rare. This is the first time you’ve been so satisfied with an omega. How about signing a long-term contract?” Ye Zi seized the opportunity to suggest.
Song Qing didn’t respond. Instead, she turned, phone in hand, her gaze settling on the closed door—as if she could see through it to the sleeping omega inside.
The memory of the past three days, of the omega blooming beautifully beneath her, darkened her eyes.
But her words remained as detached as ever.
“No, you know how troublesome omegas can be. I can control myself not to develop feelings for her, but that doesn’t mean she can do the same. So, let’s end it here. Besides, she’s only satisfied me these past few days. There are so many omegas in this world—why should I hang myself on one tree so quickly?”
“Alright then, I’ll handle it.”
…
When Su Shu woke up again, Song Qing was no longer in the room.
The spot beside her had long gone cold. Su Shu sat up, the air still thick with the jasmine tea scent of Song Qing, mingling with her own watermelon fragrance—like a leisurely, refreshing summer day.
It made her want to lose herself in it.
She closed her eyes, savoring the aroma.
The mere thought of Song Qing sent her body into uncontrollable excitement, her eyes brimming with near-maddening adoration, trembling with exhilaration.
A smile curled on her lips. Just recalling how satisfied Song Qing had been with her these past three days filled Su Shu with uncontainable pride.
All her meticulous planning had been worth it.
But this wasn’t enough…
What she wanted was far more than this.
With that thought, Su Shu hastily threw on some clothes and went to find Song Qing. When she reached the living room, she found Song Qing sitting on the sofa, smoking.
A slender cigarette was pinched between her index and middle fingers, the ember glowing starkly in the dark. Song Qing hadn’t turned on the lights, her disheveled hair cascading loosely, her clothes haphazardly worn, revealing pale skin that seemed to glow.
As Su Shu approached, Song Qing caught the familiar, sweet scent of her pheromones and slowly looked up. A faint smile touched her lips when she saw who it was.
“Awake? Hungry?”
“A little.”
The omega answered honestly, sitting a cautious distance away from the alpha, as though afraid the alpha might devour her.
Song Qing frowned, displeased, and promptly pulled the omega to sit beside her. She draped herself over the petite omega like a lazy koala.
“Why sit so far? Don’t you like me? Or did I do something to upset you?”
Her breath, tinged with cigarette smoke, brushed against Su Shu’s ear.
The omega turned her head slightly, discomforted by the smell. In the darkness, where the woman couldn’t see, her expression shifted instantly.
“You told me not to like you.”
