Making Three Heartless Woman Go Crazy for Me - Chapter 46
Qi Lanshi really wanted to slack off, but after lying down for a short while, she struggled to get up.
After all, she was still livestreaming, and the game developers had just increased her pay. She should at least try her best. If she could create a compelling storyline even without any pre-existing plot, wouldn’t that just prove how amazing she was?
She opened her phone and searched for information about Jiang Qianyun online, discovering that the doctor was quite famous and had a considerable fanbase.
Normally, someone with Jiang Qianyun’s looks would attract fans primarily for her beauty. But she was different. Half her fans were drawn to her appearance, while the other half idolized her as a role model.
“That makes sense,” Qi Lanshi mused. “After all, the game gave her such an impressive backstory. If a real-life polymath like her existed, it’s only natural that students in related fields would idolize her.”
As Qi Lanshi continued searching, she stumbled upon a video of Jiang Qianyun secretly filmed by a patient during a consultation.
In the footage, Jiang Qianyun wore a white lab coat, her long black hair styled in a low bun. A few stray strands fell across her forehead, obstructing her vision. She tucked the hair behind her ear, adjusting her gold-rimmed glasses in the process.
A sharp intake of breath echoed from the video, clearly stunned by the scene.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk,” Qi Lanshi commented. “Such a classic refined and abstinent character design. She looks even better than her official portrait—her aura is absolutely maxed out.”
The white coat symbolized sacredness, the gold-rimmed glasses conveyed refinement, the low bun exuded gentleness, and the meticulously buttoned-up coat hinted at an almost rigid abstinence.
These elements blended perfectly in Jiang Qianyun’s appearance. Combined with her striking beauty, her mere presence radiated lethal charm.
Qi Lanshi could easily imagine Jiang Qianyun’s expression while painting—it must be breathtakingly beautiful.
“Actually, I chose Luan Hua as my starting point not just because she was the first character, but also because the ‘domineering CEO’ storyline is usually the simplest. I needed to gauge the game’s entry-level difficulty first.”
The result was obvious: Luan Hua was as emotionally immature as a grade-schooler.
“Jiang Qianyun, on the other hand, is clearly much more challenging. If the brain-dead scriptwriters had given her a plot, it would have lowered the game’s difficulty. But now…” Qi Lanshi narrowed her eyes. “It’s clear the gameplay experience is about to get a serious upgrade.”
As she spoke, her thoughts shifted to the System. “By the way, System, now that the original plot has been scrapped, could you at least tell me what it was? Just for reference?”
The System refused.  That wouldn’t be appropriate. The writer’s been fired—let’s not kick a dead horse.
“Kicking a dead horse”—what a precise metaphor.
“Then let me guess,” Qi Lanshi said, searching for the First Hospital’s location on her phone. “If I’m wrong, you can correct me. If I’m right, just pretend you didn’t hear it. Was the original plot supposed to have me play a fan or a starstruck admirer, approaching Jiang Qianyun to express my worship and affection?”
The System remained silent.
That silence spoke volumes.
“I knew it,” Qi Lanshi sighed. “Once again, reality proves the writer deserved to be fired. Did you ever consider that Jiang Qianyun already has countless fans? What difference would one random college student make?”
Expressing admiration to someone who already basks in adoration—what a foolish way to confess.
The System couldn’t argue. Â Then what’s your plan now?
“I have a far more legitimate reason to approach her,” Qi Lanshi smiled. “I’ll make good use of my college student identity.”
At her current age and status, even waiting at the high-speed rail station, people would entrust her with their luggage, asking her to keep an eye on it.
On the subway to the hospital, Qi Lanshi took a moment to search for news about Luan Hua. The subway signal was weak, and it took a while for the information she wanted to appear.
Though this was a parallel world, Luan Hua still existed. In this reality, she was a pure CEO, successful in business, from a wealthy family, and her beautiful appearance was the least remarkable of her qualities.
Now she’s truly become an NPC, Qi Lanshi thought.
She put her phone away and followed the crowd off the subway, arriving at the hospital. Before entering, she mentally prepared herself, reminding herself that she was now a nineteen-year-old college student, and anything she did would be perfectly reasonable.
“Sister Qiuqiu, please just give me one chance to volunteer!” Qi Lanshi clasped her hands together, her eyes brimming with sincerity and pleading, practically begging. “I really need these credits. Please, give a college student some hope and opportunity!”
Still not finished. I’ve only written less than half. Sleepy Baozi, go to sleep first. The chapter will be completed tomorrow. Just think of it as snagging a discounted item!
