Me And My Four Dancers - Chapter 15
Chapter 15: Giving You a Chance
It was a truly disastrous night.
In Yan Shuo’s glorious first half of life, he had never felt so humiliated. Even the day his secondary Weibo account was exposed and his private conversations were publicly displayed on trending searches, the embarrassment couldn’t compare to this.
The most unacceptable thing was that he actually cried.
In truth, he hadn’t noticed it. It was only when Chen Ze pulled a tissue and wiped it all over his face that he realized it was soaked. The look in Chen Ze’s eyes was a mocking mockery, completely igniting the fact that he was on the verge of exploding and adding fuel to the fire.
“Why are you crying?” Chen Ze asked. “Are you getting too caught up in the role?”
Yan Shuo didn’t understand: “What?”
“I’m saying, are you already in love with me, and now that you realize I don’t, you’re furious and upset, right?”
Chen Ze looked down at him, his eyes filled with an indescribable condescension.
Pressed against the bed, Yan Shuo said weakly, “No, you’re overthinking it.”
Chen Ze didn’t believe him: “Really? Then why are you crying?”
“I’m not crying.”
“Not crying?”
Chen Ze wiped the tears from his eyes. Yan Shuo froze, completely humiliated. “Don’t be so self-indulgent, okay? I’m straight.”
“Really?” Chen Ze suddenly leaned over, one hand on his shoulder, the other holding his chin. He leaned in close and said, “You didn’t act like a straight man when you hugged me and kissed me last night. Let me check.”
“Check, check what?”
Yan Shuo had a bad feeling and instinctively backed away. But the bed beneath him was soft, and Chen Ze, distracted, pressed down on him, unceremoniously blocking his lips.
“…”
In the silence, the bed sank deeply, and Yan Shuo nearly fell backward, breathless.
—This couldn’t really be considered a kiss.
But the sparks their lips and tongues ignited didn’t diminish because they weren’t lovers. On the contrary, due to the inappropriateness of their status and gender, the stimulation was electric, and Yan Shuo frantically tried to hide.
But the more he tried to hide, the tighter his body became.
Chen Ze’s face pressed against his, the warmth of their skin unimpeded. His hot lips pressed against his from the side, touching his, then kissing, gently biting, and licking his lower lip.
Then, something soft yet forceful entered, prying open his teeth. He was forced to open his mouth, and his whole body tensed.
“Hmm…”
Yan Shuo was practically trembling. Chen Ze gripped his chin firmly and kissed him deeply and fiercely.
It seemed like dozens of seconds, or maybe a minute?
When it was over, Yan Shuo was stunned for a moment, speechless.
Chen Ze wiped the water from the corner of his lips with a finger and calmly announced the results: “Look, your face is red.”
Yan Shuo: “…”
Is this person sick? Is there something wrong with this person?
Yan Shuo didn’t know if his face had been red just now, but he was sure it was dark now.
He pushed Chen Ze away, trying to get up from the bed. But Chen Ze wouldn’t let him, holding him down. Yan Shuo struggled but couldn’t break free. Just as he was about to explode, Chen Ze suddenly kissed him again.
It was only a few seconds, this time even deeper than the last. Yan Shuo was forced to tilt his head back, Chen Ze’s breath mingling with his, and the ambiguous, sticky sound of saliva in their kiss filled his ears, making his ears warm.
Yan Shuo unconsciously clutched the bedsheets. His tears were still wet, and the kisses were so breathless that they made him breathless, his eyes redder than usual. He looked so different from his usual cheerful demeanor.
Chen Ze kissed him for a long time before releasing him.
Yan Shuo calmed his ragged breathing and said angrily, “You’re sexually harassing a colleague.”
“Oh, are you going to take me to court?” Chen Ze said indifferently.
Yan Shuo: “…”
Of course I will, and I’ll send you to jail!
He was utterly suffocated and wanted to say something else, but before he could open his mouth, he suddenly realized something was wrong.
That’s not right…wasn’t Chen Ze also straight?
Earlier, Chen Ze had urged him on QQ not to confess, fearing that breaking the ice would make their relationship too awkward and prevent them from being able to work together properly.
So what was going on now? What was going on now? Was there really such a thing as checking him? Did they treat him like a child?
Yan Shuo belatedly realized something and glanced at Chen Ze: “Hey, you did that on purpose, didn’t you?”
Chen Ze: “What?”
Yan Shuo said, “You’re the one who got so caught up in the role that you fell in love with me, didn’t you? And yet you’re biting back, accusing me first and using your power for personal gain as an excuse to sexually harass me. You’re so scheming.”
After a night of being bullied, Yan Shuo finally felt a little proud.
However, Chen Ze refused to play along with his serf-turned-singing script. He snorted, “I see, are you still awake, or haven’t you cleared yourself from the fantasy of being secretly in love? What do I like about you?”
Chen Ze glanced down at him. “Do you have br3asts? Is your waist as soft as a girl’s? Can you have children?”
Yan Shuo: “…”
Chen Ze continued, “I’m the straight man. Do you know what a straight man is? A straight man is someone who will never fall in love with a man in my life. What’s the use of men? I have no interest in them, not in you.”
Chen Ze was already aloof, and when he said this, he sounded even more dignified, as if just looking at him was like descending to earth, something he should bow down to.
Yan Shuo lay in bed, enduring this contempt. It felt like a fire was burning in his lungs, and he nearly exploded again.
“Oh, men are useless.” He said with a stone face. Taking advantage of Chen Ze’s unpreparedness, he gave a powerful push, suddenly pulling Chen Ze beneath him and turning over to pin him down.
“What are you doing?” Chen Ze was puzzled.
“Fvck you,” Yan Shuo said angrily. “Let me show you what a man is.”
Chen Ze: “…”
Yan Shuo had been thoroughly traumatized tonight, completely insane.
But a psychopath and a normal person together would seem quite unusual. If both were equally insane, it wouldn’t be so awkward.
But Yan Shuo was merely showing off his rhetoric. He couldn’t quite pull off something as difficult as “fvck Shen Ze,” and he didn’t know how to do it.
But if he couldn’t actually do anything, he could always vent his frustration.
He pressed down on Shen Ze, trying to retaliate against all the “sexual harassment” he’d been subjected to.
It went smoothly. Yan Shuo acted perfectly, pulling Shen Ze’s clothes to shreds. This was an act of violence and aggression in itself, and if it upset Shen Ze, Yan Shuo would be satisfied.
Unfortunately, facts proved that everyone’s bottom line and breaking point are different. Chen Ze simply ignored his two moves, offering no token resistance, waiting for him with a look of “Let’s see what you can do.”
Yan Shuo instantly grew even more furious.
But there was nowhere to vent this anger. He was like a balloon, filled with all sorts of embarrassment, irritation, grievance, and indignation, swelling and growing, yet no matter what, he refused to explode.
He felt so pent up that he felt uncomfortable.
While today’s incident wasn’t a big deal, he had never suffered such an injustice since he was a child. He couldn’t blame Chen Ze for it. What had he done? It was clearly his own foolishness that had gotten him into trouble.
Yan Shuo took a deep breath, his arrogance subsiding. He stared blankly at Chen Ze.
He thought, what’s all the fuss about? The bigger the fuss, the more embarrassed he’d be. He might as well just delete them as a friend and go to bed. Tomorrow morning, forget about it, pretend it never happened, and never mention it again.
As he was thinking this, Yan Shuo was trying to figure out how to start a conversation that would salvage some of his pride and end the situation gracefully.
Chen Ze suddenly said, “What’s wrong? You don’t want to continue?”
“…”
“Don’t you want to show me what a man is? A man is just like you, a crybaby?” Chen Ze poked him. “You’re a puppy, aren’t you? What are you thinking about with your head down?”
Yan Shuo was depressed, unmoved.
Chen Ze poked him again. “Don’t be like that! You’re reacting so strongly. If you keep going, I’ll really start to suspect you’re hurt.”
Yan Shuo didn’t want to talk. He suddenly felt foolish for arguing so aggressively. He was angry and embarrassed, and Chen Ze probably found his anger and embarrassment funny, teasing him like a cat, playing him for fun.
Yan Shuo had never realized Chen Ze had such a wicked side before. He was truly a mortal.
But then again, if Chen Ze was so consistent, he wouldn’t have been chatting with him on QQ. He was just a reserved person.
After all, hadn’t he been making fun of the unknown netizen Shen Zhen on QQ? Perhaps this is just karma.
“I’m sleepy.” Yan Shuo got off Chen Ze, changed into his pajamas, lay back, and pulled the covers over his head.
This way, he couldn’t see anything, completely hidden.
After about five or six minutes, he still hadn’t fallen asleep when the covers were suddenly pulled down, forcing his eyes to meet Shen Ze’s.
“Don’t look at me so pitifully. I’ll give you a chance.” Chen Ze paused, then said suggestively, “Now you can tell me something, or make a request. Whatever it is, I’ll consider granting it.”
Yan Shuo was stunned, a little unconvinced. “Anything? Really?”
Chen Ze: “Yes, I really do.”
Yan Shuo thought for a moment and said, “Then return the diamond I gave you last time and the annual membership fee. A total of one thousand three hundred and two hundred.”
Chen Ze: “?”
