My Bloody Valentine - 56
Woo-sin had never seen Jang Taeshin this close before. Dressed in a pinstripe suit, he looked more like a businessman than a gangster.
Especially when he saw Taeshin’s handsome face, he couldn’t help but recall Manager Go’s comment: “These days, do they pick gangsters based on their looks?”
The shadow under Taeshin’s eyes made him look more menacing in person than in photos. The scratch running through his short sideburns, looking like a tattoo, made him even more intimidating.
Woo-sin had encountered many tough people while working in the violent crimes unit, but Taeshin’s aura was on another level.
Realizing his position as an undercover waiter, Woo-sin was startled as if a hammer had struck his foot. He quickly bowed deeply.
“Oh, Director! Hello!”
“…….”
Taeshin’s snake-like eyes slowly scanned Woo-sin in his waiter’s uniform, sending chills down his spine.
Even though the door was tightly closed, and their conversation was so quiet it couldn’t be heard outside, it felt as if everything had been exposed.
Feigning nonchalance, Woo-sin greeted Han.
“Han-ah! See you later, or tomorrow!”
Then, he fled the scene. With Woo-sin gone, Han was left facing Taeshin through the open door.
The bright hallway light made it hard to see Taeshin’s face, but Han could tell from his unmoving silhouette that he was staring at him expressionlessly.
Taeshin’s gaze pierced through Han’s thin clothes, making him unbearably uncomfortable, as always. Han awkwardly averted his eyes.
It was Taeshin who broke the silence between them. Putting his phone in his jacket pocket, he sighed.
“I did something unnecessary.”
In that fleeting moment, a vivid image appeared in his mind: two figures panting and entangled in a narrow, dark, shabby storage room.
Han was the one being pounded against the wall, and the man who had just left was the one driving his hard, erect penis into him.
Such absurd fantasies were almost pathological. But the scene had already formed in Taeshin’s mind, and his eyes grew cold.
“I didn’t let you go for this.”
He had expected Han to stay cooped up, not wandering around reeking of sweat so soon after being released.
Taeshin didn’t want to believe that the small figure being led into a secluded room for a clandestine meeting was Han.
But he recognized Han instantly by the color of his hair under the lights.
When he called the number on the phone he had given Han, the ringing sound from beyond the closed door confirmed it.
As Taeshin took a moment to calm his rising anger, Han tried to escape. Seeing Han dash past him, Taeshin let out a sigh that sounded like a chuckle.
“Ha.”
Then he grabbed Han’s wrist, pushed him back into the room, and shut the door behind them.
Han was trapped again in a narrow, dark space, this time with Taeshin. Taeshin pinned Han’s wrists against the wall and wedged his knee between Han’s legs.
Han was immobilized, like a butterfly pinned alive to a display board. Realizing his physical helplessness was as humiliating as ever.
“Let go!”
Han twisted his hands with all his strength, trying to break free. His resistance irritated Taeshin.
“Did that bastard touch you?”
“……!”
Han quickly shook his head. Not only had nothing happened, but he also couldn’t afford to let this man misunderstand, even for a moment, for the sake of both himself and Woo-sin’s safety.
“There don’t seem to be any obvious marks.”
Han’s skin bruised easily, even with a slight squeeze or kiss. Taeshin’s eyes lingered intently on Han’s neck.
Han’s body was tightly wedged between the solid frame and the wall. He struggled to break free but it was futile.
Taeshin gathered Han’s wrists and pinned them above his head, wrapping his other arm around Han’s waist. The hot palm on Han’s back slowly slid into his pants.
“W-what are you doing!”
“I need to check something important.”
Taeshin’s hand squeezed one of Han’s buttocks and then moved between them. Han’s chin, pressed against Taeshin’s chest, trembled in fear.
No matter how much he struggled, Han couldn’t escape, feeling utterly helpless and trapped.
“Nothing happened, I swear, ah!”
Ignoring Han’s words, Taeshin forcefully inserted two fingers into the tightly clenched entrance between Han’s buttocks. The dry passage couldn’t open easily, but Taeshin pushed his fingers in to the base.
Han’s inner walls squeezed Taeshin’s fingers so tightly it seemed like they could snap them off, showing no signs of previous intrusion. Han buried his face in Taeshin’s chest and sobbed.
“It hurts… it hurts so much…”
A small whimper reached Taeshin’s ear, as Han’s forehead leaned against his solid chest, rubbing against it as if trying to endure the pain.
Taeshin’s lips curled slightly. “You two looked like secret lovers, sneaking off to make out in a place like this.”
Taeshin’s fingers slid out slowly, then thrust back in. The motion became smoother, and the fingers grew slick, likely from a wound somewhere inside.
Making a deliberate noise, Taeshin withdrew his fingers entirely before plunging them back in, whispering into Han’s ear.
“Don’t give your heart to anyone else.”
It was sweet, like a jealous lover’s line from a drama. But his next words were far more cruel.
“What if I end up killing that bastard?”
“Woo-sin and I are just…”
“Woo-sin? Is that the name of the bastard I should kill?”
“……”
Han looked at Taeshin with bewildered eyes. He seemed completely unhinged.
“You’re… crazy…”
Han could feel Taeshin’s erect penis pressing against his stomach through several layers of fabric.
Taeshin continued to grind himself against Han’s belly while his hand moved deeper.
“I’ll gouge out the eyes of anyone who looks at you dirty.”
There was madness in Taeshin’s eyes as he looked down at Han, smiling. Han stared back with tearful eyes and retorted defiantly.
“Only a pervert like you would think that… Who would look at me that way? Do you think people are blind?”
“Honestly, you know it too. You’re attractive.”
“Don’t be ridiculous. That’s nonsense…”
“You’re beautiful.”
“……!”
For a moment, Han thought he’d heard wrong. Taeshin’s eyes slowly examined Han’s surprised expression as he held his breath.
His hair was as fine as cotton candy, a thin shade of brown. His large eyes were surrounded by the pure whites of a child’s. A small, smooth nose and delicate-looking lips. And a slender, soft facial line that framed his features.
“…What?”
“I said, you’re beautiful.”
Han looked up at Taeshin with a bewildered expression.
Taeshin was immensely satisfied with Han’s tear-streaked face. Making him cry, hurt, and tremble should be something only he could do.
When Taeshin added a third finger, Han whimpered and pressed his sweat-drenched forehead against Taeshin’s chest again.
“Ugh…”
“So stop running around, dripping everywhere.”
Taeshin bent down and bit Han’s neck deeply, leaving a dark mark on his tender skin. Breathing in the sweet scent of Han’s flesh, Taeshin spoke in a voice that sounded almost like a sigh.
“Sometimes I just want to tear you apart.”
He wondered if he would feel better if he ripped Han to shreds and got rid of him. But he knew he couldn’t.
It hadn’t even been half a year since Han came to this place. Despite that, Taeshin couldn’t imagine Tacenda without Han anymore.
“What do you want from me…?”
Tears falling, Han asked as Taeshin’s fingers slowly intertwined with his.
What do I want from you…?
Taeshin whispered in Han’s ear, as if confessing an embarrassing secret.
“I want you to cry because of me.”
Such malicious bullying, wishing someone to suffer purely out of cruelty, was something Han had never experienced, even in school. Being weak and living in an orphanage had kept him from even becoming a target for bullies.
“I want you to bleed, break, and shatter because of me.”
He wanted to be the only one to pick up Han’s broken pieces and put them back together.
It was like a child who, unable to tolerate a disorganized toy block, would completely destroy it and rebuild it from scratch.
“Ugh…”
Han let out a whimper of despair before Taeshin’s hand finally withdrew from his body.
Taeshin took out a handkerchief from his pocket and slowly wiped the blood off his fingers. Then, as if praising Han, he kissed his cheek.
“So, be miserable.”
Neither Jeong Yujung nor the man he was just with. No one could save you.
In the end, I want to be the only one left by your side.
Taeshin watched Han’s face twist in despair and hopelessness, feeling satisfied. He finally understood what he wanted.
He wanted Han to fall. To fall to where he was.
Taeshin gently brushed Han’s sweat-soaked bangs. The sight of Han glaring defiantly, despite crying so much, was irresistibly endearing.
Taeshin smiled brilliantly, a smile so radiant it could make the sun bow. He then lightly kissed Han’s forehead one more time and left the narrow room without any hesitation.
