- My classmate seems to want to have s*x with me
- Chapter 17 - Why did you do those things with me?
Qiu Yanzhen’s home is a four-story villa. It doesn’t look particularly luxurious, but the property prices in this area are quite high. The interior decoration is very cozy, and it is kept very clean.
The front door wasn’t locked, so Qiu Yanzhen pushed it open directly. Xiao Chen dashed in first, excitedly shaking its favorite toy.
“You’re back.” A woman, about the same height as Qiu Yanzhen, walked out of the kitchen with a smile. Xiao Chen, holding its toy in its mouth and wagging its tail, walked back and forth at her feet, “Welcome, classmate.”
“Hello, Auntie.” Ding Chen quickly responded politely, taking off her shoes at the entrance and changing into a pair of slippers handed to her by Qiu Yanzhen. “Thank you.”
“Dinner is almost ready, go sit at the dining table,” Mother Qiu said as she glanced towards the kitchen, where a middle-aged man was just coming out with a plate.
“Hello, Uncle.”
“Classmate’s here? Dinner will be ready soon, you two chat for a bit.” After greeting, Father Qiu didn’t give Ding Chen a chance to respond, placed the dishes on the dining table, and then went back to the kitchen to get busy.
Qiu Yanzhen casually tossed her bag onto the sofa and then led Ding Chen to the dining table. Ding Chen’s eyes widened slightly; she was used to Qiu Yanzhen being serious at school, so seeing her casually throw her bag onto the sofa took her by surprise.
After the three of them sat down at the table, Mother Qiu asked, “What is your classmate’s name?”
“Her name is Ding Chen.” Qiu Yanzhen sat next to Ding Chen, with Mother Qiu sitting across from them. “We’re classmates.”
“Ding Chen,” Mother Qiu repeated Ding Chen’s name, then smiled and said to her, “This is the first time Yanzhen has brought a classmate home to play, so we were so scared we cooked a whole bunch of dishes.”
Ding Chen looked at the table full of dishes, a bit flattered, “Sorry for coming so suddenly.”
“No way, these are just the vegetables we had in the fridge,” Father Qiu suddenly interjected, finally bringing out the last dish from the kitchen. After placing the plate down, she sat next to Mother Qiu, directly across from Ding Chen. The bowls and chopsticks had already been set on the table before they returned.
“Hurry up and eat, it won’t taste good when it gets cold.” Sitting closer to the rice, Mother Qiu first served a bowl of rice for Father Qiu and herself, and then Qiu Yanzhen also took a bowl.
Qiu Yanzhen reached out towards Ding Chen’s bowl and asked thoughtfully, “Shall I serve it for you? How much do you want?”
“Ah, thank you, half a bowl is enough.” Ding Chen quickly picked up her own bowl and handed it to the other person.
“Would half a bowl be too little? Don’t be shy, eat more,” Mother Qiu warmly invited.
Ding Chen quickly said politely, “No, no, I eat very little.”
“It’s okay, if you don’t have enough to eat later, just ask for more. Don’t be shy,” Father Qiu said.
Ding Chen repeatedly responded affirmatively and took the bowl that Qiu Yanzhen handed to her.
The dining table at the Qiu family was very quiet; apart from urging Ding Chen and Qiu Yanzhen to eat, no one else spoke. Although it was all home-cooked food, the dishes were very varied and nutritionally balanced. Ding Chen ate her meal properly, and after trying a few dishes, she found that the Qiu family’s taste was relatively light. For Ding Chen, who was used to eating out, it was very comfortable.
A table full of people were eating seriously, and before long, they were almost full. Qiu Yanzhen’s parents, in a moment of excitement, had cooked too many dishes, and they couldn’t finish them at all. Qiu’s father and mother repeatedly urged the two children to eat a bit more, but Qiu Yanzhen directly said she was full and hadn’t eaten much more. Ding Chen, who ate so quickly she almost burst, still couldn’t finish, so they had no choice but to put the remaining food in the refrigerator.
Ding Chen wanted to help clear the dishes but was sent to the living room by the family of three. She sat on the sofa, feeling awkward, constantly glancing towards the kitchen, “Are you really sure you don’t need my help with the dishes?”
“Really, there aren’t that many dishes to clean up, it will be done in no time. Just wait here for a moment,” Qiu Yanzhen said, then went to help wipe the table.
Before long, Qiu Yanzhen and Mother Qiu both walked back to the living room. After feeding the dog, Father Qiu went back to the kitchen to get busy. Qiu Yanzhen sat on her left side, while Mother Qiu sat on her other side.
Ding Chen exchanged pleasantries with Mother Qiu, and then saw Father Qiu coming over with a plate of fruit, before sitting down on the single sofa beside him.
Father Qiu asked, “What is your classmate’s name?”
The mother and daughter exchanged a knowing eye roll, “Her name is Ding Chen, we just talked about this.”
“Have you asked? Where do you live?” Father Qiu continued to ask while inviting Ding Chen to eat some fruit.
“I’ve asked around, they live in xx district,” Mother Qiu said, picking up a slice of guava.
“How come you talked so much while I was busy? Then I wouldn’t have anything to talk about with them, would I?”
Ding Chen watched Mother Qiu and Mother Qiu banter like a comedy skit with a smile, finding it very amusing. Qiu Yanzhen could truly sense Ding Chen’s nervousness and embarrassment, and now seeing her seem to relax a bit, she felt slightly relieved. However, Ding Chen still seemed a bit reserved and uncomfortable.
Ding Chen, being well-behaved, chatted with the Qiu family for a while and ate some fruit. Just as she was thinking it was about time to get up and say goodbye, Qiu Yanzhen spoke up first: “Do you want to go to my room?”
Before she could respond, Qiu Yanzhen’s parents enthusiastically said, “Yeah, you two go ahead and have fun. Yanzhen can show you around.”
Qiu Yanzhen’s eyes sparkled with anticipation, making Ding Chen unable to refuse, so she had no choice but to nod in agreement.
“This is my room.” Qiu Yanzhen led Ding Chen to the second floor, opened her door, and turned on the light. “Do you want to see other places, or should we just stay here?”
“It’s fine here, no problem.” Ding Chen politely declined and followed Qiu Yanzhen into her room.
Qiu Yanzhen’s room was very clean, the desk was neatly arranged, and the bookshelf was filled with books. Her room even had a small balcony with a few potted plants, adding a touch of greenery to the space. Qiu Yanzhen sat on the edge of the bed and patted the empty space beside her, inviting Ding Chen to sit down.
Ding Chen hesitated for a moment: “Is it okay? I just got back from the park…”
“It’s okay, hurry up.”
Ding Chen saw that Qiu Yanzhen was completely unconcerned and obediently sat down next to her.
After she sat down, Qiu Yanzhen asked with concern, “Are you okay?”
Ding Chen nodded, “Your parents are very nice.” After thinking for a moment, she added, “And the food is really good.”
She could tell that Qiu Yanzhen had been trying hard to help her relax earlier, but eating at someone else’s house still made her very nervous. However, being able to see the side of Qiu Yanzhen that only showed at home made Ding Chen quite happy, as if she understood the other person a bit more.
“Your eyes look just like your mother.” Ding Chen had secretly observed while eating just now, and Qiu Yanzhen’s gentle, smiling almond-shaped eyes were almost identical to her mother, though her nose and mouth resembled her father’s more.
Qiu Yanzhen blinked upon hearing this, “Really?”
Ding Chen nodded and said, “And you’re so different at home compared to usual.”
“What’s different?” Qiu Yanzhen asked. She was somewhat aware of it, but she wanted to hear Ding Chen elaborate a bit more.
Ding Chen racked her brains trying to find the right adjective to describe it, “Hmm… it feels like it’s not that rule-abiding, right?”
Qiu Yanzhen turned her head to look at Ding Chen. Ding Chen, from the corner of her eye, noticed that Qiu Yanzhen’s gaze had also turned towards her. She saw Qiu Yanzhen smiling, but it wasn’t the usual gentle smile; if anything, it looked more like… a mischievous grin. Ding Chen felt inexplicably nervous; she had never seen Qiu Yanzhen with this expression before.
Perhaps because she was on her own turf, Qiu Yanzhen was a bit bolder. She looked into Ding Chen’s eyes and said, “I don’t follow the rules when I’m with you either.”
This sentence made Ding Chen’s mind race, and her ears quietly turned red. Ding Chen didn’t know if Qiu Yanzhen was talking about the secrets in the cubicle or their private interactions. She didn’t dare to respond, but the silence made the atmosphere even more ambiguous. Qiu Yanzhen stared intently at Ding Chen, immediately noticing her shy demeanor. She always felt that she was the one who ended up flustered and shy every time, but now she finally felt a sense of victory in
An unusual silence lasted for a while until Qiu Yanzhen finally spoke up and asked, “May I ask you a question?”
Ding Chen came to her senses and responded well.
“You…” Qiu Yanzhen slightly lowered her head, hesitating and stuttering. Ding Chen patiently waited, always feeling that she knew what the other person wanted to ask. A few seconds later, Qiu Yanzhen took a deep breath, raised her head, and mustered the courage to ask, “Why did you do those things with me?”
After a brief moment of thought, Ding Chen hesitantly replied, “Because… you’re beautiful, and you looked really uncomfortable at that time, right?”
A hint of disappointment flickered in Qiu Yanzhen’s eyes, but she quickly concealed it, so it went unnoticed by the person across from her who was in distress.
“Actually, I’m not very sure,” Ding Chen said frankly, “I haven’t seriously thought about this issue.”
Or rather, she deliberately avoids thinking.
“Have you never thought about this issue?” Qiu Yanzhen was a bit shocked. She didn’t know if Ding Chen was avoiding the question or if she really hadn’t thought about it, “Don’t you think we’re a bit… like this?”
A bit strange.
Qiu Yanzhen only spoke half the truth; she was unwilling to use such words to describe their relationship.
Ding Chen knew what Qiu Yanzhen wanted to say. She nodded in agreement and then said, “But I feel very happy.”
Precisely because she was happy, she didn’t want to delve into the underlying reasons. She didn’t want to think about why she was happy—was it due to physical pleasure? The thrill and excitement of indulging in a forbidden desire? Or was it because of her ambiguous feelings for Qiu Yanzhen? She also didn’t want to guess why Qiu Yanzhen was willing to do these things with her, why she wanted to hold hands and hug, why she sometimes looked at her with that unreadable expression when they held hands.
She is a bit scared; sometimes, knowing everything clearly can be more painful. If she doesn’t think about anything, there won’t be any expectations or unnecessary thoughts. She just needs to accept it, accept the hard-earned happiness every time. As long as it makes her happy, that’s enough.
Qiu Yanzhen smiled happily upon hearing this, “I’m very happy too.”
Looking at Qiu Yanzhen’s bright smile, Ding Chen also smiled.
Now this is just fine.
