The Fifth Master’s eyes darted back to Gu Wenyao. His eyes were dark and gloomy. His calm and collected demeanor from before was completely gone.

As soon as she spoke, Madam Gu, who was supposed to be resting in bed, rushed in. Her target was clear. She went straight for the Fifth Master and tore at his clothes, then raised her hand and slapped him across the face!

Meanwhile, the Fifth Master, of course, couldn’t just keep being beaten and cursed by Madam Gu. He had his reputation to protect. He pushed Madam Gu away, causing her to fall to the ground. “Vixen! You and I have long since divorced. You did such a thing, so don’t try to implicate my Wu family.”
