My Jealous and Beautiful Villainous Wife (ABO) - Chapter 33
Long Xiao didn’t linger. After helping the Omega move the gifts into the room, he left.
Of course, even if he hadn’t left, Si An would have driven him away.
After spending over an hour meticulously styling himself, Long Xiao only saw Si An for a few minutes.
He appeared briefly, did some manual labor, and then departed in high spirits.
Long Xiao wasn’t one to be easily satisfied or to know when to quit while he was ahead. But in Si An’s presence, the greedy dragon temporarily suppressed its true nature.
Si An stood by the bedroom window, watching the silver sedan drive away below. His eyes were deep and unfathomable, his thoughts unreadable.
He had just taken his medication, and the room was saturated with the Alpha’s scent, clinging even to his own skin.
But thanks to Long Xiao, this time Si An had suffered no ill effects.
The sandalwood scent, cool yet infused with floral notes, aloof yet passionate, became surprisingly pleasant after prolonged exposure.
Realizing his own thoughts, Si An frowned, deeming them irrational. He reached out to press the air purifier button again.
But just as the room began to refresh, the Omega suddenly remembered that tonight, he would still need to rely on the Alpha’s pheromones to fall asleep.
What a persistent fellow.
Si An tugged at the corner of his mouth, turned back to the window, sat on the edge of the bed, and gazed at the silver dragon pendant in his hand.
At first, he hadn’t known what material it was made of. Later, he had Special Assistant Chen research it and discovered it was dragon scale.
Silver Dragon, mithril?
Si An mused, lowering his gaze and casually placing the pendant on the bedside table.
He would never wear such a thing.
What’s the difference between a pendant containing Alpha pheromones and a dog collar?
As he thought this, the upturned corners of his eyes flickered slightly, his long, pale golden lashes resembling delicate brushes.
The bag Long Xiao had sent contained three coats silk, pure cotton, and fleece.
Staring at the clothes sealed in airtight bags, Si An felt a momentary daze.
He had once imagined buying his future partner many cashmere coats, using those pheromone-soaked garments to build a nest during his heat.
Or perhaps simply lying in the arms of his Alpha in their true dragon form—it would surely be soft and comforting.
But now…
Si An reached out, pulled out one of the coats, shook it out, tossed it onto the bed, and burrowed under the covers himself.
He had already showered and was ready for sleep.
He was going to bed early tonight to fully savor this rare, restful slumber.
The next morning, still the weekend, Si An had another full day of vacation to enjoy.
However, Long Xiao didn’t appear at all that day.
The beautifully packaged gifts arrived at his doorstep on time, and the good morning and good night messages on his phone were as punctual as the daily news broadcast.
At exactly 800 or 830 AM, a Good morning message would arrive.
As for the good night message, it always came before 1000 PM, though yesterday’s had been sent earlier, at 930 PM.
Si An only replied to the Alpha’s good morning message after waking up this morning.
September 19th, 930 PM
Long Xiao Good night.
September 20th, 830 AM
Long Xiao Good morning.
952 AM
Si An Good morning.
Long Xiao It seems you slept well last night. That’s good.
Si An …
Si An Thank you.
Long Xiao You’re welcome.
Si An stared at the empty doorway and the gift box placed beside it.
Unexpectedly, the Alpha hadn’t come.
But after a moment’s thought, remembering Long Xiao’s smile from the night before, Si An bent down and retrieved the gift box, bringing it back inside.
Last night, the Alpha’s smile had been full of contentment and tenderness, radiating a warm glow.
Recalling that smile, Si An suppressed his annoyance and closed the door firmly.
The Omega sat at the table, carefully unwrapping the layers of packaging. Inside was a small, red velvet jewelry box.
The box was the perfect size for a ring, but Si An knew it wouldn’t be.
Sending a ring now would clearly provoke him, and the Alpha couldn’t be that foolish.
As expected, the jewelry box contained a yellow sapphire tie clip.
At first glance, it resembled Long Xiao’s eyes, but a fake could never compare to the real thing.
Having seen the genuine article, Si An couldn’t bring himself to appreciate this imitation.
The Omega closed the box with a lack of interest. How could Long Xiao give him such a flawed gem?
What a fool, Si An thought. Even his gifts are unimaginative, always the same few things over and over.
He wasn’t some tragic drama protagonist living in poverty, forced to be grateful for the slightest valuable gift.
He’d rather receive something handmade.
Despite these thoughts, Si An stood up, clutching the small jewelry box in his hand.
With his eyes lowered, the Omega slowly walked into the bedroom and casually placed the box in the cabinet, which was already partially filled.
One, two, three, four.
Standing before the display cabinet, Si An silently counted.
In just five days, he had received four gifts.
Even in such a short time, he was already growing impatient.
Ding-dong. A notification chimed on Si An’s phone, and he instinctively lit up the screen to check it.

Long Xiao I made this myself, not Special Assistant Chen. Here’s the making-of video.
Long Xiao Don’t deduct points, and don’t doubt me.

Long Xiao I miss you terribly and want to see you, but I’m on Dragon Island right now.
Long Xiao It’s my grandfather’s birthday, and he misses me. I’ll be back tomorrow.
Long Xiao If you don’t like the gift, tell me what you do like.
Faced with the Alpha’s preemptive strike, Si An slowly blinked, then turned and walked away from the display case.
This was the third time the Alpha had asked that question.
Without much thought, Si An lowered his gaze and quickly typed out a few words
Si An You.
Si An Your heart.
This was the first—or perhaps the second—time he had given the Alpha a proper answer.
Long Xiao’s reply came just as quickly
Long Xiao I’ve told you before, it’s already yours.
