The question from that night went unanswered. Xu Jingyi remained silent for a long time, not responding to the question. It wasn’t until the commercial ended and the new episode of the TV drama began that she finally spoke softly, “Let’s watch TV.”

“Madam, it’s the young miss. She called to say she’s coming back for dinner.”

After finishing her yoga session, she went back to her room to take a shower. When she came down, Lin Ruoyan was already sitting at the dining table, scrolling through her phone. She seemed to be browsing something, but her expression was quite serious, as if she were dealing with work.
“You’re Back?” The first to greet was still her.
