My Sister-In-Law Has Impure Intentions (GL) - Chapter 31
Her reaction was so big that Xu Jingyi couldn’t handle it. She had only slightly touched the back of Lin Ruoyan’s hand, which was nothing in her daily interactions with people. Yet, Lin Ruoyan was so flustered that she dropped her water glass.
And even though her ears were completely red, she still explained in a serious tone, “I couldn’t hold it. Did I scare you, sister-in-law?”
Xu Jingyi shook her head and mumbled a vague “mhm.” She didn’t know if she had heard her, or if she had been startled, but in any case, she didn’t dare to make any more movements afterward. She ate her meal quietly, like a quail.
She’s so innocent. If a simple touch got such a big reaction, then she probably didn’t know much about bedroom matters. That made it easier for Xu Jingyi to control the situation. She could do whatever she wanted; a slight transgression would probably be fine. Maybe Lin Ruoyan didn’t even know how things were supposed to go in bed.
Their conversation was minimal afterward. Xu Jingyi was busy with her own calculations, while Lin Ruoyan didn’t dare to look at her anymore.
Xu Jingyi had always been good to her. Aside from her refusal to let Lin Ruoyan investigate her brother’s death, she had been meticulously caring in all other aspects, treating her truly like family. Just like before, when she had just coughed, Xu Jingyi had handed her the water. Yet, she had such a big reaction just because Xu Jingyi had accidentally touched the back of her hand. She even felt a weakness in her lower abdomen, which was why she had to lean on the table and look down after the glass fell, afraid Xu Jingyi would see her expression.
She was so conflicted precisely because Xu Jingyi was good to her. Xu Jingyi’s kindness was that of a family member, but Lin Ruoyan was slowly losing herself in it. If not for her suspicion that Xu Jingyi was the one who killed her brother, she didn’t know what kind of swamp she would be sinking into now, unable to escape. But even with the possibility that Xu Jingyi was the killer, she was still attracted by her kindness, and her heart began to harbor “ill intentions.”
Lost in their own thoughts, they finished dinner and went home together. Xu Jingyi said she hadn’t driven out today and wanted to ride back with Lin Ruoyan. Lin Ruoyan had no objection. She pretended not to see Xu Jingyi’s driver standing nearby, smiled as she opened the car door, and invited Xu Jingyi to get in.
They had eaten Japanese food and had a little rice wine. The alcohol content was low, so they were only slightly tipsy. The car was quiet, and Xu Jingyi’s breathing was a little heavy. Lin Ruoyan secretly looked at her and saw that she had leaned her head against the car window and closed her eyes. She had no intention of talking much; she just wanted to get home in their current state. So when she saw Xu Jingyi resting with her eyes closed, she closed her own as well.
It wasn’t too late, so the roads were still quite busy. The driver was driving slowly to be safe. Lin Ruoyan was almost dozing off when the car suddenly made a sharp turn. Xu Jingyi’s body lurched.
“Ah!” Xu Jingyi screamed in the car. She hadn’t expected to be thrown like that while sitting still.
“Mmm…” At the same time, Lin Ruoyan grunted. Her back hit the car door, and her head was bumped hard. The road was clear, and the car had been going a little fast. The car in front had suddenly changed lanes, forcing the driver to turn the steering wheel sharply.
By the time they came to their senses, Xu Jingyi had been thrown onto Lin Ruoyan’s lap. Lin Ruoyan’s hands were on Xu Jingyi’s back, and Xu Jingyi’s hands were wrapped around Lin Ruoyan’s waist. They had both acted instinctively in the panic. Only when the car was driving normally again did they realize how awkward their position was.
“I’m sorry, Madam and Miss. I’ll drive slower. This will never happen again,” the driver said, his forehead beaded with cold sweat. He had thought there was something between the Madam and Miss, but later, he realized there didn’t seem to be anything. The whole thing was so ambiguous he couldn’t tell. Now, his mistake had thrown them together. Would he be fired tomorrow?
“It’s okay, just keep driving, and be careful.” Xu Jingyi was the first to react. The car had swerved too hard, and Lin Ruoyan had been thrown against the car door. Xu Jingyi was pressed against her. After she spoke, she casually braced herself against the door and sat up straight.
She could feel the stiffness in Lin Ruoyan’s body. After she sat up, she felt awkward, too. In the heat of the moment, she had hugged her a little tightly. The other woman’s muscles were all tensed up, probably from being scared. She could feel the tightness of her waist muscles when she hugged her. She suddenly remembered what her friend had said that afternoon, “The stamina of a young playboy, tsk tsk…”
From the feeling of her body just now, Lin Ruoyan’s stamina must be good. She felt all muscle. In her panic, she had touched her several times, and it felt pretty good.
Her mind was a jumble of thoughts, while Lin Ruoyan didn’t even dare to take a deep breath. She had felt every single touch from Xu Jingyi with incredible clarity. She had felt her hands on her stomach, from the front to the back. It was so intense that she had to hold her breath, only releasing it after Xu Jingyi moved away. But she didn’t dare to take a deep breath; she could only take small, short ones. As a result, she was holding her breath more tightly.
“Are you okay?” After calming down, Xu Jingyi pretended to be scared and patted her chest. Then she enthusiastically grabbed Lin Ruoyan’s arm and asked.
Lin Ruoyan: “I’m fine. Are you okay, sister-in-law?”
“I’m fine, but you were the one who hit the door. Does it hurt?”
“It doesn’t hurt. I’m okay.”
“I heard the sound. I’ll take a look when we get home.”
“No need…”
“Listen to me. Just let me.”
