My Sun and Your Star (GL) - Episode 15
I gaze at the yellow handkerchief.
Today marks the beginning of high school life.
While I feel I’ve taken a step into adulthood, there’s also a sense of gloom knowing I have to spend the next three years in high school.
Today, too, I gently pressed my lips to the yellow handkerchief and left home.
I still haven’t met the girl who gave me that handkerchief.
I just want to thank her for that time.
I want to see her, even if just once more.
That girl I met in the park had beautiful black hair. It was about shoulder-length, and she was slightly shorter than me. Since she was dressed in what seemed like loungewear that day, I thought she might live nearby. I always looked around while walking to the shops near my house, but I never saw her again.
It seems she probably doesn’t live close by after all.
The day of the entrance ceremony.
Some people were taking photos with their parents in front of the school gate, while others were walking with friends. Impressed that some had already made friends, I was walking along when a large cherry blossom tree appeared before me.
As if drawn in, I approached that cherry tree.
