"My Top-Tier Omega Wife Flirts With Me Every Day" - Chapter 26
Chapter 26: A Gift
He was at his limit, thinking to himself that this was torment. What was this? He couldn’t resist. His thoughts were a blur.
Ling Zhuo frowned, struggling to understand.
Motta’s secondary persona was thrilled by Ling Zhuo’s helplessness. Veins pulsed in his neck and arms, a physical sign of his suppressed lust. The inner turmoil was immense; a passionate excitement he was barely keeping in check. His bl00d ran hot, and beneath the uniform, his body was tightly coiled, wanting to close the distance. He ached to be closer, to touch and claim Ling Zhuo, to go further, all the way to a full bond.
Every Alpha knows how to perform the bond ritual, and he was no different, but he held back. He forced his hips to pull away from Ling Zhuo, creating a painful space between them.
The fox in his arms was oblivious to his struggle. Ling Zhuo’s waist, still tender from their previous encounter, trembled, and the soft sounds he made were almost too much to bear. He was still trying to figure out what was happening. “Is it because…”
He was cut off by Motta, who was shocked by his words. He hooked Ling Zhuo’s chin, forcing him to look up. “After all I’ve done, you still think I hate you?”
“Huh?” Ling Zhuo was confused. He had a vague feeling that there was a deeper meaning to Motta’s words, but he couldn’t get past Motta’s distant behavior since their reunion.
Before he could process it, he furrowed his brow and nodded.
That simple nod seemed to hit a nerve with Motta. A cruel smile spread across his face as he slowly pulled away, asking, “So, you can touch people you dislike?”
Afraid Ling Zhuo wouldn’t understand, Motta leaned in, his hot breath on Ling Zhuo’s sensitive neck. He deliberately provoked himself further, opening his mouth and gently scraping the glands there with his teeth.
“Ah!” Ling Zhuo’s glands were already red and sensitive, and the subtle touch of the canines sent a jolt of shock through him. His fur stood on end, and a fiery red tail sprang out, lashing across the face of the man behind him.
The blow was powerful, like a whip. Motta was stunned, his head knocked back.
“… ” Ling Zhuo realized what he’d done and froze, his eyes wide.
He hadn’t meant to do that. He wasn’t upset that Motta touched him; he was just startled by the unfamiliar sensation.
Ling Zhuo didn’t know how to describe the feeling of panic when a sudden knock came at his door.
“Knock, knock.” The sound vibrated through the door, breaking the tense silence in the room.
Outside, Mei Jiu was holding a bowl of sweet soup, his face full of worry. “Ling Zhuo, are you there? I brought some sweet potato soup. Do you want some?”
Inside, the Alpha recovered first, his face a little red. A sly smile returned.
He didn’t seem to mind being hit by the tail at all. Instead, he reached out and bit the tip of the fluffy red tail. The fox’s sensitive tail trembled at the gentle pressure of his teeth.
Ling Zhuo’s eyebrows knitted in a frown, his lips parting as if to cry out in pain. Just as he was about to make a sound, Motta’s outstretched finger found its way in.
With a sly finger, Motta played with the slippery warmth inside Ling Zhuo’s mouth. At the same time, he leaned in and whispered a naughty, teasing threat in his ear. “Shhh, don’t make a sound, or they’ll hear us.”
The gurgling of his saliva was much louder than his whisper.
With the fox’s pliable tail still in his mouth, the clear fluid from Motta’s tongue wet the tip of the fur.
But that wasn’t enough. The Alpha, with a wicked glint in his eye, deliberately leaned closer, his mouth full, and said, “Look, you’re all messy from me, baby.”
Ling Zhuo blushed, thinking about Motta biting his tail. He’d always thought people only liked touching his fur. And now, to hear Motta say something like that…
He was too embarrassed to look, so he squeezed his eyes shut. Outside, Mei Jiu waited a moment. When there was no answer, he knocked again. “Hey… If you’re not feeling well and don’t want to open the door, I’ll come back later.”
Ling Zhuo remembered that Mei Jiu was still out there and quickly pricked up his fox ears. The black-haired Alpha’s voice was soft and gentle as he tried to comfort him. “Don’t be too sad. I just asked around. Team Mo was the first to object to the assessment results. He’s very reliable and honest; he’ll definitely give you a good explanation. Team Xia said he’s in the president’s office right now.”
The reassurance was effective. Ling Zhuo’s eyes lit up, and he wanted to ask what else Team Xia had said. Then he realized Motta’s finger was still inside his mouth.
Ling Zhuo: “…”
He began to wonder if Team Xia had made up the story to deceive Mei Jiu, because Motta was clearly right here, not in the president’s office. And he definitely hadn’t come to give an explanation; otherwise, why was he playing with him like this?
Team Mo, who was considered so “reliable and honest” by his subordinate, was at that moment pressing Ling Zhuo against the door, biting his tail again in a suggestive way.
“Hmph!”
This time, the bite was a little harder. Ling Zhuo, even though he’d just been told not to, instinctively cried out.
But with a finger still in his mouth, the word “hurts” came out completely garbled.
When the person outside heard the noise, he immediately knocked again. “Ling Zhuo, what’s wrong? Do you need help?”
The frantic knocking sounded genuinely worried, as if he might break down the door.
Ling Zhuo’s shirt was pulled open, revealing a bit of his shoulder, the glands licked red, and his mouth forced open. The fingers in his mouth were wet with his saliva, and there were hickeys on his shoulder blades. He looked like he’d been thoroughly taken advantage of by an Alpha.
Ling Zhuo’s mind flashed back to the word “violation” from his fourth brother, and he was overwhelmed with shame.
He was terrified Mei Jiu would actually break in, and he didn’t want to be seen like this. The animal ears on his head flattened with anxiety, and the flush on his face spread into his eyes. “I… mmm…”
I’m fine!
He managed to pull his tongue away from Motta’s fingers, but with an object still in his mouth, he couldn’t speak clearly.
Fortunately, the interruption had calmed Motta down. His eyes returned to normal, and he finally, mercifully, let go of Ling Zhuo’s tail and withdrew his finger. He cleared his throat and spoke to the person outside. “Mei Jiu, go get his phone back for him.”
The sudden voice from inside startled Mei Jiu.
“Team Mo?!”
Mei Jiu almost dropped his bowl of soup, frozen at the door.
Wait, wasn’t Team Mo in the president’s office? Why is he in Ling Zhuo’s room? When did he get there? And so fast? Get his phone?
The black-haired boy’s mind raced for a few seconds before he understood what was being asked of him. “Okay! I’ll go right away!” he said happily.
As he heard the footsteps fade away, Ling Zhuo lay against the door, his face flushed and his clothes a mess. He raised a hand to rub his sore cheek. “You did that on purpose. You’re a bully!”
It was an accusation, and he looked angry, but the expression was still innocent and didn’t seem truly upset.
Motta had just had his way with him. Regardless of whether his second personality was in control, the physical contact had been pleasurable, and the constant tension he felt had finally eased.
He had definitely been a bully, and he couldn’t deny it. He had originally come to comfort the fox and tell him the good news about joining the team, but somehow things had gone completely off track.
“I’m sorry, I got a little carried away,” Motta said, straightening Ling Zhuo’s clothes. He leaned in again. “Want to hit me again to feel better?”
There were still red marks on the side of his face from Ling Zhuo’s tail.
The tip of the fiery red tail was damp and separated. Ling Zhuo remembered that Motta had just been biting it, and he blushed, wrapping his tail around himself protectively. He shook his head. “No.”
He didn’t want his tail bitten again. Motta was a person, yet his bite was so painful.
Seeing that he was still a little scared, Motta straightened up and stepped back, asking a question that had been bothering him for a while. “Why do you think I hate you?”
He’d heard Ling Zhuo say this several times, and he couldn’t figure out where the misunderstanding had come from.
The question made Ling Zhuo feel uneasy again. He lowered his head and said, “Because I hurt the instructor, you haven’t been around since that day. You didn’t even want to see me. You didn’t even take your mechanical chameleon back…”
Motta: “…”
So that was it.
“Do you remember the catalyst we found in the yard that day?”
“I remember. It had a bird pattern on the bottom of the bottle,” Ling Zhuo said. He’d learned in class that it was sold by the Deathbird organization, but he was still in a bad mood, and his voice was listless.
Motta patiently explained. “I found one of the people who sold it. I didn’t come back for a few days because I was tracking them.”
It wasn’t because he didn’t want to see him.
In fact, he’d often been unable to resist checking in on him through the monitor at night.
The fox didn’t believe him. He turned and leaned back against the door, his eyes on his tail, looking sad. “But I did so well in the assessment, and I still failed. It’s definitely because you don’t want me…”
When he talked about Motta not wanting him, Ling Zhuo’s voice broke a little.
The little animal, who had been abandoned once before, was very sensitive. His eyes welled up, and his nose felt tingly, as if he was about to cry. But the person in front of him smiled.
“Who said I don’t want you?”
He smiled as he asked, raising his hand. A small silver metal tag, attached to a thin chain on a black silk collar, dangled in his palm. It swayed in front of Ling Zhuo’s eyes.
A sliver of sunset came in through the window. The floating dust looked like broken gold, and the metal tag was gleaming. Ling Zhuo’s eyes, blurred with tears, couldn’t quite see it. He raised his head blankly. “What’s this?”
The Alpha didn’t say a word. His handsome face was smiling as he reached out and gently placed the collar around Ling Zhuo’s neck.
Once it was on, the small metal tag hung just above his collarbone, while the soft silk covered his glands.
Motta then pulled the metal tag hanging around his own neck and showed him. “Everyone who joins the execution department gets a tag with their identity on it. This one is for you.”
Omega glands are sensitive, and Motta worried a metal chain would hurt him, so he had this collar specially made in advance.
He wouldn’t have to worry about a metal chain digging into his glands.
The shocked fox calmed down and looked at him, his eyes wide and obedient, but a happy blush spread across his face.
“A gift?” he asked cautiously.
Motta couldn’t help but reach out and rub his fluffy red hair. “Yes, a gift. Congratulations on joining the team.”
“I love it!” Ling Zhuo was immediately won over by the gift. He reached up and happily touched the collar. Halfway through, he remembered something. “But Team Xia said I failed. Why can I join the team now?”
