Omega, Always Wants to Mark Me - Chapter 3
Lu Jinxi didn’t want Ming Xiaoyue to misunderstand her, thinking she was like other Alphas who would go into heat at the slightest whiff of an Omega’s pheromones.
So, she braced her hands on the sand, trying her best to avoid touching Ming Xiaoyue, and struggled to regulate her breathing. But whether it was because Ming Xiaoyue had marked her the previous day, Lu Jinxi now felt surrounded by her scent.
Her throat unconsciously twitched, and Lu Jinxi’s tightly closed lips tightened further, concealing the mark teeth that threatened to emerge.
When she opened her eyes again, faint bloodshot veins appeared in their depths. Yet Ming Xiaoyue’s unique pheromones enveloped her like a memory.
Lu Jinxi could only crane her neck, desperately trying to escape the sweet citrus scent that permeated the air.
Ming Xiaoyue watched her every move, but she only sneered at Lu Jinxi’s transparent attempts to avoid her. If she were truly a virtuous person, why would she react so strongly?
At this thought, Ming Xiaoyue wrinkled her nose slightly. Perhaps because of the reverse marking yesterday, she could still faintly detect Lu Jinxi’s pheromones, even with the inhibitor patch on the back of her neck.
For some inexplicable reason, Ming Xiaoyue felt an overwhelming urge to tear through Lu Jinxi’s carefully constructed facade and reveal her true self to everyone present.
As this thought took hold, Ming Xiaoyue found herself leaning forward slightly, her hands restlessly caressing Lu Jinxi’s body.
Lu Jinxi’s reaction was even more pronounced. Wherever Ming Xiaoyue’s fingertips touched, her body trembled uncontrollably. She lifted her head, her gaze filled with a mixture of surprise and confusion as she looked up at Ming Xiaoyue.
Sensing the crew members approaching, Lu Jinxi frantically tried to lift her hand from the sand. However, the Director, noticing her movement from afar, barked, “Hey, actress! Don’t move!”
“Ming Xiaoyue!” Lu Jinxi couldn’t help but call out her name as Ming Xiaoyue’s touch continued to roam.
Her hand, pressed against the sand, clenched tightly, her body trembling slightly. The mark on her neck remained visible, but the Director’s command froze her in place.
Ming Xiaoyue, towering over Lu Jinxi, savored the sight of her torment. She murmured, “Excuse me, I just want to find a better position.”
Her tone carried no apology, only a perverse delight as she relished Lu Jinxi’s contorted expression.
Lu Jinxi avoided Ming Xiaoyue’s gaze, her body trembling as she spoke in a voice that seemed to come from deep within her throat: “It’s nothing. Have you found a better position?”
Ming Xiaoyue stared at Lu Jinxi’s submissive demeanor, her inexplicable anger only intensifying. How had she never noticed before how good Lu Jinxi was at putting on an act?
Ming Xiaoyue sneered inwardly, but before she could act further, a crew member approached. She had no choice but to temporarily spare Lu Jinxi.
At that moment, the director called out from the monitor: “Alright! Hold that position! In a moment, the Alpha will rise up and pin the Omega down. Then comes the marking. Remember to emphasize the impact!”
“Action!”
The director’s words had barely left his mouth when Lu Jinxi, who had been growing increasingly uncomfortable against Ming Xiaoyue, impatiently shoved her aside and followed the director’s instructions.
As Lu Jinxi’s marking teeth drew closer to Ming Xiaoyue’s neck gland, Ming Xiaoyue felt fear for the first time. Her hands involuntarily pressed against Lu Jinxi’s body, but even an Omega with exceptional strength couldn’t move a fully conscious Alpha.
Especially when Ming Xiaoyue distinctly felt Lu Jinxi’s marking teeth tracing back and forth across her glands, her nerves tightened with an indescribable sensation. It was as if her body had betrayed her, yearning to be marked yet terrified of the act itself.
Caught in this internal conflict, Ming Xiaoyue’s eyes gradually became bloodshot.
She lost track of time until the director finally called “Cut!” after what felt like an eternity.
“Good! Cut! That’s a wrap for the morning. We’ll shoot the remaining scenes later.” As soon as the director’s words faded, Lu Jinxi scrambled to her feet, creating distance between them. She reached out to help Ming Xiaoyue up, but Ming Xiaoyue, her eyes downcast, rose on her own.
Lu Jinxi awkwardly withdrew her hand. Just then, Lu Jinxi’s manager approached and half-pushed, half-pulled her toward Director Wang.
“Director Wang, this is Lu Jinxi, our company’s rising star. She’s an Alpha—a triple threat: she can dance, act…”
“Alright, alright, I get it,” Director Wang interrupted impatiently, not even glancing at the manager. “Just make sure she performs well this afternoon.”
Lu Jinxi gave the director a polite nod and murmured, “Okay,” before tactfully excusing herself to use the restroom.
She then walked toward the hotel’s internal restroom.
Her manager, however, watched her retreating figure with a look of exasperation, as if lamenting her lack of ambition.
At that moment, Ming Xiaoyue approached the director and greeted him warmly, “Director Wang, you’re working so hard.”
Her sweet smile and concise flattery earned her a glance from the director, who replied, “Hmm, I’ll make sure you look even more beautiful in the final cut.”
“What are you saying? I have complete faith in your abilities, Director Wang,” Ming Xiaoyue said with a smile.
The director chuckled, flattered by her words. “You know just what to say. Go ahead and get back to work. We’ll be wrapping up soon for dinner.”
“Alright,” Ming Xiaoyue replied, knowing when to stop, and left.
Lu Jinxi’s manager, witnessing Ming Xiaoyue’s cheerful conversation with the director, seethed with jealousy.
Yet the moment Ming Xiaoyue stepped out of sight, her expression turned serious. Her eyes narrowed, like those of a predator stalking its prey…
Inside the bathroom stall, Lu Jinxi steadied her breathing, her fingers repeatedly touching the back of her neck, but her glands still pulsed prominently.
Her eyes filled with resignation. It seemed she had underestimated Ming Xiaoyue’s influence on her.
With a sigh, she pulled out her phone and ordered Alpha inhibitors online, followed by suppressants. Her fingertips hovered over the screen for a moment before she silently added Omega inhibitors to her cart as well.
After confirming the order, she stood up, straightened her clothes, and was about to open the door when a knock sounded from the outside.
Knock, knock!
Assuming it was another woman wanting to use the stall, Lu Jinxi opened the door without hesitation, only to find an unexpected figure standing there.
“Ming Xiaoyue?” Lu Jinxi asked in surprise, peering out uncertainly at the sign outside. This is definitely the Alpha-only restroom, right?
Then what’s Ming Xiaoyue doing here? Before she could process the thought, Ming Xiaoyue reached out and firmly pushed Lu Jinxi’s shoulder.
Though the force wasn’t great, Lu Jinxi stumbled back into the stall under the pressure.
Click! The stall door lock snapped shut.
In the cramped cubicle, Lu Jinxi involuntarily retreated, whispering, “Ming Xiaoyue, this is the Alpha restroom. The Omega restroom is next door.”
However, Ming Xiaoyue seemed deaf to her words, gradually closing in until she had cornered Lu Jinxi. Only then did she reach out, wordlessly proceeding with her next move.
Ming Xiaoyue tore off the inhibitor patch stuck to the back of Lu Jinxi’s neck. Instinctively, Lu Jinxi raised her hand to cover her scent gland, but Ming Xiaoyue didn’t stop her. Instead, she picked up a spray bottle and began spraying Lu Jinxi’s neck repeatedly.
Lu Jinxi recognized the scent immediately: isolation spray.
Confused by Ming Xiaoyue’s actions, Lu Jinxi murmured, “Ming Xiaoyue, you…”
Before she could finish, Ming Xiaoyue suddenly pressed her forcefully against the partition.
The sudden movement startled Lu Jinxi, her face registering shock.
A loud thud! made Lu Jinxi’s heart pound uncontrollably.
Even through the isolation spray, Lu Jinxi could still faintly detect Ming Xiaoyue’s citrus-scented pheromones.
The next moment, Ming Xiaoyue bit down on the back of Lu Jinxi’s neck again, this time immediately sinking her teeth in for a deep mark. Lu Jinxi’s hand, braced against the partition, clawed frantically, but found nothing to grip.
“Ugh… hah…” Lu Jinxi gasped, her breathing ragged. She couldn’t fathom how things had spiraled into this.
Her mind felt utterly muddled, her body limp and on the verge of sliding down uncontrollably. But at the critical moment, Ming Xiaoyue wrapped an arm around her waist and slid a leg between Lu Jinxi’s thighs.
The teeth sank deeper into the glands at the back of her neck, leaving her no escape.
As the intense, foreign pheromones flooded her system, Lu Jinxi felt an indescribable pleasure surge through the nerve endings in her brain, growing exponentially.
Then the heat in her abdomen surged upward, engulfing her mind…
Caught between extreme pleasure and excruciating pain, Lu Jinxi clenched her jaw, biting her lower lip until it bled. Yet a pained moan still escaped from deep within her throat.
“Hah… Ming… Xiaoyue!” The last three words were spat out through gritted teeth.
Time seemed to stretch endlessly as Lu Jinxi’s consciousness gradually faded. Only then did Ming Xiaoyue release her mouth, leaving behind bloodstains on her lips, even more pronounced than the day before.
She licked her lips lightly, then casually withdrew her hand, creating distance between them. Lu Jinxi, utterly drained, collapsed to her knees, her head resting weakly against the partition, intermittent moans of pain escaping her lips.
“Huff… huff…” Lu Jinxi buried her face, her hands clenched into fists, her breathing heavy.
Ming Xiaoyue gazed down at Lu Jinxi, whose face bore a mixture of pleasure and agony. Suddenly, she asked, “Do you remember the question I asked you earlier? So, what’s your answer now?”
Her eyes narrowed slightly, her gaze scrutinizing every flicker of Lu Jinxi’s expression.
“Yes… I agree,” Lu Jinxi whispered, her eyes still closed.
Though Ming Xiaoyue couldn’t understand why Lu Jinxi’s answer in this life was the complete opposite of what she’d said in their previous life, she didn’t press the matter. Instead, she said slowly, “Are you sure? I don’t like being marked by Alphas.”
“Yes… I agree,” Lu Jinxi replied, resigned.
Ming Xiaoyue had truly lived long enough to see it all. She crouched down again, her fingertips brushing Lu Jinxi’s nape glands. After two consecutive reverse marks, distinct bite marks were visible on Lu Jinxi’s glands, with faint traces of bl00d seeping through.
The moment Ming Xiaoyue’s fingertips touched the area, a sharp cry of pain escaped the woman beneath her.
“Then you’d better be able to endure it. Not only do I dislike being marked by Alphas, but as an Omega, I particularly enjoy reverse-marking Alphas. Lu Jinxi, are you absolutely sure about this?”
Ming Xiaoyue was deliberately pushing Lu Jinxi, forcing her to tear through her own facade. No Alpha would willingly submit to an Omega.
“Mm,” Lu Jinxi murmured, slowly propping herself up slightly. She turned her head halfway to look at Ming Xiaoyue, whispering, “If it’s you, I’m willing.”
Ming Xiaoyue scrutinized her, her gaze probing. But when she met Lu Jinxi’s sincere gaze, she suddenly let out a scornful laugh. “Very well. Then remember to come to my room tonight.”
With that, Ming Xiaoyue stood up and left without a backward glance.
Lu Jinxi was left alone, slumped weakly against the door, gasping for breath.
