Peach Blossom Dual Cultivation - Chapter 33: The Violent Foreign Girl
“Mm.”
In response to Zhang Deyuan’s attempt at small talk, Ivanova acknowledged him with a sound, offering no further conversation. She was sharp and had already discerned Zhang Deyuan’s intentions.
“You must be new to Feiyun City, unfamiliar with the place, right? How about I take you for a ride to the riverbank to enjoy the breeze?”
Zhang Deyuan continued, oblivious to the fact that Ivanova had no interest in him whatsoever.
“Not interested,” Ivanova replied coldly. She then prepared to leave on her motorcycle, showing no regard for Zhang Deyuan’s position as the bar manager.
“Girl, you’re fully ripe; it’s impossible for you not to be interested in men,” Zhang Deyuan said as he blocked Ivanova’s motorcycle, a lecherous smile spreading across his face. His eyes roamed over Ivanova’s ample chest and long legs, and one could even hear him swallow nervously.
“Whether I’m ripe or not is none of your business. Move,” Ivanova’s expression turned icy as she spoke.
“Come on, don’t pretend. I know you foreign girls are very open, and I’m open too. Let’s not beat around the bush—how about we go to a hotel?” Zhang Deyuan suggested, still not realizing how out of line he was, genuinely believing that foreign women were easy and would sleep with any man.
“Screw you!”
The moment Ivanova heard the word “hotel,” she was instantly enraged. She stopped her motorcycle, cursed, and swiftly got off. Using a grappling technique, she reached for Zhang Deyuan’s chest. Her cursing in Mandarin was even more fluent than that of a native!
Ivanova’s move was swift, precise, and effective.
Zhang Deyuan, who fancied himself a ladies’ man, was completely unprepared for how fierce this foreign woman could be. Before he could react, Ivanova had already grabbed him by the collar.
“Girl, are you trying to force yourself on me?”
Zhang Deyuan still didn’t realize the trouble he was in, grinning foolishly. His hand even reached out to touch Ivanova’s face, thinking that as a man, there was no way a foreign girl could overpower him.
But in the next instant, he was stunned to find his feet lifting off the ground.
A judo black belt is no joke. In her fury, Ivanova easily executed an over-the-shoulder throw, sending the 75-kilogram Zhang Deyuan crashing to the ground.
“Ow! Beautiful lady, don’t be so violent, okay? I said something wrong; please don’t hit me again,” Zhang Deyuan pleaded, realizing too late that this foreign girl was not to be trifled with.
“Screw your violence!”
Ivanova stomped on Zhang Deyuan’s stomach with her high heels, causing him to scream in agony like a pig being slaughtered.
But Ivanova wasn’t done yet. She placed her other foot on Zhang Deyuan’s face and stomped repeatedly, venting her anger.
Needless to say, Zhang Deyuan’s face was bruised and swollen. Thankfully, Ivanova’s kicks were precise, avoiding his eyes; otherwise, his eyeballs might have burst.
After she was done, Ivanova didn’t care if Zhang Deyuan was dead or alive. She got back on her motorcycle and rode off.
It was only after a long while that the heavily beaten Zhang Deyuan slowly crawled up from the ground, his face twitching in pain as he touched it.
“Ivanova, you dare hit me? I’m not done with you yet. No matter what, I’ll make you mine. When you’re beneath me, let’s see how you beg for mercy.”
A sinister expression crossed Zhang Deyuan’s face.
…
About ten minutes later, Ivanova arrived at the Long River.
The Long River is a branch of the Yangtze, flowing through Dianxi Province, and eventually into the sea. With the city’s development, the government invested heavily in constructing a scenic belt along the river, making it a popular spot for cooling off on hot summer nights.
It was close to 2:30 AM, and the riverbank was nearly deserted. Ivanova took out her phone and called Zhou Lang.
The call connected quickly.
“Zhou Lang, where are you? You didn’t forget our appointment tonight, did you? I’m waiting to spar with you. Flaking out isn’t very gentlemanly,” Ivanova said sweetly, a stark contrast to her violent encounter with Zhang Deyuan earlier.
“I just left the boss’s house. I don’t have a car, and at this late hour, finding a taxi will take some time,” Zhou Lang replied.
“Where are you? I’ll have the taxi driver come directly.”
“By the Long River,” Ivanova answered.
…
Ten minutes later, Zhou Lang found Ivanova.
Earlier, he had grabbed a late-night snack with Li Mengxue before dropping her off at her villa, which had caused the delay.
Li Mengxue didn’t want Zhou Lang to leave, but recalling that they had spent the night together after she got drunk, she felt it was a bit inappropriate to have him stay over again, so she let him go.
When Zhou Lang saw Ivanova under the night sky and streetlights, he was momentarily dazzled.
She was no longer wearing her work outfit from the bar but had changed into a simple white T-shirt, black shorts, and high heels.
Though her outfit was simple, it only accentuated Ivanova’s great figure and sexiness. Her ample chest and long, white legs were an irresistible sight for any man, especially since Zhou Lang had danced closely with Ivanova in a cramped dressing room before. His heart began to race.
“You finally made it, Super Bodyguard.”
Ivanova smiled. “I envy Boss Li for having you protect her. Earlier, Zhang Deyuan tried to hit on me, and I had no one to help me shake him off.”
“So how did you get rid of him?”
Zhou Lang asked, thinking that Zhang Deyuan, who was nearing forty with a wife and kids, was shameless to still be chasing after women.
“With force,” Ivanova said, raising her fist with a smile.
“Of course, I don’t like violence, so I just gave him a little lesson.”
“It seems you’re quite capable of protecting yourself,” Zhou Lang remarked, noticing that Ivanova treated him differently than her other bar colleagues.
“But women naturally need a man’s protection. Teaching a toad a lesson on your own and having a knight in shining armor do it for you are completely different experiences for a woman,” Ivanova said with a smile.
“Women are strange creatures,” Zhou Lang thought to himself. He smiled but didn’t say anything further.
“What kind of martial art do you practice?”
Ivanova asked, shifting the topic.
“Of course, it’s Chinese martial arts,” Zhou Lang replied. He was willing to spar with Ivanova to defend the reputation of Chinese martial arts, but he wouldn’t reveal his identity as a cultivator.
“In addition to my love for bartending, I also practice combat sports. I can tell you’re very confident in your martial arts, but my compatriots always say that Chinese martial arts are just flashy but impractical. I want to know the truth, which is why I want to spar with you,” Ivanova said directly.
“Can we start now?”
Ivanova assumed a fighting stance. She thought Zhou Lang was different from others, but she didn’t believe he was a true expert, so she wanted to test him.
“Go ahead, but it seems like your high heels might be a bit inconvenient,” Zhou Lang said, still standing casually without moving.
“I can just take them off.”
In an instant, Ivanova kicked off her high heels, stood up barefoot, and began slowly circling Zhou Lang. Zhou Lang didn’t assume any offensive or defensive posture, which made her hesitant to attack.
“I’ll only use one hand. If you manage to defeat me, then your compatriots might be right after all,” Zhou Lang said with a slight smile, signaling Ivanova to start.
“Zhou Lang, I’m a black belt; you’re seriously underestimating me,” Ivanova said, slightly irritated.
“I’m going to attack now.”
With that, she moved like a flash, pouncing towards Zhou Lang as swiftly as a leopard. Sensing that Zhou Lang might be strong, she attacked even faster than when she had beaten up Zhang Deyuan earlier.
Ivanova practiced judo, which primarily involves grappling and throwing the opponent to the ground to defeat them. When she attacked, she usually started by trying to grapple her opponent up close.
Zhou Lang slightly shifted his body to evade Ivanova’s attack.
Ivanova struck again, even more fiercely, but Zhou Lang effortlessly dodged once more.
With this, Ivanova’s doubts began to fade. Based on Zhou Lang’s ability to dodge her attacks alone, he was already a master, as no ordinary person could evade her grapples.
But she was not one to give up easily. She used all her strength to try and grab Zhou Lang.
Zhou Lang, however, remained calm and relaxed, even closing his eyes, relying entirely on his senses to avoid Ivanova’s attacks. Ever since becoming a cultivator in the Qi Refining stage, his sensory abilities have become exceptionally strong. The slightest change in the air currents around him when Ivanova moved was enough for him to sense her direction.
As a result, even with his eyes closed, Ivanova couldn’t even touch the edge of Zhou Lang’s clothes.
“Enough, this is bullying!”
After more than twenty moves, Ivanova finally stopped her attacks, pouting as if she had been greatly wronged.
“I haven’t even counterattacked, how is that bullying?”
Zhou Lang said with a laugh. In truth, Ivanova’s judo skills were not to be underestimated. Judging by her angles and speed, she was professionally trained.
“Judo’s main techniques are grapples and throws. If I can’t even grab you, how am I supposed to throw you? Isn’t that bullying?”
Ivanova retorted. Women are often unreasonable, and foreign girls are no exception.
“Well, I’ll let you throw me. If you can manage to throw me, then you win,” Zhou Lang said.
“Really? If I win, you have to agree to one thing unconditionally!”
Ivanova said, half-believing him.
“A gentleman’s word is his bond,” Zhou Lang nodded, not even asking what he would have to agree to if he lost.
“Here I come!”
Ivanova was overjoyed. She rushed up to Zhou Lang, grabbed his collar and arm, and prepared to execute an over-the-shoulder throw.
Ivanova was strong, but her strength was nothing compared to even one of Zhou Lang’s fingers. No matter how hard Ivanova tried, Zhou Lang remained completely unmoved.
Ivanova slightly shifted her body, using her hip to push against Zhou Lang while applying force from her waist, trying to use all her strength.
At that moment, her firm, elastic hips pressed against a certain part of Zhou Lang.
“So bouncy.”
Ivanova was only wearing a pair of shorts, and the moment they touched, Zhou Lang immediately felt something, his mind wavering slightly.
But Ivanova seemed oblivious, continuing to press against Zhou Lang, using all her strength. Her hips even gyrated slightly, rubbing against that certain part of Zhou Lang.
Zhou Lang wasn’t made of stone, and soon, he had a normal man’s reaction, with a certain part of him becoming hard.
