Peach Blossom Dual Cultivation - Chapter 7: The Fresh-Looking Girl
The chubby guy never expected that the ponytail girl, who seemed strong and assertive, would strike first. As a result, he tragically got hit with a bottle.
Bang!
The bottle shattered, glass shards flying everywhere, and blood started to trickle from the chubby guy’s head.
Suddenly, the bar was filled with screams, and everyone’s attention was focused on the ponytail girl and the chubby guy.
Of course, the ponytail girl became the center of attention because no one expected such a delicate-looking girl to be so fierce.
“You… you dared to hit me?”
The chubby guy touched his head, felt the blood on his hand, and was about to rush at the ponytail girl.
“Want another hit?”
To his surprise, the ponytail girl magically produced another bottle.
As the saying goes, “Once bitten by a snake, ten years afraid of a rope.” After being hit by a bottle earlier, the chubby guy hesitated to step forward but was unwilling to back down completely, leading to a standoff between the two.
“Young lady, do you know who you just hit?”
At this moment, a man with an effeminate voice walked over, raising his hand delicately as he said, “Brother Tiger is Brother Wei’s nephew. You… you should kneel to Brother Tiger, or… or you’ll suffer the consequences.”
“Get lost, you fake lady, stop trying to scare me by throwing around names. If you don’t scram, I’ll smash your head too,” the ponytail girl threatened, not taking the effeminate man’s words seriously.
“Brother Tiger, let’s go. This girl is too fierce… really scary…”
The effeminate man, seeing the chubby guy bleeding, spoke fearfully.
“Dare to tell me your name? I’ll make sure to settle this score,” the chubby guy pointed at the ponytail girl, knowing he couldn’t win the fight with just the effeminate man by his side, so he planned to retreat for now.
“You’re not worthy of knowing,” the ponytail girl sneered.
“I’ve never met such an arrogant woman before. Don’t think you’ll get away just because you didn’t give your name. As long as you’re in Feiyun City, or even in Yunnan Province, you won’t escape from me.”
Leaving this harsh remark, the chubby guy left with the effeminate man.
The commotion ended just like that, and the ponytail girl continued drinking as if nothing had happened, though a slight sadness appeared on her face as she drank.
“This girl has a strong personality, but that kind of attitude could get her into trouble in the real world,” Zhou Lang thought. Although he was a college student with little experience, he knew that the chubby guy called Brother Tiger wouldn’t let the ponytail girl off easily after getting hit.
“If this girl doesn’t leave soon, she’s going to be in big trouble.”
“Maybe not. Duan Xiaohu has connections, but this ponytail girl might have some too. Would an ordinary girl be as fierce and calm as she is?”
People in the bar were whispering among themselves.
The environment was extremely noisy, and in the past, Zhou Lang would have had difficulty hearing these conversations, but things were different now. His hearing had improved remarkably, allowing him to catch every word of the conversations happening dozens of meters away.
By listening in, Zhou Lang quickly learned that the chubby guy the ponytail girl had hit earlier was named Duan Xiaohu, a notorious thug in Feiyun City and nephew of a local boss called Brother Wei. Duan Xiaohu was known as the Silver Spear Little Tyrant, notorious for his lustful behavior and the number of girls he had taken advantage of.
The ponytail girl seemed to have something on her mind, as she kept drinking.
At 2 AM, when the bar was about to close, she finally got up and staggered out of the bar.
Opposite the bar, there was a hotel. The ponytail girl seemed to be heading there, but she was drunk, her steps unsteady, and she kept hiccupping.
Just as she was crossing the street, a black Mercedes sped by. As it passed her, the car door suddenly opened, and two hands reached out, forcibly pulling her inside.
The ponytail girl didn’t even have time to call for help before she was taken away.
“That was fast.”
At that moment, Zhou Lang had just pushed his bicycle out of the bar’s parking lot and witnessed the shocking scene. Without hesitation, he pedaled after the Mercedes.
The Mercedes was fast, but surprisingly, Zhou Lang managed to keep up, pedaling his bicycle like a whirlwind, staying close behind.
It was fortunate that it was 2 AM, and the streets were empty. Otherwise, anyone seeing Zhou Lang riding his bike like it was a rocket would have thought he was some kind of monster.
The Mercedes headed towards the outskirts of the city.
The two men who had grabbed the ponytail girl were dressed in black.
One was driving, tall and thin, while the other, who had pulled the ponytail girl into the car, was a large man with a scar on his face and prominent knuckles, suggesting he was a martial artist.
The ponytail girl continued to struggle. Although she was heavily intoxicated, she was still conscious.
However, the scar-faced man quickly tied her hands and feet with ropes and stuffed a cloth into her mouth, rendering her immobile and unable to scream.
The tall, thin man was an excellent driver, speeding along the road until they reached the riverside in the suburbs.
By the river was a boat with its lights still on; the area around it was pitch dark.
After parking the car, the tall, thin man took out a flashlight to lead the way, while the scar-faced man effortlessly carried the ponytail girl towards the boat. His strength was immense, as he carried her as if she weighed nothing.
The ponytail girl struggled, muffled sounds coming from her mouth, but the scar-faced man’s grip was like iron, holding her firmly.
Soon, the two men brought her onto the boat.
The boat was brightly lit.
Inside the cabin, a man with a bandage on his head was sitting on a sofa beside a coffee table, with a scantily clad woman next to him.
At that moment, the man was groping the woman through her low-cut top, filling the cabin with a decadent atmosphere.
This man was none other than the chubby Duan Xiaohu, who had been hit on the head with a bottle by the ponytail girl earlier at the bar.
“Young master, we brought her to you.”
The scar-faced man walked in, placed the ponytail girl on a sofa, and said to Duan Xiaohu.
“Brother Dao, Xiao Wu, thanks for helping me out so late at night,” Duan Xiaohu said with a grin, pushing the woman beside him away. He looked at the bound ponytail girl, his expression turning icy.
“Then we’ll be going.”
The scar-faced man, a man of few words, left with the tall, thin man.
“You can leave too,” Duan Xiaohu told the scantily clad woman.
“But Brother Hu, didn’t you want me to keep you company tonight?” the woman asked seductively, oozing charm.
“Can you compare to this fresh-looking girl?”
Duan Xiaohu’s eyes sparkled as he looked over the ponytail girl, his voice suddenly becoming cold.
