One Piece: Red Sword - Chapter 9
The fat man’s threat had no effect on Rozar at all.
She didn’t even bother to respond to him and calmly walked forward, opening the old carpenter’s wooden door with one hand.
A trace of killing intent flashed in the fat man’s eyes.
Click—Rozar pushed open the wooden door.
With nothing blocking the view, the scene inside the room was fully revealed.
Everyone instinctively looked inside.
Rozar glanced into the room as well and saw that it was neatly organized, with many ornate decorations around.
The old craftsman, Julian, was sitting leisurely on the floor drinking tea.
Next to him knelt a curvy woman in a red dress. Her skin was pale and smooth, her figure seductive, and her face extremely beautiful—one of the top beauties in the pirate world.
The three pirates stared at the woman, their eyes shamelessly roaming over her body. They couldn’t look away.
But the woman didn’t seem to notice at all. She quietly poured tea for the old craftsman, behaving politely and properly.
However, the sudden opening of the door caught the old craftsman’s attention.
He glanced at Rozar, then swept his eyes over the three fierce-looking pirates behind her.
Unhurriedly, he said, “Didn’t I already say it? I only build one ship at a time. With so many of you, how am I supposed to work? Hurry up and decide the order.”
As his voice fell, the woman gave the group a sweeping look and showed a faint, dangerous smile.
The fat man was the first to walk up. He slammed his axe into the wooden floor, embedding it deep, and said coldly to the old craftsman, “Of course I go first. I came earliest. You know the rule—
first come, first served. You have to build mine first.”
But the “Irritable Octopus” wasn’t having it. He walked up too and scoffed, “So what if you came first? Business is about profit. The ship I want is bigger and more expensive than yours. How much
can you pay? Obviously, I go first.”
The third man refused to be left out and added, “I go first. If you won’t build mine, I’ll tear this place down.”
The old craftsman calmly sipped his tea, completely unmoved.
The seductive beauty continued pouring tea for him, ignoring the arguing men.
Seeing the old craftsman not respond, the pirates looked at each other, sparks nearly flying from their eyes.
“This old man really has a wicked sense of humor.” Rozar glanced at them speechlessly.
The old man let the pirates argue until their throats went dry while he drank tea calmly, watching them like a show.
He really didn’t seem worried that the pirates might turn on him in anger.
But the argument was getting too noisy.
Rozar didn’t have the same patience as the old craftsman.
After listening for a bit, she already felt annoyed.
“I have something to say,” Rozar suddenly stepped forward and spoke calmly.
“Hm?”
All three pirates were slightly stunned.
They had completely forgotten this small fry existed.
“This time, I go first. You three can wait your turn,” Rozar said flatly.
The old craftsman’s hand holding the teacup trembled slightly.
He looked up, black pupils glowing with interest as he stared at Rozar.
The fat man immediately exploded in anger.
He was already impatient, and Rozar’s words were the last straw.
“You brat, if you know what’s good for you, get lost! This isn’t your place to speak, you little punk!”
He pulled out his axe and pointed it at Rozar with a cold look.
“So annoying…” Rozar muttered irritably.
She drew her sword in an instant.
Without even looking at the fat man, she casually swung it.
A strange sound rang out, and bright red bl00d splattered on the ground.
The fat man didn’t even realize what had happened—his large head was already flying off.
Thud, thud, thud—
The head hit the ground, rolling a few times and leaving a red trail behind.
Everyone in the room was shocked!
No one had seen Rozar’s sword clearly.
All they saw was her hand resting on the hilt—
and the next second, the fat man’s head fell off and bl00d sprayed everywhere.
“You can’t just ignore the rules. First come, first served!”
The “Irritable Octopus” suddenly spoke again, though his tone was much weaker than before.
Slash!
Rozar didn’t even bother replying.
She swung her sword again, slicing him cleanly in half.
Bl00d poured everywhere.
The strong stench of bl00d filled the air.
The only pirate left turned deathly pale.
He looked at Rozar in fear and stepped back.
Who knew if this crazy killer would turn his blade on him next?
“Do I go first, or do you?” Rozar asked him with a smile.
“You! You go first, of course!”
The man nearly fainted from fright.
Even if he had more courage, there was no way he would dare say otherwise.
After seeing Rozar’s brutal method, he finally understood—
she was a madwoman.
A madwoman with strange habits.
Others would at least talk before fighting, maybe taunt a little.
Rozar? She just swung her sword.
She didn’t even give others a chance to beg.
Now, he wouldn’t dare compete with her even if it cost his life.
“Go on, your turn’s next,” Rozar said calmly, glancing away.
“Thank you! Thank you so much! I’ll leave now!”
The man was scared out of his wits.
He bowed quickly and fled.
As he ran, he felt like he had just escaped death.
Touching his neck, he confirmed it was still attached and finally let out a sigh of relief.
She was terrifying.
He had nearly been cut down with a single swing.
Too terrifying.
“Old shipwright, they’re all gone now. Shall we talk business?” Rozar turned around with a bright smile.
Seeing her innocent expression, the old craftsman twitched at the corner of his mouth.
This was madness taken to the highest level—
smiling while killing.
What a maniac.
“You made a mess on my floor,” the old craftsman said calmly.
“That’s not my fault. They provoked me first,” Rozar replied with an innocent look, as if she had been bullied.
The old craftsman’s mouth twitched again.
At that moment, only one thought filled his mind:
How can someone be this shameless?
