Reincarnated as a Farmer Gamer: Rising to the Top with the Evolution of the Weakest Job that Only I Know About!? - 69.2
Today was the day I had promised Al.
The young ladies were all heading to the settlement together.
By the way, I heard Rin would be returning today.
It’s a relief that the young lady’s safety will finally be secured.
While waiting at the academy, Al arrived in casual attire.
“Al, where are we going today?”
“You met with Count Rudelagan in one day, right? How did that go?”
“Oh, that was, you know, Pochi ran there for us.”
Pochi emerged from the shadows and leaned close to Al’s face. Al, familiar with the routine, petted Pochi.
“Is Pochi that fast?”
“Well, he can make a round trip to Braveley, in the Rudelagan territory, in a day without a problem.”
“Impressive… then let’s head north again. It’s closer than Braveley.”
“O-okay.”
Following Al’s instructions, we got on Pochi and aimed north from the royal capital.

“This is the town.”
From the top of the hill, a large town came into view.
It was located to the west of the halfway point between the royal capital and the great city of Braveley.
It’s quite a peaceful town, with weak magical beasts around.
Although I started in the kingdom, I spent most of my time in the beginner-friendly starting town of Ruina. Ruina is a town near my hometown, Polopoko Village.
In the vast field of “World of Liberty,” there are many places I’ve never visited despite playing for years.
“This is Diaria, governed by Viscount Dionil. As it looks, it’s a very peaceful place, and the local specialties are delicious.”
“Hmm… It reminds me a bit of the village where I grew up. The scale is entirely different, but the atmosphere is really nice.”
“Alright, let’s head in.”
The soldier at the entrance recognized Al, and many soldiers came out from the barracks to greet him.
As we walked slowly through the entrance and onto the main street, the residents seemed to recognize Al, waving at him.
We walked straight down the main street, crossed the central plaza, and further in, we found a vast area, beautifully covered in green grass swaying like waves.
In that area, one large mansion was visible, and another could be seen further away.
Soon, a butler approached in a small carriage.
“Lord Alphonse, welcome.”
“Sorry for the sudden visit.”
“No, we always welcome you, Lord Alphonse. However, I apologize that my master is currently away from the town and cannot greet you.”
“Of course.”
“Then, I will guide you to the residence.”
“Thank you.”
The butler let me in without asking too many questions, and we arrived at the mansion in the back.
Surrounding it were flower gardens, and a beautiful river flowed, though I couldn’t tell if it was natural or man-made.
The mansion’s entrance opened, and a middle-aged maid bowed deeply.
“Lord Alphonse, welcome. The young lady is waiting for you.”
“Ah, thank you. I’ll head there right away.”
Somehow, I felt Al’s profile was unusually cheerful.
The mansion was kept extremely clean, with not many furnishings, but lots of flowers decorated the space.
We went up to the second floor and entered a room.
“Alphonse…?”
A beautiful voice came from deep inside the room.
“Charlotte. I’m sorry for the sudden visit; I have someone I want to introduce.”
We entered the room together with Al.
There, on a large bed, lay a beautiful girl with golden hair, her eyes wide in surprise as she looked at us.
“As I wrote in the letter, this is the Beryl.”
T-this is the Beryl!?
“Beryl, this is Lady Charlotte Dionil, my—fiancée.”
