As I walked, thinking how fantasy-like everything seemed, the four of them suddenly stopped right next to me. It was clear they were looking at me, and the atmosphere wasn’t exactly friendly.

Just as I was about to open my mouth and ask if they needed something, the woman with black hair suddenly shouted.

“Ruin!”

The girl with green hair, whose name was probably Ruin, pointed her staff, which was about her height, at me. Then, a fireball formed at the tip of the staff.

“Eh?”

As I stood there dumbfounded, I noticed the fireball coming straight at me.
