She Came From Hell (GL) - Chapter 34
The homeroom teacher looked around the class and noticed the empty seat next to Fu Yilan. She said, “You can sit at the last seat in the fourth group for now. We’ll change the seating arrangement next week.”
Shen Ziyan glanced toward Fu Yilan’s direction. When she saw Fu Yilan’s stunning face, she was a little surprised. This girl was even more beautiful than some of the female celebrities she had seen.
Shen Ziyan walked toward the empty seat next to Fu Yilan.
Just as she reached the seat, Fu Yilan suddenly turned around, kicked the chair over with one swift move, and the loud crash startled everyone.
“Ugh—” The classmates started to cheer and laugh, enjoying the chaos.
Shen Ziyan, feeling confused, looked at Fu Yilan, feeling a little embarrassed.
The homeroom teacher rubbed her temples, clearly frustrated. She had forgotten that Fu Yilan was never an easy one to deal with.
“Uh, Shen Ziyan, you can wait a moment,” the teacher said, then turned to the rest of the class. “Is anyone willing to change seats?”
The classroom fell silent. Who would dare sit next to Fu Yilan? That would only bring trouble.
Everyone knew that in middle school, Fu Yilan had once been assigned a deskmate, and that person was beaten by her, sent to the hospital, and ended up transferring schools because of the trauma.
This school had a system where students progressed straight from kindergarten to elementary school, middle school, and high school. Other students could only attend if they met the required entrance exam score.
Fu Yilan had gone from elementary school straight into high school, and all the children of the Fu family graduated from this school before going on to university.
The teacher, seeing no one volunteering, felt a headache coming on.
“Uh… how about I switch with her?” a cautious voice came from the first group.
Everyone stared in shock at the brave student. Wow, this guy was really daring!
The homeroom teacher bit her lip and stayed silent. My son, there’s no need for this! I only have one son—don’t get yourself beaten!
That’s right, the one speaking was the teacher’s son, Lin Haoqin, who was also the class’s math representative.
Fu Yilan turned to look at Lin Haoqin, who was standing cautiously in the first group, and then glanced at Shen Ziyan, who looked completely embarrassed.
“Someone’s willing to switch. What are you standing around for?” Fu Yilan said coldly.
Shen Ziyan bit her lower lip, looking upset, and turned to walk toward the first group to switch seats with Lin Haoqin.
Lin Haoqin carefully lifted the chair Fu Yilan had kicked over and sat down. His whole body was tense.
Lin Haoqin: I’m really scared, but I don’t want to make Mom uncomfortable, so I’m being brave… and now I regret it.
The classmates were in awe of Lin Haoqin’s actions. They all clapped, and some even whistled.
Shen Ziyan turned to glance at Fu Yilan, who was already lying back down at her desk in the last row of the fourth group. Then she looked at the student sitting next to her.
“Hello, my name is Shen Ziyan. Nice to meet you,” Shen Ziyan smiled warmly.
The girl next to her nodded and said, “Hello, I’m Zhao Beiyi,” her tone a bit distant.
Shen Ziyan didn’t mind and smiled. “Can I ask, who was that girl just now? Why does it seem like everyone’s so scared of her?”
Zhao Beiyi gave her a meaningful glance and said, “Her name is Fu Yilan. You’d better stay away from her and not provoke her. Otherwise, the hospital will become your second home.”
