Sylvie, the Slave Girl (Lily Futa) - Chapter 14 (pt. 1)
Wei Qing had not touched these things for a long time.
She discovered she actually felt a bit nervous.
She changed out of her pajamas and put on a white coat.
She twisted in front of the mirror.
She touched her chin and thought for a moment.
She went to the drawer and took out her glasses and put them on.
“Hmm…”
She looked much more serious now.
Sylvie came out of the bathroom and saw Wei Qing.
Her gaze paused for a moment.
Wei Qing held the bathroom door; she stood just in front of the threshold and looked at Sylvie.
“…”
Sylvie looked at Wei Qing.
Wei Qing felt somewhat nervous.
She adjusted her glasses.
She raised her arm and scanned herself up and down; she found no problem.
“What’s wrong?” Her voice sounded serious.
Sylvie paused.
She came back to her senses.
Her eyes softened and curved slightly.
“Master, you look very pretty.”
Sylvie always knew this person looked good.
Her mind pictured the woman’s knuckles and the blue veins on the back of her hand.
Her long hair was casually pinned up.
At a slightly lower position, her eyelashes drooped.
The silver-framed glasses had a somewhat cold texture.
Her gaze carried an indescribable, captivating charm.
“Then why do you look at me for so long?”
Wei Qing let out a breath.
“It’s very scary… Apologize.”
Sylvie skillfully hummed.
“Sorry, master.”
Wei Qing glanced at her.
She snorted lightly.
“I forgave you.”
She relaxed and squinted her eyes.
Her desire to perform kicked in.
She straightened her waist.
The woman put her hands in her pockets.
Her face looked cold.
Her lips were red.
Her chin lifted slightly.
Her light-colored eyes indifferently swept over Sylvie.
“Very pretty is how pretty?” Her voice sounded cold.
Sylvie’s expression stayed the same.
Her fingers finally curled a little.
Her gaze followed the woman’s voice from her eyes to her straight nose and soft lips.
…
Her gaze dropped.
She looked away and stayed quiet for a while.
Finally, she showed some helplessness.
Her voice sounded soft.
“…Very, very pretty.”
Wei Qing chuckled.
She stopped teasing her.
She felt Sylvie was somewhat cute.
She couldn’t tease her anymore; otherwise, the child would get worn out.
“It seems like this is the first time a patient came since you arrived here.” She suddenly remembered.
Sylvie looked at her.
She gently hummed.
“If you feel nervous, you can stay in the room. After all, it’s a stranger.”
Wei Qing thought for a while.
She worried about the child.
In her impression, Sylvie had not interacted with outsiders yet.
Wei Qing sighs.
“Be careful, it’s hot.”
Sylvie glanced at the cup already near her mouth.
“Is there anything I can help with?” She says again.
“Help? Probably not. Most likely, they just need an IV drip.”
Wei Qing yawned.
“I forgot to ask what time they come.”
She felt sleepy.
These past few days, she took naps.
Actually, her earlier praise was spot on.
Sylvie’s cooking was unexpectedly good; it made her want to sleep after eating.
“Are you sleepy?”
Sylvie looks at her slightly red, tired eyes.
“I’m probably sleepy. I feel dizzy.”
Wei Qing propped her chin with her hand.
She nodded dizzily.
Sylvie looked at her.
The woman squinted her eyes; they looked misty.
Her thin brows furrowed slightly.
She sat on the sofa; her head tilted back to look at Sylvie.
She looked obedient and pretty.
Her expression stayed the same; she still wore a faint smile.
“Master, go to sleep for a while. I will call you when the patient comes.”
Wei Qing stared blankly.
She reacted and hummed.
She stood up, touched.
“…You’re too good, Sylvie.”
