Sylvie, the Slave Girl (Lily Futa) - Chapter 15 (pt. 2)
After lunch, Wei Qing took Sylvie out.
They arrived at the store she visited before; it was closed then.
This area sat near a farmer’s market.
It was a standalone small building.
From outside, it looked like an ordinary shop.
The glass door stayed closed.
Lights glowed inside.
Two floors displayed many clothes.
“Today, it’s open.” Wei Qing tsked.
She looked at the ordinary storefront with interest.
“Let’s go. We check inside.”
The woman patted her arm to signal.
Sylvie hummed.
She habitually trailed two steps behind.
She followed Wei Qing.
The woman wore a thin white jacket today.
Inside, she had a black cropped top.
Her thick, dark hair hung loose.
She wore low-waisted jeans.
While walking, her pale waist and stomach showed faintly.
She glanced casually.
She looked away, thinking this person had many clothes.
The glass door opened automatically at the entrance.
After they entered, it closed slowly.
Wei Qing turned her head, amazed.
This small, rundown place…
“It’s pretty advanced.”
The store felt more like a modern building.
The decor looked refined and elegant.
The bright lights shone on the displayed clothes; they appeared colorful and dazzling.
No one appeared in sight.
She grew curious about the shop owner.
Wei Qing looked around.
A female voice suddenly rang out.
“Welcome, two guests.”
Wei Qing squinted.
She looked up and searched for the voice’s source.
It built enough suspense.
A head soon popped up from behind the counter.
The head rose halfway, then seemed stuck.
The woman struggled.
She gave an awkward smile and moved a fan aside.
Her body inched up slowly.
The small corner held piles of clutter.
The dark counter hid it.
Finally, a woman in a black dress emerged with difficulty.
Wei Qing: “…”
So fresh, so unique, so different from what she imagined.
The woman grabbed a hat from the clutter pile.
She put it on her head.
Her looks were charming.
Her brown, wavy hair flowed long.
She stood straight.
She propped her chin and winked at Wei Qing.
“Hello, beauty. Did I hear you praise our store? Very advanced? Haha, right, right? It’s decent, I guess. Good taste, hehe.”
Good, even more different from what she imagined.
The woman’s outfit looked odd at first glance.
After two more looks, it felt oddly harmonious.
She wore a large, pointed black hat.
A silver necklace hung on her neck.
Wei Qing looked at the hat twice.
She wondered if it followed the indoor umbrella stunts growth rule.
“Guest, the hat isn’t for sale.”
“Oh, I just look once.”
“Okay.”
Wei Qing crossed her arms.
She pinched her chin.
Her expression turned pleased belatedly.
“You have good taste too.”
“…”
Sylvie looked at her clothes’ hem.
“Ha… The guest is funny.” The woman laughed.
She coughed.
She eyed them with interest and hummed meaningfully.
“Okay, okay. So, do you two look around or need help with recommendations?”
Wei Qing looked at Sylvie.
“Recommendations… Do you look around yourself?”
Sylvie shook her head.
“You choose for me.”
“I choose?”
Wei Qing touched her chin.
It seemed that she wasn’t very good at picking clothes.
But the girl’s good body helped.
She grabbed a few items and held them against Sylvie.
They all looked good.
Still, something felt missing.
… It seemed to lack a one-click outfit change.
“Do you think it’s okay?” she asked.
“Hm.” Sylvie nodded quietly.
She nodded at every piece.
Wei Qing laughed; she patted her head.
She curved her lips. “No opinion.”
Sylvie curved her eyes.
Her gray-blue eyes looked misty.
She tilted her head up.
Her silver hair hung behind her shoulders.
Wei Qing’s hand paused.
She patted her head.
“Boss, do you have skirts in her size?”
“Yes, yes.” The woman blinked.
She seemed to wait for this line.
She stepped lightly from behind the counter.
When she walked out, Wei Qing noticed her skirt.
The side slit opened exaggeratedly; most of her pale legs showed.
She walked seductively.
Her leg swayed now and then; a bigger move might reveal more private areas.
Wei Qing’s face froze.
What’s this?
She raised her hand.
She instinctively wanted to cover the eyes of the person beside her.
But Sylvie already saw.
The girl frowned.
Her eyes turned cold.
“…” Good, she already wanted to leave.
“Let me see this guest’s figure.”
The woman approached quickly.
Wei Qing stepped back from her bold aura.
She raised her brow slowly.
She watched her get close to Sylvie.
The woman squinted.
Her eyes glinted.
Sylvie noticed her pupils were deep green.
They looked cold and clear.
Her gaze felt intense, like it sucked people in.
It oddly reminded Sylvie of the green ring on a merchant’s hand she saw each morning.
Sylvie showed no expression.
Her fingers clenched unconsciously.
