Teasing the Strawberry-Flavored Baby Alpha (ABO, GL) - Chapter 45
Chapter 45
At noon, the family set up barbecue grills in the garden outside the villa. It was June, and the weather had long since warmed up—perfect for a barbecue.
Shen Tian and Lu Ningwan helped Shen Xian and the others bring out the barbecue supplies. Wang Auntie had prepared two grills: one for roasting vegetables and one for meat.
Shen Tian was skewering lamb, with Lu Ningwan sitting beside her. Every few pieces of meat she threaded, Shen Tian glanced at Lu Ningwan, then threaded a few more and glanced again. Lu Ningwan couldn’t help but laugh, turning to her little puppy. “What’s Tiantian looking at? I’m not going anywhere.”
Her little puppy’s hands were oily, so she couldn’t touch anything, but she still leaned over and nuzzled against Lu Ningwan. “Looking at my girlfriend. I miss Little Lu Sister.”
Lu Ningwan looked at her clingy little puppy with amusement. “I’m right here, aren’t I? You still miss me?”
Her little puppy’s ears turned red as she leaned close to Lu Ningwan’s ear and whispered, “I want to kiss my girlfriend.”
Lu Ningwan playfully bumped her little puppy. “Dream on. Didn’t we just kiss last night?”
Her little puppy looked at Lu Ningwan with a pitiful expression. “I want to again. Little Lu Sister, it’s my birthday today. Can we kiss when we sleep together tonight?”
Lu Ningwan pretended to think it over, then smiled. “Depends on how you behave. If you’re good, I’ll agree.”
“Alright, I’ll definitely behave!” Shen Tian said a bit too loudly, drawing the attention of the rest of the family.
Seeing her mommy and mom looking over, Shen Tian quickly lowered her head and focused on skewering lamb. Lu Ningwan found her little puppy’s soft, shy demeanor hilarious.
“Tiantian, behave how?” Shen Xian asked, puzzled.
Shen Tian kept her face down, furiously skewering lamb. “Nothing, Mommy. I’m just being good and skewering lamb.”
This time, her little puppy stayed quiet for a bit. Before long, she had skewered dozens of lamb kebabs.
Lu Ningwan finished skewering her shrimp, washed her hands, and started helping Shen Tian with the lamb. With so many people in the family, they needed to prepare a lot of everything.
Meanwhile, Shen Xian and Lin Qinghan had nearly finished cutting the vegetables. A barbecue without veggies would be too greasy.
With the ingredients mostly prepped, Wang Auntie and Shen Xian each lit a grill. Wang Auntie handled the meat, while Shen Xian sprinkled seasoning on leeks and grilled them, slicing eggplants to roast on the other side. Soon, the air filled with the tempting aroma of barbecue, making everyone’s mouths water.
Shen Tian bounced between Wang Auntie’s grill and Shen Xian’s, eagerly checking on everything.
“Mommy, is it ready yet?” Shen Tian asked, her eyes shining as she watched the food.
Shen Xian looked at her little one with amusement. Even as an adult, she still loved to eat. Grown-up or not, her little one was still a little one. “Almost. Look at you, such a little glutton. You haven’t changed a bit since you were small.”
Hearing Mommy call her a little glutton, Shen Tian immediately tugged at Lu Ningwan, acting cute. “Little Lu Sister, Mommy says I’m a little glutton.”
Lu Ningwan poked her little puppy’s nose with a laugh. “What, did Mommy get it wrong? You’re not a little glutton?”
“No way,” her little puppy protested.
Soon, the first batch of meat skewers and vegetables was done. Shen Xian placed the grilled veggies on a large plate and kept grilling more. Shen Tian had already started eating a meat skewer. Seeing her mommy busy grilling and not eating yet, she grabbed a skewer for Shen Xian.
Shen Xian smiled. “Not bad. Even with a girlfriend, our Tiantian hasn’t forgotten her mommy.”
“Of course. I’ll always be good to Mom and Mommy,” Shen Tian said with a smile.
Lin Qinghan opened some beers and smiled at Lu Ningwan and Shen Tian. “Tiantian, Ningwan, do you remember when we let you try beer as kids? You two were so tiny back then, so curious about what beer tasted like. But after trying it, you both hated it.”
From that moment on, Shen Tian and Lu Ningwan had been completely disappointed by alcohol. It just wasn’t good.
Shen Tian grimaced at the memory. “It’s not good. All bitter and gross.”
Lin Qinghan laughed at her daughter’s review of beer. “Try it again later. Beer with barbecue cuts the grease. You didn’t like it as kids, but you might like it now that you’re grown. You’re adults now—drinking a bit is fine.”
Shen Tian tugged at Lu Ningwan’s sleeve, staking her position. “Little Lu Sister, if you drink, I’ll drink.”
Lu Ningwan thought for a moment and smiled. “Alright, let’s drink. The college entrance exam’s over—let’s relax. Come to think of it, we’ve never gotten drunk before.”
“Okay, I’ll try it.” Shen Tian took two bottles of beer from Lin Qinghan and handed one to Lu Ningwan.
Shen Tian ate a big meat skewer first, then took a few sips of beer, frowning at first. After a few sips, her frown eased, and she looked at Lu Ningwan in surprise. “Little Lu Sister, the beer doesn’t taste bad anymore. Try it.”
Lu Ningwan ate a few skewers and took a skeptical sip from the bottle. It was crisp and refreshing—not at all like the bad memory from before.
Lin Qinghan looked at the two little ones with amusement. “Kids prefer lighter, sweeter flavors. Just because you didn’t like it back then doesn’t mean you won’t like it now.”
“That’s true,” Shen Tian said, as if she’d discovered a new world. Spicy grilled meat paired with cold beer—she was thrilled.
Lin Yinan looked enviously at the adults, each with a beer in hand. She was still underage and couldn’t drink. Her juice didn’t even seem appealing anymore. Ugh, when would she grow up? She was the only single one in the house now.
Shen Tian, eating and drinking, didn’t notice she had downed two bottles of beer. Her head was starting to spin, and she reached out to hug Lu Ningwan, acting cute. “Little Lu Sister, I’m dizzy. Hug me.”
Lu Ningwan had only had one bottle and felt fine. Seeing her little puppy ask for a hug in front of everyone, she got a bit embarrassed.
Lin Qinghan spoke up. “Ningwan, Tiantian might be a bit drunk. Why don’t you take her back to her room?”
“Okay, Mom. I’ll take Tiantian back.” She scooped her drunk little puppy into her arms.
But her drunk little puppy wasn’t very cooperative, squirming in her arms. Her hands wandered, slipping under the hem of Lu Ningwan’s T-shirt to touch her lower back, all while babbling nonstop. “Little Lu Sister, hug me. Waa, I want kisses, like last night. I didn’t get enough. I want my girlfriend~”
Lu Ningwan looked at her little puppy, now a little drunk puppy, with amusement. She grabbed the hand wandering on her lower back and coaxed her. “Alright, we’ll kiss when we get back to the room, okay? Be good, Tiantian, and stop moving, or there won’t be any kisses later.”
Her little drunk puppy, hearing there’d be no kisses, immediately buried her face in Lu Ningwan’s arms, nuzzling. “No way, I need kisses. I’ll be good.”
“Good. If you’re good, you’ll get them.” By the time Lu Ningwan got her little drunk puppy back to the room, she was sweating. She set her on the bed and was about to get up to grab a towel to wipe her down when her little drunk puppy hooked her neck, pulling her back.
Lu Ningwan had also had some beer, and whether it was the alcohol or not, her mind was unusually active. Seeing her little drunk puppy clinging to her neck like that, her heart raced faster and faster. Still, she suppressed most of the stirring in her heart and gently kissed her little drunk puppy’s lips.
Her little drunk puppy, flushed from the alcohol, pouted after the fleeting kiss, clearly unsatisfied. “Little Lu Sister, you didn’t kiss me enough.”
Lu Ningwan kissed her little drunk puppy’s forehead with a smile. “What do you mean, not enough? Did that kiss go into the dog’s belly?”
Shen Tian’s eyes sparkled, but her words were still slurred from the alcohol. “Yeah, I didn’t even feel it. Little Lu Sister, kiss harder. I like it harder.”
Her little drunk puppy’s coy tone hit Lu Ningwan hard, making her breath quicken. “Oh? Tiantian likes it when I kiss harder?”
“Yup, yup.” Shen Tian nodded in agreement. The next moment, Lu Ningwan’s lips claimed hers.
Unlike the light kiss before, her little drunk puppy had asked for it harder, hadn’t she? So, harder it was. When Lu Ningwan pulled back, Shen Tian was still catching her breath.
Thinking of how her little drunk puppy had tried to sneak her hand under her clothes earlier, Lu Ningwan planted a red strawberry mark on her neck, then teased with a smile, “How about this one? Does Tiantian like it light or hard?”
Lu Ningwan’s warm breath brushed against Shen Tian’s slender neck as she spoke, making Shen Tian feel both comfortable and a little ticklish.
Shen Tian was getting sleepy but didn’t forget to answer Lu Ningwan’s question. “Harder. Harder feels better.”
Lu Ningwan’s gaze darkened. Her Tiantian was too much. “Alright, I’ll listen to Tiantian and do it harder.” She leaned in again, kissing Shen Tian’s neck. When she pulled back, satisfied, her little drunk puppy had five strawberry marks on her neck.
By now, her little drunk puppy seemed to have fallen asleep. Lu Ningwan got up, went to the bathroom to wash her face, and soaked a towel to wipe Shen Tian’s face and hands.
When her gaze returned to her little drunk puppy’s neck, Lu Ningwan’s ears turned red. She’d forgotten Mommy and Mom were still around. Had she been too obvious? Oh well, if her little puppy woke up and asked, she’d just tell the truth. After all, it was her little puppy who told her to kiss harder.
Worried Shen Tian might feel uncomfortable later, Lu Ningwan lay down beside her.
Shen Tian didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. She slept until five in the afternoon, feeling refreshed. Seeing Lu Ningwan next to her playing on her phone, Shen Tian immediately perked up. “Little Lu Sister.”
“Hm, awake? Two bottles of beer turned my little puppy into a drunk puppy,” Lu Ningwan said with a light laugh.
Shen Tian didn’t mind being called a puppy and smiled. “Puppy, drunk puppy, whatever—I’m all yours, Little Lu Sister.”
“Alright, go wash your face to clear your head,” Lu Ningwan said, her gaze drifting to her little puppy’s neck, where five strawberry marks stood out boldly.
“Okay, Little Lu Sister, I’m going.” Shen Tian obediently went to the bathroom to wash her face. When she stood up and looked in the mirror, she noticed something off. How did she get five big red marks on her neck?
Shen Tian dried her face, set the towel down, and came out, asking Lu Ningwan as she walked, “Little Lu Sister, what happened to my neck?”
Lu Ningwan leaned against the bed, giving Shen Tian a teasing smile. “Tiantian doesn’t remember?”
Shen Tian thought back but couldn’t recall. She shook her head. “I don’t remember. Tell me, Little Lu Sister.” She kicked off her shoes and sat next to Lu Ningwan.
Lu Ningwan smiled. “You forgot? I brought a certain little drunk puppy back, and she hooked my neck, refusing to let me go, asking for kisses. I kissed her once, and she wasn’t satisfied, saying I should kiss harder because she likes it hard. So I did.”
Shen Tian’s ears turned red at Lu Ningwan’s words. She’d told Little Lu Sister to kiss harder? That was so embarrassing. Still curious, she asked, “And then, Little Lu Sister?”
Lu Ningwan reached out, her fingertips brushing Shen Tian’s neck before she spoke. “Then my little drunk puppy was still unsatisfied, asking for more kisses. So I kissed your neck. I asked if you liked it light or hard, and you said hard. So that’s how it happened.”
Shen Tian, mortified, threw herself into Lu Ningwan’s arms, hiding like a little quail.
Lu Ningwan secretly held back a laugh where her little puppy couldn’t see.
After a moment, Shen Tian lifted her head and asked Lu Ningwan, “Little Lu Sister, what do I do about this? Can concealer or foundation cover it?”
Lu Ningwan smiled. “Probably. If it doesn’t cover, and Mommy or Mom asks, I’ll just say Tiantian told me to do it.”
“Little Lu Sister,” Shen Tian whined, shaking Lu Ningwan in her arms.
“Alright, alright, I’ll help you cover it. Come on, let’s go to the bathroom.” Lu Ningwan patted Shen Tian, signaling her to get up.
In the bathroom, Lu Ningwan used a darker shade of concealer to cover the strawberry marks. It worked, but the color wasn’t quite natural.
Lu Ningwan added some lighter foundation to blend it. Unless someone looked closely, it shouldn’t be noticeable.
“Does it look okay?” Lu Ningwan asked Shen Tian to check.
Shen Tian’s eyes lit up. “Little Lu Sister, you’re amazing. Now it won’t give me away.”
