The Cannon Fodder NPC Went Too Far [Quick Transmigration] - Chapter 20
Chapter 20
Xia Yu’s pupils instantly dilated. Her legs sprang high like they were fitted with springs, and she abruptly looked behind her.
Pink lights flickered wildly, causing Shen Zheng’s face to shift between light and shadow. Xia Yu patted her frantically beating chest, slowly let out a breath, and playfully complained: “Shen Zheng, you scared me to death.”
Shen Zheng remained silent. Tap, tap, tap, her high heels steadily clicked against the floor as she slowly advanced toward her.
“Shen Zheng,” Xia Yu raised her voice, immediately noticing something was wrong with Shen Zheng. The usual warm and subtle sandalwood scent was quietly infiltrated by an unfamiliar sharpness. It wafted out with her heated breathing, carrying a strong sense of aggression.
Xia Yu wrinkled her nose to sniff, finding it not unpleasant.
“Shen Zheng, have you been drinking?”
Shen Zheng walked straight past her and sat on the large bed. She unhurriedly lifted her right leg, crossing her legs, her toe casually tapping the air. The black stiletto heel dangled on her foot, half-off.
She leaned back slightly, hands braced on the bed, and briefly glanced at Xia Yu. Her posture was languid yet a bit indifferent. Her eyes shimmered with a watery sheen.
Xia Yu stared blankly at Shen Zheng. A loose white shirt was casually draped over Shen Zheng’s body. It was floppy and ill-fitting. The top two buttons were missing, revealing fair skin, delicate collarbones, and a hint of… only a black tie was neatly fastened.
Xia Yu blinked rapidly, her gaze dropping. Below the black pencil skirt, her long, straight legs were completely exposed.
Shen Zheng chuckled lightly, a faint hint of intoxication in her voice, the tail end of the sound trembling.
Though it was just a short sound, Xia Yu’s breathing quickened uncontrollably. Her hands unconsciously gripped her sleeves, and her entire face was burning up.
The current Shen Zheng was drastically different from the typical suit-wearing, powerful CEO. She had shed her high-and-mighty, inviolable demeanor, provoking involuntary, different thoughts in others.
It might be inappropriate, but Xia Yu’s first reaction was that she really wanted to…
“I’ve set the basement door lock. It won’t open until tomorrow morning.”
Her long hair cascaded down her shoulders like a waterfall. Shen Zheng lazily stretched out one hand, her fingers lightly twirling a strand of hair that fell near her face. Seeing Xia Yu’s stunned expression, the corners of Shen Zheng’s mouth curved into a subtle smile.
The air grew increasingly hot. Shen Zheng’s slender fingers rested on her throat. She uncomfortably twisted the formally tied necktie, then, with a slight frown, gave it a strong pull. The tie fell off.
She tossed it casually onto the bed and slowly undid the remaining buttons of her shirt. Beneath it, a taut sports bra, clearly defined abdominal muscles, smooth and sharp lines that extended from her chest down to the edge of the low-rise pencil skirt.
Xia Yu pursed her lips, licked her dry mouth a few times, and silently swallowed. Shen Zheng… what does she mean by this?
Shen Zheng shrugged her shoulders, fully opening the shirt, letting it dangle half-off her shoulders.
“So, it’s a long night. We have plenty of time. Xia Yu~ come here.”
Shen Zheng’s red lips parted. She lazily looked at her. Her usual commanding assertiveness was diluted, overlaid with a stimulating layer of intoxication. She crooked her finger at Xia Yu.
Reason told Xia Yu that Shen Zheng was dangerous right now—extremely dangerous. If she went over, nothing good would happen. Although her sixth sense kept blaring warnings in her head, Xia Yu’s eyes remained fixed on Shen Zheng’s firm, smooth abdominal muscles, which rose and fell with her rapid breathing.
Noticing Xia Yu’s hesitation, Shen Zheng lowered her eyes, picked up the tie she had tossed aside, casually tied a knot, binding both of her own wrists, and even shook her hands twice, signaling to Xia Yu.
Then, she slowly leaned back and lay down on the bed.
A surge of heat spread from her tailbone to her entire body, exploding like fireworks everywhere. A tingling, soft sensation swept over her. Although the temperature was comfortable, small beads of sweat formed on Xia Yu’s forehead. She stared hazily at the person before her.
As if possessed, like a hypnotized puppet, Xia Yu slowly approached Shen Zheng step by step.
“Want to feel it?” Like the Big Bad Wolf tempting Little Red Riding Hood, Shen Zheng raised an eyebrow. As her red lips parted and closed, her abs rippled. She invited her in a husky voice.
Xia Yu blinked, honestly nodding her head. Her slightly cool fingers first lightly poked Shen Zheng’s abdomen. It’s soft!
The little phoenix’s eyes instantly brightened a bit. Like a kitten finding a new toy, she eagerly played with them, pinching here, poking there, without any pattern.
Shen Zheng’s fingers suddenly clenched the tie. A burning breath was urgently exhaled with Xia Yu’s mischief-making hand. Her lowered eyes became even more watery, sparkling brightly.
Ugh, this little cub, she really needs to be…
“Do you like it? Yu Yu~” Shen Zheng gasped heavily, her voice husky.
“I like it.” Without thinking, Xia Yu answered the question with a blush and without hesitation.
“Then do you like me?”
Xia Yu trembled all over, staring at Shen Zheng with wide eyes.
Shen Zheng’s fair wrists were wrapped in the black tie. Sweat beaded on her forehead, dampening the hair scattered across her face. It slowly slipped down, passed her delicate jawline, and dripped into her sports bra. The irregularly rising and falling abdomen was also glistening with moisture. She was entirely damp.
A blush spread from her earlobes all the way to her cheeks. Shen Zheng’s eye corners were tinged with red. Her eyes were half-closed, half-drunk, half-sober.
The spicy sandalwood scent soared up, aggressively invading Xia Yu’s territory, wrapping her up tightly.
Xia Yu swallowed hard. A warm current slowly rose from her abdomen, gradually spreading throughout her body.
She felt her mind was completely blank, like a short-circuited electrical wire, sparking and crackling with light and noise. Everything around her was blurred, leaving only the person in front of her.
She said nothing, slowly leaning down, inching closer to Shen Zheng.
Xia Yu’s dark hair lightly swayed in front of Shen Zheng’s eyes. Xia Yu’s lips gently touched Shen Zheng’s lips. A fleeting touch, immediately broken.
Both of them seemed to be struck by electricity, trembling all over, an ineffable numbness tingling through their limbs. Xia Yu hurriedly straightened up, murmuring softly: “Li… like…”
“Shen Zheng, I think I’m fond of you.” Xia Yu couldn’t help but whisper the confession, and then suddenly realized what she had said. She covered her burning face with both hands, ready to run away.
The little cub who had just done something naughty instinctively wanted to escape the Big Bad Wolf’s hunting ground.
But where could she run?
Shen Zheng, who had finally received a clear answer, suddenly raised her eyes, the aggression in them completely unconcealed, as if she wanted to devour her alive.
She slowly lifted her upper body, hooking the corner of her lips mischievously. She glanced at Xia Yu, whose head was practically buried in her chest, and nudged her knees between Xia Yu’s legs.
Yu Yu, acting like this only makes me want to bully you more.
“Mmm…”
Xia Yu arched her back, leaning forward and instinctively tumbling onto Shen Zheng. Her nails dug into Shen Zheng’s arms as she tried to steady herself.
A soft laugh came from beneath Xia Yu. In a dizzying moment, Shen Zheng flipped over, like doing a plank, completely trapping Xia Yu beneath her.
She looked down intently at Xia Yu, who was too shy to open her eyes and was flushed red, almost steaming. Her voice was husky as she spoke, word by word:
“Xia Yu, I’m fond of you too. I’ve been fond of you for a long time.”
“I like your vibrant body, your lively soul, your unyielding will…” Shen Zheng paused, her eyes filled with tenderness.
“I like everything about you—your brows, your eyes, your lips, your…” Shen Zheng licked her lips, her voice growing hoarser. She leaned down, her hot breath fanning Xia Yu’s face. Her lips were almost touching Xia Yu’s skin, yet they didn’t land.
“So, little cub, may I kiss you?”
Seeing Xia Yu play dead with her eyes tightly shut, but her breathing visibly quickening, a flash of cunning crossed Shen Zheng’s eyes. She slowly, deliberately, began to rise, but her gaze remained fixed on Xia Yu, not missing a single expression.
Xia Yu secretly opened a tiny slit of her eyes. Seeing Shen Zheng withdrawing, she opened her mouth and answered in a voice as faint as a mosquito.
“Mmm~”
Shen Zheng’s body lunged forward, precisely assaulting her slightly parted lips. First, a gentle brush, like two feathers lightly pressing together.
Seeing Xia Yu’s eyelashes flutter, offering no protest, Shen Zheng grew bolder. She parted her lips, carefully sucking, her teeth and tongue occasionally bumping together in the darkness, incredibly inexperienced.
Shen Zheng was a fast learner and a few years older. She quickly grasped the essence.
She slightly parted her lips, first gently rubbing her lower lip, as if exploring, as if tempting. Then she used the tip of her tongue to trace her lip line, gently sucking her cupid’s bow…
Hot. So hot. It felt like a small fish stranded on the shore.
Xia Yu pushed Shen Zheng’s shoulder. A silver thread appeared between them. Shen Zheng raised an eyebrow, looking at her questioningly, knowing exactly why. Xia Yu squirmed her waist, her breathing becoming more disordered. She opened her mouth, struggling to speak, but her voice was surprisingly soft.
“Shen Zheng… uncomfortable.”
A stream of soft laughter spilled from Shen Zheng’s throat. She rewarded Xia Yu with a kiss on her lips, then said softly: “Such an obedient good child. How about you leave the rest to me, Yu Yu? You just need to enjoy it.”
The watery sheen in Xia Yu’s eyes gained another layer of mist. She stared at Shen Zheng in a daze. Before she could answer, Shen Zheng’s knee forcefully slipped between her legs, giving a light bump.
“Ugh~” Xia Yu softly cried out like a kitten. Her nails dug into Shen Zheng’s back. She instinctively wanted to clench, but it was already too late.
She puffed out her cheeks, glaring fiercely at Shen Zheng with a face flushed scarlet, but her rippling, watery eyes held no power to kill.
“Shen Zheng, you bastard…” Xia Yu’s round almond eyes spilled glistening tears. Her uncontrollable nails desperately dug into Shen Zheng’s shoulders.
Shen Zheng’s eyes sparkled with amusement. She didn’t feel the pain at all. Her knees moved deeper and more vigorously, a gentle, pushing motion.
“Xia Yu~ Yu Yu~ Which one of the things we’re doing right now could be done in that kind of relationship?”
“Bastard… shut up!”
Oh, really? Shen Zheng raised an eyebrow and increased the intensity a bit. She didn’t shut up. The one who couldn’t utter a word was someone else.
“Do you like it, little cub?”
“Little cub, you like calling me Mother so much. Why don’t you say it a couple of times right now, hmm?” Shen Zheng’s voice rose at the end, biting her red earlobe with apparent pleasure.
Shen Zheng was always vengeful, with an extremely strong desire for retribution. She could remember a minor slight for over a decade, following her enemies like a dark viper, waiting for a moment of weakness to strike and viciously sink her fangs into their throats.
This was true for her enemies, and it was also true for her lover.
“Mmm… Shen Zheng!”
No matter how Xia Yu’s hands pushed against her chest, Shen Zheng’s body remained as solid as steel. In the end, Xia Yu cried herself to sleep, yet Shen Zheng’s hands were still bound by the necktie.
Shen Zheng gently kissed her forehead, shaking her head with a triumphant smile. It seems the little cub still doesn’t quite understand her. She was never a good person.
If you show weakness in front of her, she will only take several steps further.
It’s okay. They have all the time in the world to get to know each other slowly.
