The Crazy Villain Wants Me to Love Her

Synopsis

When Jiang Chilou wakes up again, she finds herself in the body of the early-deceased fiancée of the novel’s villain, with the wedding scheduled two days later.

The novel’s villain, Gu Wan, is skilled at pretense: gentle and elegant in public, but cold and crazy/unhinged in private.

Jiang Chilou: “…”

Divorce is definitely impossible because everyone, including Gu Wan, is happy with the marriage. Of course… there is no love, only calculation.

Jiang Chilou throws her hands up and simply decides to lie flat and become a salted fish.

After the marriage, the two treat each other with respect but harbor different dreams.

Gu Wan is busy with company business during the day, and Jiang Chilou eats, drinks, and lives her salted fish life at home.

Most of their interactions are limited to sleeping in the same bed at night.

Later, the boundary is broken, and the two become engrossed in fulfilling each other’s needs, finding momentary pleasure in the process.

During one banquet, someone, seeing Gu Wan and Jiang Chilou inseparable, couldn’t help but tease: “I never thought you and your wife were so in love.”

Gu Wan remains unmoved. Love? What is that?

She just doesn’t want Jiang Chilou to escape her control.

But when Gu Wan falls in love first, she discovers that the other person still only treats her as a convenient tool for seeking pleasure, engaging in intimacy without a care in the world.

Gu Wan finds this disparity unbearable.

Gu Wan watches the person fall asleep immediately after speaking, and the gloom in her heart deepens.
