The Domineering CEO, but a Crybaby! - Chapter 40
Chapter 40: Planting a Strawberry
With a “bang,” the door suddenly opened as Cen Qianyi counted to zero.
The person who opened the door seemed to have used all their strength. The force was so great that the door instantly rotated ninety degrees and hit the doorstop with a ‘dong.’
At this speed, another person would have already been hit in the face.
Thankfully, it was Cen Qianyi. She had already taken two steps back when she felt that something was wrong. The wind from the door made her hair flutter a little.
Before she could straighten herself out, a figure suddenly rushed into her line of sight.
At the same time, a scream echoed in the night.
“There’s a snake! Help!”
He Shu screamed and charged inside. She didn’t slow down at all even when there were obstacles in her way. She charged inside with the obstacles!
Cen Qianyi was picked up around her waist. Her feet were in the air, and she was carried and quickly moved backward!
He Shu’s trembling voice was still ringing in her ears: “Ah ah ah ah—”
Cen Qianyi patted her on the shoulder, just about to tell her to stop, when her knee hit something. Before she could react, she started to fall backward.
If she were alone, she would have been able to maintain her balance, but He Shu’s unstoppable momentum pressed her down completely.
By the time He Shu realized something was wrong, it was already too late. She instinctively reached out and protected the back of Cen Qianyi’s head.
One falling backward, one lunging forward, the two bodies that were hugging each other tightly went from vertical to horizontal.
Thankfully, what tripped them from behind was the armrest on the side of the sofa.
Cen Qianyi was pressed down into the soft sofa. In a gust of wind, a strong smell of alcohol went straight up her nose.
With a “dong,” Cen Qianyi’s forehead suddenly hurt, and then the corner of her eye became wet.
A tear slipped from the corner of her eye.
With the remaining tears in her eyes, Cen Qianyi felt as if there was a foreign object in her eye, and she blinked involuntarily.
In her half-clear, half-blurry vision, she saw a pair of red eyes. Another tear fell from those eyes, hitting the corner of her eye and sliding down.
Although only one person was crying, it looked as if two people were crying together.
Cen Qianyi’s eyes darkened as she looked at He Shu, who couldn’t stop crying.
He Shu covered her mouth, her entire face crumpled from the pain. The pain was so intense that she felt a metallic taste in her breath when she gasped.
How could Cen Qianyi’s head be so hard? Her teeth must be about to fall out.
She carefully touched them. Her teeth were still there. After the most painful moment passed, her crumpled eyebrows finally relaxed a little. In her blurry, teary vision, she met a pair of purple eyes.
Thinking of something, He Shu grabbed Cen Qianyi’s arm.
“There’s a snake, Cen Qianyi, there’s a snake, help!”
In her panic, she had forgotten that the reason she was afraid and didn’t dare to enter the door was because of Cen Qianyi. If it weren’t for her, she wouldn’t have seen the snake!
Cen Qianyi looked at this teary-eyed person, a little dazed. Thinking about what was on her mind before she opened the door, and then looking at this face that was already full of tears even though she hadn’t done anything yet, she felt a little strange.
It wasn’t good, but it wasn’t bad either.
At least, when she counted to zero, the door opened, and the person came back.
She rubbed the spot on her forehead that had been hit, looked at her mouth, and decided that as long as she could talk, she was fine.
As for what she said.
It was just a snake. What was there to be afraid of?
“Did it bite you?”
He Shu immediately nodded. Cen Qianyi’s eyebrows raised in surprise, but the other person quickly shook her head again.
She looked as if she didn’t even know if she had been bitten.
Cen Qianyi smelled the alcohol coming from this person in the air. A look of anger flashed in her eyes: “Get off me.”
A drunk person’s words couldn’t be trusted.
He Shu couldn’t get up. She felt that her limbs were numb and she had no strength at all.
“I can’t move, woo woo woo, I must have been bitten.”
With that, tears started to fall.
Cen Qianyi pushed the person away with force. He Shu, who had no strength, rolled off the sofa. Cen Qianyi pulled her, slowing down her descent, and she landed on the floor gently.
“Where were you bitten?” Cen Qianyi got up and knelt on the floor to check her.
He Shu cried and held out her hand, then felt that it was wrong and went to pull up her pant leg.
Cen Qianyi looked at her silly, foolish movements and her face turned dark.
“How much did you drink?”
She knew now why the person she saw on the roof had been walking unsteadily.
He Shu couldn’t hear what Cen Qianyi was saying. She was completely immersed in the fact that she had been bitten by a snake.
“It hurts so much… there’s a snake… I was bitten… it hurts so much…”
Cen Qianyi was too lazy to ask anymore. She just lifted her pant leg to look. There were no wounds on her fair leg.
She pulled her hand over and checked it. There was only a scratch on the pad of her right index finger, which looked like it had been cut by grass.
She looked over the rest of her body and didn’t see anything unusual. Cen Qianyi put her clothes back down and patted her face, interrupting her repetitive rambling of ‘there’s a snake, it’s over, I’ve been bitten, am I going to die.’
“Serves you right. Why didn’t you come in at the door? If you stay outside, you’ll get bitten by a snake.”
When she heard this, He Shu gasped in pain. She looked at Cen Qianyi. It was all because of her that she hadn’t dared to come in.
Cen Qianyi saw the anger in her eyes and scoffed: “Did I release a snake to bite you?”
He Shu wiped away her tears. She was so miserable. She was bitten by Cen Qianyi in the morning and bitten by a snake at night.
If she had known, maybe it would have been better to come in and be bitten by Cen Qianyi.
If she was bitten by a snake, would she die?
She didn’t want to die.
Cen Qianyi looked at the person who was crying like it was raining, furrowed her brows, and her eyes were full of a complicated look.
She had originally wanted to make her cry and teach her a lesson tonight, but it seemed… this wasn’t what she wanted.
Also, how could a person cry like this, like a child?
If He Shu were completely sober, she would definitely not cry like this. But under the influence of alcohol, some emotions were amplified, and the self-control that adults had was almost completely gone. So, this was the result.
She was crying completely uncontrollably.
Cen Qianyi had seen He Shu cry before, but most of the time it was out of fear. This was the first time she had seen this kind of sadness and despair.
“Don’t cry. You won’t die.”
Even if she was bitten by a snake, it would only hurt for a moment. Was it worth being this sad?
This time, He Shu actually heard her. She suddenly stopped crying and looked at the person.
“How do you know? What if it’s a venomous snake?”
“You won’t die even if it’s a venomous snake.”
Cen Qianyi sighed and pinched her ear. She had an antitoxin syringe that could clear all common toxins. Snake venom was a simple and common toxin.
He Shu didn’t believe her. In her mind, snake venom was deadly, and she hadn’t even seen what kind of venomous snake it was. She was a goner.
She covered her hand, tears falling uncontrollably, and cried out ‘it hurts’ and ‘I’m a goner.’
Cen Qianyi looked at the finger she was covering, the one she had checked and found to have a scratch on it.
She pried her hand open and held the wound under her nose: “This wound, does it hurt?”
It would heal in a little while.
He Shu nodded vigorously: “It hurts!”
Cen Qianyi took a deep breath, reminding herself not to get angry at a drunk person.
“You can see for yourself. Does this look like a snake bite?”
He Shu’s eyes were blurry with tears. She couldn’t focus at all. Her finger looked as big as two fingers in her vision: “It’s over… it’s all swollen… I’m going to have to get it amputated.”
Cen Qianyi: …
At this point, she could confirm one thing: this woman was drunk.
Seriously! Drinking like this outside! With a woman she had just met! And then squatting at the door and not coming in when she got home!
She looked at the person and scoffed: “Yes, there’s no saving it. Your arm will have to be amputated from here!”
She reached out and drew a line on He Shu’s elbow.
He Shu instantly fell silent. Her eyes trembled as she looked at her arm. Her hand… was going to be amputated…
Cen Qianyi continued: “Why didn’t you come in just now? Would you have been bitten by a snake if you had come in?”
He Shu couldn’t hear a single word again. Her mind was filled with the thought that she was going to lose her hand.
And it was her right hand. What was she going to do? She didn’t know how to use chopsticks with her left hand. She didn’t know how to write with her left hand. She only had one left hand. Could she hold up such a big “Qianqian” business…
Cen Qianyi looked at the person who was looking down and thinking about something, but who wasn’t crying anymore. She let out a breath, stood up, and went to the door.
There were lights on the lawn outside, so it wasn’t dark. She could see everything clearly. There was nothing unusual. Besides, she had seen the staff on the island sprinkle snake repellent. Unless it was man-made, there couldn’t be any.
She walked to the only bush where something could be hiding, kicked the grass aside, and saw something inside. She hesitated before picking it up.
It was a slightly curved stick. She took it back to the room, closed the door, and walked over to He Shu.
The person was half-lying on the sofa, looking like she had given up on life.
Cen Qianyi poked her with the thing in her hand. He Shu slowly turned her head, then her eyes widened, rolled back, and she passed out with a scream of ‘Ah, a snake!’
Cen Qianyi: …
The case was solved. This was the snake.
She quickly threw the stick outside, closed the door, and checked on He Shu.
Thankfully, she was fine. She was just scared.
“Wake up!”
Cen Qianyi patted her face, trying to wake her up. Her face was wet, and a slapping sound was made with each pat.
She could really cry. Cen Qianyi looked at her face, which was a little dirty from crying, and felt a little disgusted. Her body was also the same. She didn’t know where she had been all day. A CEO who ran around in her pajamas was probably the first one.
Cen Qianyi reached out, took off her pajamas, left her in a tank top and underwear, and moved her onto the sofa.
After doing all this, she looked at the person who was sleeping soundly. A strange look flashed in Cen Qianyi’s eyes. What was she doing… Why was she taking care of her?
She was waiting for her to come back to settle the score.
Thinking about the whole day she had waited, she patted the person with a little more force: “Get up!”
After patting her for a while, the person turned over, faced the wall, and continued to sleep, leaving her with an arrogant back and a perky butt…
Cen Qianyi’s eyes trembled. She turned the person around, leaned down, and bit her shoulder, using all her strength. She bit the sleeping person so hard that she woke her up.
He Shu’s face was distorted in pain. In her panic, she thought she had been bitten by a snake again. She struggled with all her might. When she felt the sharp teeth on her shoulder disappear, she opened her eyes and met a pair of deep eyes. In a daze, the dangerous pupils seemed to be focused into a line. Her vision shifted slightly, and she saw the bl00d on the sharp teeth. He Shu’s scalp felt like it was going to explode.
“A snake, a snake demon!”
Cen Qianyi’s eyebrows twitched. What? Looking at her terrified eyes that were trembling nonstop, she reached out and grabbed her face, forcing her to look at herself.
“Look closely at who I am!”
Hearing the familiar voice, He Shu’s vision gradually cleared. She saw the person in front of her. It was a person. Looking at the pair of pale purple eyes, He Shu tilted her head.
“Cen, Cen Qianyi?”
When she heard the person say her name correctly, Cen Qianyi let go of her hand and continued to ask the question she hadn’t answered before she passed out.
“Why didn’t you come in when you were outside?”
“Huh?”
He Shu’s confused mind was a mess. She only felt that her shoulder hurt so much. She looked down and saw the tooth marks on it. There were even some spots of bl00d seeping from one or two of the tooth marks.
Her memory came back. She looked at Cen Qianyi, feeling incredibly wronged: “I really was bitten by a snake, look.”
With that, tears started to flow out again like tap water.
Cen Qianyi was a little annoyed and regretted waking up a drunk person.
“It must be a venomous snake. It hurts so much. I have to suck the poison out. What do I do? I can’t reach it!”
He Shu was anxious and panicked. She tilted her head and tried very hard to reach the wound, but it was too far back. She couldn’t touch it no matter what.
“I’m going to die, woo woo woo, I’m a goner.”
Cen Qianyi just watched the person, who looked like an idiot, mistaking a row of tooth marks for a snake bite.
What kind of snake had that many teeth?
And her method of saving herself was to suck out the snake venom… She had now seen what a drunk person was like.
Looking at the person who was crying sadly and desperately, Cen Qianyi thought about whether she should go and pick up the stick again to scare her into passing out.
He Shu cried and wiped away her tears while looking at Cen Qianyi: “If I die, remember to spend all my money on my sisters. It’s not much, one cup of milk tea for each of them.”
She seemed to remember that this was her regret the last time she died.
Cen Qianyi looked at the person: “Sisters?”
He Shu automatically gave a string of numbers and then said: “This is my bank card password.”
Cen Qianyi’s face turned dark when she heard it. She had tried this password before, and it was wrong.
Seriously, even when she was drunk, she didn’t tell the truth.
He Shu was about to give her more instructions when suddenly, a warm thing was pressed against the painful spot on her shoulder. She tilted her head and saw Cen Qianyi lift her head from her shoulder, looking as if she had spit something out.
“Okay, I’ve sucked out the venom. You’re fine now.”
He Shu looked at the person, saw a little red bloodstain on her lips, and her pupils trembled.
“You—”
Cen Qianyi smiled: “Okay, now I’m going to die from the poison.”
Cen Qianyi didn’t actually know why she had done that. She had actually cooperated with this drunk person’s thought process just now to stop her from crying.
After she finished the ‘pretend’ action of sucking out the snake venom, she suddenly had an idea.
She quietly watched the person, waiting for her reaction.
He Shu panicked. She trembled as she tried to wipe the bloodstain off Cen Qianyi’s lips. How, how could she have sucked out the poison?
What was she going to do now? He Shu’s eyes seemed to be filled with a red glow from her tears.
“No, no, don’t die!”
He Shu’s mind was blank, only replaying Cen Qianyi’s words. She was going to die. She didn’t want her to die.
“No, don’t die!”
Cen Qianyi felt the hand on her face trembling uncontrollably, and the person in front of her really looked like she was worried that she was going to die. It seemed that she really was just as she had said… that if she died, she would be sad.
She reached out and wiped away a tear that was sliding down her face. The warm touch slid into her palm. Cen Qianyi placed her hand on He Shu’s face.
The path of each tear was blocked. They tried their best to squeeze into the gap between her hand and her face, but because her hand was pressed so tightly, they couldn’t get in. They could only accumulate in the web of her thumb, and with each sob of ‘don’t die,’ they accumulated more and more.
When they were full, they overflowed, slid down the back of her hand, and fell into her heart.
Cen Qianyi felt as if her chest was filled with He Shu’s tears. She watched her heart sink into them. Each beat stirred up a splash of water, and the overflowing water caused ripples in her eyes.
By the time she reacted, her lips were also wet.
He Shu’s eyes suddenly widened!
The weight on her lips came suddenly, and the words she wanted to say were completely blocked back into her mouth.
She had just thought of a solution. She could suck the poison back out.
Did Cen Qianyi also think of the same solution? Feeling the warmth on her lips, He Shu closed her eyes. That’s right, suck it back out.
How do you suck it back out? First, pry open the other person’s mouth. Yes, that’s right. He Shu moved her tongue, but before she could stick it out, there was a sharp pain on her lips.
The pain made her arch her back and cover her lips, letting out a wail.
The taste of bl00d spread in her mouth. She looked up at the person who had bitten her. In her wet vision, the pair of pale purple eyes were filled with red bl00d vessels.
The way she was looking at her was very fierce, as if one bite wasn’t enough.
What was wrong… He Shu didn’t understand why she had bitten her. Her brain, which had already swollen from alcohol, was completely unable to think under this pain.
Cen Qianyi glanced at He Shu, who looked pained and confused, and then got up and went to the bathroom.
She closed and locked the door, propped her hands on the sink, and looked at herself in the mirror.
What was she doing…
Looking at the bloodstain on her lips in the mirror, she liked to see people bleed, but she didn’t like to get other people’s bl00d on her. It made her feel dirty. But… she reached out and touched her lips. This woman’s bl00d seemed to be different.
At least she didn’t dislike it.
Cen Qianyi turned on the faucet. The sound of the water was gushing, but it couldn’t cover the abnormal sound of her heart beating right now.
Looking at herself in the mirror, her eyes were a little lost. Why had she just kissed that woman…
Her original plan was not to teach this person a lesson to make her remember it. She touched her lips. What was this now?
Thinking about what she had just done, Cen Qianyi’s heart beat even faster. The warm water flowed over her palm, and the heat seemed to crawl up her face.
Why had she just kissed her…
She had thought about why she cared about this person during the day. She had thought that she was just a little special because of curiosity.
But what just happened was clearly not just curiosity.
Why did she kiss her?
Gradually, a word came to her mind: love?
That kind of woman…
Love?
That’s impossible.
She, loved that woman?
Was this possible?
That kind of person.
She was so useless, she only knew how to cry. She could be scared to tears by a snake and pass out when she saw a dead person.
She was always teary-eyed and would say things that were asking for death. She was clearly bullying someone, but she always looked like she was being bullied.
The things she did were always incomprehensible, as if she were crazy. She could go to great lengths to carry her up a mountain just to let her see a sunrise.
She made human food look like dog food. She looked domineering, but her heart was very soft.
Cen Qianyi thought of her gentle movements when she applied ointment to her scald, and those few times when she was in danger, her first instinct was to save her.
It wasn’t just with her. It was the same with others. She would want to save someone she had just met and would be so sad when she heard that they had died.
She was also very good to the people around her. The salary she gave to those useless people was so high. It would be better to just throw them away.
Thinking about her seriously advising her to do something else before, Cen Qianyi furrowed her brows. The person in the mirror also tightened her brows.
If she knew what she did, she didn’t know what her reaction would be. She would probably be terrified and might even pass out.
She would probably find the things she had said very ridiculous, that she had actually felt sorry for her. Cen Qianyi scoffed, and the heat on her face faded a little.
Who needed pity?
And she had wished her a long and healthy life…
She had never wanted to live for too long. Cen Qianyi reached out and touched the person in the mirror. She had even lived long enough already.
It was just that no one had ever appeared who could kill her. She had been looking forward to the day when someone would have the ability to kill her.
Now, a person had appeared who didn’t want to kill her and even wanted her to have a long and healthy life.
Cen Qianyi chuckled softly, looking at the upturned corners of her mouth in the mirror, which felt a little unfamiliar.
She had also begged her not to die.
She had only ever heard people beg her not to kill them.
Cen Qianyi looked down at her palm. That person’s tears had almost drowned her hand. How annoying, she could cry so much.
She washed her hands, but it felt as if the feeling of those tears was still there. After drying her hands, Cen Qianyi looked at the person in the mirror.
She should just die after her, to save her from getting annoyed by her crying.
She turned off the water. Cen Qianyi looked at herself, whose face had already returned to normal, and understood one thing.
She was Cen Qianyi. She could do whatever she wanted to do.
Why did she have to figure out the reason?
If she wanted to kiss her, she would kiss her.
What? She couldn’t kiss her?
Why was she panicking? What could she do to her? That woman seemed to have wanted to move just now. What was she going to do?
Not let her kiss her?
A strange look quickly flashed in Cen Qianyi’s eyes. She had actually been nervous just now and had accidentally bitten her.
She was actually, nervous.
This word was so new to her.
Her heart gradually returned to normal. Cen Qianyi looked at herself in the mirror, at the calm that had returned to her eyes.
It didn’t matter if it was because of love or whatever. If she wanted to do it, she would do it.
No one could stop her.
By the time Cen Qianyi had tidied up her emotions and left the bathroom, He Shu was already asleep.
She couldn’t be blamed. The drowsiness caused by the alcohol was completely irresistible! Otherwise, why would drunk driving be so strictly regulated in the world she lived in? Because it was very dangerous. She could even fall asleep while driving!
Cen Qianyi looked at the person on the sofa. The small wound on her lips had already scabbed over. It was the same on her shoulder. There was no pain on her face anymore, and she was sleeping very peacefully.
It was just that her breathing was a little heavier than usual, probably because she had drunk too much, and she was snoring a little.
Looking at the person who was only wearing a tank top and underwear, curled up on the sofa, she patted her face: “Get up, go to bed.”
The snoring stopped for a few seconds and then continued.
Cen Qianyi continued to pat her. The other person finally showed a sign of waking up, grabbed her hand, and said: “Qianqian… stop… I’m sleepy.”
Cen Qianyi was pulled a little and sat down on the edge of the sofa. The other person pulled her hand, placed it on her chest, instinctively squeezed it a few times, and then fell asleep again very quickly.
It became quiet outside. In the room, there were only two sounds of breathing, one light and one heavy.
Cen Qianyi sat frozen with her hand being held for a while, until she saw the clock on the wall. The shortest hand had passed 12. It was midnight. A new day had begun.
She pulled her hand back, got up, took a blanket from the bed to cover the person, and watched her for a while before changing her clothes and leaving the room.
It was almost dawn. When Cen Qianyi returned to the room, the person on the sofa was still sleeping soundly. She hadn’t even kicked off the blanket.
Cen Qianyi smiled, tiptoed into the bathroom to tidy herself up, changed into a new pair of pajamas, and squeezed into the sofa, which wasn’t narrow but was very crowded for two people.
The orange-yellow floor lamp was still on in the corner. Its warm light enveloped the two figures on the sofa.
In her daze, He Shu felt that she was being squeezed against the wall. She turned around and hugged the body that was squeezing her. She naturally made some room and even snuggled into the person’s neck.
“Qianqian, you smell so good.”
In a daze, He Shu sniffed a few more times. The corners of her lips curved up. Her stinky dog only smelled this good after a bath.
Thinking about how she had been frugal, sending it to the pet store for one bath was two weeks’ worth of her and the dog’s food expenses.
But smelling this good was worth it. She hugged Qianqian tightly and even kissed the dog’s furry head.
Cen Qianyi felt the touch on the top of her head and was stunned for a moment. The warmth of the person’s breath was still lingering on her neck. Her body felt a little numb for some reason.
She thought of that night in the villa. It was the first night she had met this person. She had snuck into her room to kill her, but was ended up being held down.
She just hugged her, and then she fell asleep.
Cen Qianyi looked at the ceiling, feeling the gentle squeeze on her hand. Drowsiness gradually set in.
Before she fell asleep, she thought, thankfully, she had failed that day.
It was the only time she had ever failed.
Her heart skipped a beat and then returned to a steady rhythm.
Thankfully.
…
The next morning, at the end of the sea, the sun rose. The sky was filled with colorful clouds, and the sea was shimmering with golden light.
Cen Qianyi opened her eyes to the sound of the doorbell. She assumed it was for breakfast. She removed the hand on her, put on a bathrobe, and quickly got up to tell them to leave.
When she opened the door, she saw a face that was both strange and familiar.
Ye Qi hadn’t expected Cen Qianyi to open the door.
She thought of what He Shu had said yesterday, to stay away from Cen Qianyi. She took two steps back from the stairs to the flat ground, looked at the person, and waved to greet her.
“Morning. I’m looking for Sister Shu.”
Cen Qianyi’s hand, which was holding her bathrobe’s belt, paused: “Sister… Shu?”
Ye Qi looked up at the person: “Yep. Is she not awake yet?”
They had an appointment yesterday. Looking at the person in front of her who seemed to have a bad temper from just waking up, Ye Qi took two more steps back.
“Uh, well, I’m going to the shooting range now. When she wakes up, can you tell her that I’ll be waiting for her at the shooting range?”
“Shooting range?”
Ye Qi nodded: “Yep. I promised to teach her how to shoot. The final exam for military school has this.”
“Military school?”
Ye Qi saw the person’s confusion and understood that He Shu hadn’t told her about it. She explained: “Sister Shu promised me yesterday that she would go to the military school entrance exam with me. I’ll head to the shooting range now. I’m sorry to trouble you. Can you pass on the message?”
With that, she turned and left, heading to the shooting range alone. She had originally wanted to invite Nie Wen Yu today to ask her some questions about the exam, but she didn’t know what she had been doing all night and had only come back before dawn this morning.
She needed to catch up on sleep during the day. Ye Qi could only come to look for He Shu alone, but she hadn’t woken up either. What had she been doing last night that she was still sleeping at this hour?
It couldn’t be because of the little bit of alcohol she drank yesterday, could it? She herself was fine after a night’s sleep.
Cen Qianyi looked at the person walking away, her eyes sinking. She went back to the sofa. The person was still not awake. She sat down and looked at her.
This person had gotten along very well with someone she had eaten with for one meal yesterday… Sister Shu.
She was even calling her ‘sister’ now.
And she was going to learn how to shoot. Military school? She looked at the person. Her, going to military school to show people how to pass out when she saw a dead person or how to cry when she saw a snake?
He Shu was awakened by a series of sharp electronic sounds. She opened her eyes and saw a gloomy gaze. Her confused mind couldn’t process it for a moment.
[Host, you’re finally awake. If you didn’t wake up now, something big would have happened!]
He Shu covered her head. It hurt so much. It was even worse with the electronic noise.
[There’s no time. The script has been sent. Host, hurry!]
He Shu didn’t immediately react to what script it was. She looked at the woman in front of her and felt that something was wrong…
Shouldn’t this person be in her arms?
Why was their standard getting-up position different?
Also, where was she? Why wasn’t she on a bed?
Just as her mind started to work, it started to swell. Hiss, her head hurt so much. He Shu wanted to get up. As soon as she moved, she found that her whole body hurt.
She looked down. What was going on? Why did she have a tooth mark on her shoulder?
She opened her mouth to say something, but her lips also hurt so much.
She reached out and touched them again. It seemed like a scab had formed on her lips.
What was going on? What had she done last night that everything hurt?
As she was thinking this, the electronic noise came back.
[Host, you were drunk last night. Don’t worry about that for now. Hurry and follow the script.]
Follow the script?
He Shu’s swollen brain started to bring up memories of those three words, little by little.
But before she could fully think about it, a red light started flashing in her mind. Looking at the familiar countdown, He Shu suddenly woke up!
She was completely awake!
Oh, my goodness, follow the script!
She looked at the lines and action prompts. She couldn’t care about the pain all over her body anymore and quickly reacted before the countdown ended.
He Shu followed the prompt and hugged Cen Qianyi, who was sitting on the edge of the sofa.
She rested her head on her arm and quickly said her line before the countdown ended.
“Baby, you’re awake. I didn’t get to spend time with you yesterday. Did you miss me?”
Cen Qianyi: …
She had just seen the person checking her wounds and was waiting for her to ask what had happened… She didn’t expect her to say ‘baby’ when she opened her mouth…
This person was truly, always able to give her an unexpected reaction.
Feeling the warmth of the face on her arm, she pushed her away with a finger.
“Who missed you?”
He Shu looked at the person, her gaze trembling. No, why didn’t she change the line? She was hoping that the other person would change the line so she would have time to figure out the situation.
She didn’t expect the person to follow the line!
She looked at Cen Qianyi, a complicated look in her eyes. This person was truly, always able to give her an unexpected reaction!
There was no other choice. She could only bite the bullet and continue with her lines without understanding the situation.
“Baby, you’re not being good.”
Cen Qianyi raised an eyebrow, squinted her eyes at the person who was ‘acting up’ as soon as she woke up, and didn’t say anything, wanting to see what she was going to do this time.
He Shu looked at the prompt [Pull the belt over and tie the other person’s hands together.]
She looked down at her body. She was wearing a tank top. Where was the belt?
Also, where were her pajamas? Why was she sleeping in just her underwear?
Before she could figure it out, an alert sounded in her mind.
He Shu looked around for a belt. Her gaze finally fell on Cen Qianyi. She was wearing a bathrobe over her, which had a belt.
There was no time. She quickly pulled it off her.
The bathrobe opened, revealing a light silver spaghetti-strap nightgown underneath. The silk fabric looked very smooth.
Cen Qianyi looked at the open bathrobe and the belt that had been pulled off. A strange look flashed in her eyes. She was curious about what the person was going to do. She didn’t stop her and waited for her next move.
He Shu was so frustrated with the person who was sitting there like a statue. Why was she dazed? Hurry and say something or do something!
But the other person seemed to be deliberately going against her, just sitting there motionlessly.
There was nothing she could do. She could only follow the prompt and tie her hands together.
She tied a bow.
She was hoping that Cen Qianyi would resist and save her from this plot, so the knot was tied very loosely. She could break free with a little force.
But the person didn’t move! She didn’t move at all!
She was already tied up. Didn’t she realize that things were going bad?!
There was nothing she could do. If she didn’t move or change the plot, she could only continue.
He Shu hugged the person, turned around, and pressed her down underneath her.
She then grabbed her tied hands, lifted them up over her head, and her arm muscles created a beautiful arc.
He Shu looked down at the person underneath her. Her eyes were filled with ‘Hurry and move’ and ‘Say something’ and ‘Do something!’
But the person was acting like she had no soul. He Shu had no choice but to continue.
She used one hand to pinch Cen Qianyi’s face and the other to bend Cen Qianyi’s leg. She then slid her hand up her calf, little by little, going under the nightgown, and stopped at her waist.
He Shu only used a few fingers to lightly touch Cen Qianyi’s indented waist. In her nervousness, her fingers twitched.
A ticklish feeling came from her waist. Cen Qianyi’s whole body tensed up.
She looked at the person who was tickling her waist. Looking at the current position, what was this person going to do so early in the morning?
He Shu was speechless at the person who was just looking at her and not doing anything.
And the way she was acting, it was as if she wanted to quietly watch her perform.
If she didn’t move, then she was really going to act it out!
The countdown started again.
He Shu quickly lowered her head and kissed her chest. She sucked a little with a little force. Hiss, her lips hurt a little. She licked them. It seemed like her lips were broken. What had she done last night?
Cen Qianyi’s pupils trembled… a look of surprise flashed in her eyes.
He Shu didn’t have time to think about how her lips got injured… Not only did she not have time to think about this, but she also didn’t have time to think about other things, such as how she ended up sleeping on the sofa, why her head hurt so much, and why she had tooth marks on her shoulder.
She lowered her head and looked at the spot where she had just kissed. A red mark appeared on the fair skin.
One strawberry, OK.
He Shu looked up at Cen Qianyi, her gaze burning. She understood now, didn’t she? What she was going to do!!!
The plot for this morning, in short, was three words: planting strawberries!
She had already given her a sample!
Hurry, get up and stop me!
Knock me out, hypnotize me, whatever!
Hurry up!
