Chapter 12: She Threw It at Ruan Siyi’s Face.
Ruan Siyi’s breathing suddenly grew heavy.
The way Fu Ru’an had just called her “Ruan Ruan” was sticky and lingering, as if the sensitive skin of her ears had been licked damply by that heated voice, leaving behind a trail of ambiguous moisture.
Yet the culprit who had stirred up this unspeakable tension now leaned innocently against her chest, her silky long hair brushing against Ruan Siyi’s collarbone.
From Ruan Siyi’s slightly downward gaze
The deep black lace wrapped around the omega’s jade-like, glowing skin, the full curves of her chest tightly encased in the scant fabric, a sight that made one’s mouth dry and throat tighten.
Her heart raced wildly, as if about to leap out of her throat, while a strange, tingling sensation traveled up her body, from her toes all the way to that already damp place.
Fu Ru’an’s fingertips lightly traced Ruan Siyi’s chin, sliding slowly down her midline before finally settling on her collarbone, swirling there with alternating pressure.
“What’s wrong, Ruan Ruan?”
Fu Ru’an’s voice carried a laugh, playful and charming, yet still soft in tone.
“Don’t want to?”
“Stay tonight. Tomorrow, I’ll have the driver take you back.”
Ruan Siyi’s body was nearly too stiff to move.
Fu Ru’an was so close to her that it was almost impossible to suppress the outburst of top-tier Alpha pheromones surging within her.
The moment the scent of vodka hit Fu Ru’an, her body instantly softened, and Ruan Siyi instinctively reached out to steady her waist.
The skin there was smooth and delicate, milky in color yet silky to the touch. A few expensive, glittering rhinestones pressed against her palm and fingertips-
She fiddled with it with a strange malice until the hard stone gradually rubbed the delicate skin at Fu Ru’an’s waist red, bringing a tingling, dense pleasure.
On the other side of the door, the knocking gradually weakened until it faded away completely.
In its place, the sudden ringing of a telephone echoed through the space.
The phone in Ruan Siyi’s pocket began to vibrate, and even Fu Ru’an, nestled in her arms, could feel the tremors.
“Your little assistant must be getting anxious.”
Fu Ru’an’s fingers tapped lightly against Ruan Siyi’s collarbone, restlessly trying to tug at the collar of her shirt, where a butterfly’s wing peeked out, poised as if ready to flutter away.
You should answer it.
Looking at Fu Ru’an’s calm expression -as if the person currently wearing seductive lingerie and curled up in her arms wasn’t her at all-Ruan Siyi couldn’t help but grit her teeth.
She admitted that Fu Ru’an held a strong allure for her, and not just because of her stunning beauty and figure.
There was an air of confidence about Fu Ru’an, as though everything was always under her control.
Every movement, every word could effortlessly shift the dynamics between them, easily stirring Ruan Siyi’s emotions with just a flick of her fingers.
Danger and Fu Ru’an were equally irresistible to Ruan Siyi’s instincts.
She didn’t understand the intentions behind Fu Ru’an’s actions.
At first, Fu Ru’an should have despised her-even loathed her.
After all, it was her who had drugged Fu Ru’an, forcing that aloof and indifferent woman to humiliatingly bloom beneath her.
Yet, as they spent more time together, Ruan Siyi began to feel that Fu Ru’an’s emotions toward her weren’t hatred at all. If anything, there was a hint of… indulgence?
But why?
In the original story, the Ruan Siyi of that world was someone Fu Ru’an detested to the core. And the current Ruan Siyi had no prior connection with her.
Having transmigrated into this world, she had no roots here to begin with. This Fu Ru’an, whose motives remained unclear, might very well be another unfathomable whirlpool.
Her grip tightened slightly, until the soft flesh at the omega’s waist swelled slightly between her fingers.
I really want to see Sister Fu lose control.
Ruan Siyi held the phone with one hand while using the other to restrain the person in her arms, who was nuzzling against her restlessly like a cat.
“Little sister Ruan, the car is already downstairs. Are you home right now?”
The voice on the phone belonged to her anxious little assistant.
“The high-speed train departs in half an hour. If we don’t leave now, we won’t make it!”
Just as Ruan Siyi was about to respond, she barely managed a syllable before suddenly falling silent.
A delicate, boneless hand slid slowly beneath the hem of Ruan Siyi’s pleated skirt, its warm palm gliding along the inside of her thigh, fingers tracing the slightly raised black mole there.
Startled by the movement, Ruan Siyi stifled any sound that might betray her, afraid the person on the other end of the call would notice.
“Hello? Sister Ruan? Are you still there?”
The assistant’s voice came through the phone again, urgency lacing her tone as she pressed for an answer.
“-”
Ruan Siyi gritted her teeth, trying desperately to steady her voice, which threatened to waver. But Fu Ru’an gave her no chance to recover.
Her fingertips traced slow, teasing circles over Ruan Siyi’s sensitive skin, her eyes glinting with mischief, fully aware of the struggle she was causing.
“Ruan Ruan…”
Fu Ru’an’s whisper was almost lost in the night, soft and melting, laced with an irresistible, lingering allure.
Her fingers crept higher, until they brushed against a damp patch.
Ruan Siyi’s body shuddered violently, nearly drawing a sound from her lips-until she saw Fu Ru’an leisurely retract her hand. Finally, she relented and whispered hoarsely into the phone:
“I won’t take the high-speed train. Someone will drive me to Shanghai tomorrow in time for the shoot.”
“Apologize to the driver downstairs for me. Sorry for the trouble.”
“Huh?”
The assistant on the other end was stunned, clearly not expecting this answer, but she obediently agreed.
She was just about to remind Ruan Siyi again not to miss the time when she realized the call had already been disconnected on the other end.
Inside the room, Ruan Siyi finally snapped back to reality. The uniquely Alpha pheromones were suddenly released, flooding the entire space.
“Sister Fu.”
She lowered her gaze, looking at Fu Ru’an, then abruptly lifted her up against the wall and kissed her.
She kissed fiercely, urgently, like a traveler who had gone days without water finally finding a spring.
Ruan Siyi’s lips pressed against Fu Ru’an’s with an undeniable force, her tongue invading aggressively, as if trying to consume every last trace of her breath.
Fu Ru’an was caught off guard by the sudden, violent assault. Her back slammed against the cold wall, her fingers instinctively gripping Ruan Siyi’s shoulders, trembling slightly.
The pheromones in the air grew even more intense—the spicy, sharp sting of vodka intertwined with the smooth, sweet creaminess of Baileys, crashing against their already strained nerves.
Ruan Siyi’s gaze darkened further, her hand sliding along Fu Ru’an’s waist, feeling the smooth, delicate skin there.
Her breathing grew ragged and heavy, carrying a nearly uncontrollable hunger.
Ruan Siyi didn’t stop. The kiss between their lips and teeth grew even more urgent.
She pressed Fu Ru’an tightly against herself, hands firmly supporting her hips, practically carrying her as they moved while still kissing.
Fu Ru’an’s arms naturally wrapped around Siyi’s neck, her legs lightly hooking around her waist.
Her breathing grew increasingly rapid, the wet, heated entanglement between their lips and tongues leaving her mind blank, her body melting helplessly into Ruan Siyi’s embrace.
With every step, Ruan Siyi seemed like an Alpha who had held back for far too long, unleashing an overwhelming possessiveness.
Her lips left Fu Ru’an’s mouth, trailing soft kisses down her chin to the side of her neck. Her fingertips traced along Fu Ru’an’s waistline, slowly sliding upward, brushing against the smooth skin of her back with a teasing, almost imperceptible caress.
Fu Ru’an trembled lightly, her fingers unconsciously tightening around Ruan Siyi’s collar. A suppressed whimper escaped her throat, carrying a faintly seductive allure.
She turned her head, letting Ruan Siyi’s kisses land on her most sensitive spots.
The bedroom door was kicked open, and Fu Ru’an felt herself sink into a soft bed.
The next second.
A thick blanket suddenly descended from above, covering her body and leaving only her head exposed.
Her little Alpha, blushing, kissed her forehead reverently and said:
“Sister Fu, don’t catch a cold.”
“You must be tired today, so let’s rest early and sleep.”
Tonight had been enough—she couldn’t ask for more.
Fu Ru’an: “…………”
So, by “staying over,” you literally meant just sleeping under the same blanket?
Ruan Siyi handed her a cotton pajama set.
“Change into this. I won’t look.”
Fu Ru’an changed under the covers and tossed her discarded underwear at Ruan Siyi.
But her aim was off—the panties landed squarely on Ruan Siyi’s face.
Some of the sticky fluid smeared onto the tip of Ruan Siyi’s nose.
Out of habit, she sniffed lightly.
“So sweet.”
Sister smells so sweet.
Fu Ru’an awkwardly averted her gaze and burrowed under the blanket, lying down with her back to Ruan Siyi.
Ruan Siyi stared at the items in her hands, feeling as though they were burning her fingers. When she glanced down, she noticed a diamond had fallen off—perhaps dislodged during their earlier, overly passionate kiss.
“Sister Fu… this rhinestone fell off…”
She spoke hesitantly.
Fu Ru’an’s slightly annoyed voice came from the other side: “Just throw it away.”
Small rhinestones like these weren’t worth much anyway.
They didn’t even add up to a few carats.
“But they looked so pretty on you.”
Ruan Siyi gathered the rhinestone and the fabric into her palm.
Even though Fu Ru’an had said to discard them, she took them to the bathroom and carefully washed them with water and soap until they were clean again, then hung them up to dry.
“Goodnight, sister.”
Ruan Siyi’s voice was slightly hoarse as she climbed into bed and gently embraced Fu Ru’an from behind.
Fu Ru’an nestled against her chest, curling up in Ruan Siyi’s arms. After a long pause, she finally replied, “Goodnight.”
Ruan Siyi looked down at her, her heart churning with indescribable emotions.
She sighed softly, running her fingers through Fu Ru’an’s long hair before pulling her closer into her embrace.
The night was deep and dark. In the stillness, Ruan Siyi suddenly remembered the rhinestone that had fallen off.
She had cleaned that rhinestone too, leaving it glistening with droplets of water on the bedside table.
For some reason, she suddenly wanted to see how it would look coated in another kind of liquid—something thicker.
She went to look in the mirror.
Even on her nose, it sparkled so brightly.
It would probably look just as beautiful inside.
