(Note: Before you read, for this novel I’m sticking to the original Japanese naming system with the family name first then the given name. Example: MC of this novel is Higashitani Haru, with Haru as the given name and Higashitani as the family name.)

The Protagonist Ichijou, Who Chose the Harem Ending  

A harem—  

It refers to one man surrounded by multiple women.  

Moreover, these women often have feelings for that one man.  

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call it one of the states many men aspire to.  

“It’s finally time, huh?”  

“Yeah… I wonder if I’ll be okay…”  

“You’ll be fine! You worked so hard; it’s bound to go well!”  

“Yeah… yeah! I’m going!”  

“Good luck!”  

I encouraged Shizuku Amamiya as I sent her off to confess her feelings. 

To confess to the person she liked.  

I, Higashitani Haru, and Amamiya Shizuku are childhood friends.  

And it seems Shizuku has fallen for Ichijou Makoto.  

She asked me to help her because she wanted to become his girlfriend.  

I genuinely supported her in her request.  

I decided that if Shizuku’s love succeeded, I’d feel lonely but still celebrate it.  

And if she were rejected, I’d comfort her and encourage her that there’s always next time.
