The Housewife O Made Me Become a Mom (GL) - Chapter 16: Biting Her Until It Hurt
Chapter 16: Biting Her Until It Hurt
Lin Xu looked at Shu Qingyou in surprise, pinned beneath her yet still able to stay calm and smile.
In the past, Shu Qingyou would give up struggling once she realized escape was impossible.
Lin Xu, caught up in the heat, would mischievously delay the moment.
Her two fingers stayed still, and she gazed with interest into Shu Qingyou’s misty, alluring eyes.
She made a gesture both understood.
“Beg me.”
Lin Xu wasn’t used to cursing, but during these moments, crude words often slipped out.
Whenever they were together, their pheromones easily reached dizzying levels.
Shu Qingyou had a naturally pale, refined face, but in the act, her cheeks flushed like they were dusted with rouge, delicate and fragile.
Surprisingly, she endured it, while Lin Xu kept pushing aggressively.
Shu Qingyou only bit her hand until the skin broke and bled, refusing to meet Lin Xu’s eyes or beg pitifully.
Often, Lin Xu wasn’t satisfied and forcibly turned Shu Qingyou’s sharp chin with a pheromone-covered hand.
“You should see how pathetic you look. It’s laughable. My friends don’t beg their canaries.”
She loved seeing Shu Qingyou’s graceful, charming face and the side of her that lost control.
She liked using force.
It wasn’t just physical but also a psychological thrill.
She wanted to touch Shu Qingyou’s limits, but her indifferent attitude made Lin Xu feel like she was fighting a useless battle against cotton.
At that moment, Shu Qingyou remained calm, showing no fear.
“Get up.”
Shu Qingyou’s smile didn’t reach her eyes. Lin Xu, already disoriented, leaned down in a daze, holding her breath.
“Who are you?”
She stared a few seconds longer, feeling annoyed and muttering while shaking her head.
“Shu Qingyou wouldn’t dare refuse me. Playing hard to get, maybe, but you’re not her.”
Panting heavily, Lin Xu’s burning face nearly touched Shu Qingyou’s.
Shu Qingyou tried to move her pinned arms, but Lin Xu’s fingers clamped down like iron.
Shu Qingyou suppressed her overwhelming desire and said firmly, “Let go. It really hurts.”
Lin Xu didn’t know how to be gentle. In front of Shu Qingyou, she dropped all pretense, showing no grace, like a hungry tiger pouncing on prey.
If this were an amnesiac Lin Xu, she might still have some cute, girlish charm. Now, she was like a crazed animal, acting purely on instinct, deaf to reason.
It was infuriating.
Lin Xu rubbed her marking teeth, feeling a sour itch. “You defy me? Shu Qingyou, know your place.”
Sensing Lin Xu’s intent as she ground her teeth, Shu Qingyou knew another marking was likely coming.
Following her lead, Shu Qingyou asked a question she hadn’t voiced in years: “Fine, let’s talk about status. I’m all ears. What’s our relationship?”
Lin Xu froze for a moment, her grip loosening slightly. In her memory, Shu Qingyou was quiet and never argued.
She recalled a time when she called Shu Qingyou at midnight to come to a nightclub’s private room.
The place was a mess, filled with smoke, alcohol, and lewd chatter.
Lin Xu knew Shu Qingyou had never been to such a place or tried hard liquor.
Wearing a fresh white dress with her long hair neatly draped, Shu Qingyou looked like a figure from an art exhibit, elegant and otherworldly.
She was from a different world than Lin Xu and her friends.
A drunk friend with disheveled hair teased, “Is this the pure Omega Lin Xu keeps?”
Lin Xu felt their relationship was nothing more than a transaction. She glanced at Shu Qingyou as a seductive Omega clung to her arm.
“She’s faking it. She’s wild in bed.”
“Tell us more.”
Her friends couldn’t resist, casting greasy looks at Shu Qingyou.
“She’s got plenty of tricks.”
Lin Xu hated explaining. She filled her glass with clear liquor and lazily held a cigarette in her mouth.
She put out the cigarette and stood. The flickering lights fell on them. Shu Qingyou’s lashes cast a small shadow under her eyes.
The commanding presence of an Alpha in heels could make others kneel.
Shu Qingyou had to tilt her chin to see Lin Xu’s disdainful expression.
Lin Xu stared at her delicate, pale face. Her quiet eyes flickered faintly, like an invisible hand slowly tightening around Lin Xu’s heart.
She exhaled deeply, resisting the urge to take Shu Qingyou home.
She wanted to keep her for herself, to possess her fiercely…
But she couldn’t control the urge to destroy Shu Qingyou.
After all, she hated her. From the moment she heard the name Shu Qingyou, a seed of revenge sprouted in her heart.
Sadly, the Shu family was small—just Shu Qingyou, her sister, rna and an insignificant elderly person.
There were no close relatives, leaving Lin Xu’s seed of hatred without enough soil to grow.
She couldn’t just kill all three to satisfy her grudge.
“Drink it all,” Lin Xu said with a smirk. “In one go.”
Shu Qingyou’s gaze shifted between the liquor in the glass and Lin Xu’s face before she firmly grasped the cup, her fingers brushing Lin Xu’s skin.
“Let go.”
As always, her touch was cool. Lin Xu sneered, “No rush. I mean the whole bottle.”
The crowd cheered, egging her on.
“Drink! Drink! Drink!”
Shu Qingyou had only tried low-proof alcohol once. Half a glass made her skin itch.
She had looked it up online: alcohol allergy could cause redness and itching at best, vomiting or hospitalization at worst.
Lin Xu knew this and did it on purpose to humiliate her.
The weight in her hand vanished. In a fleeting moment, Lin Xu refocused to see Shu Qingyou had downed the small glass and walked past her.
Amid the crowd’s shocked gasps, Shu Qingyou lifted a 750ml bottle of freshly opened vodka and chugged it.
Lin Xu turned. The 50-proof liquor was harsh and strong. As the bottle emptied, some liquid trickled from Shu Qingyou’s mouth.
Her fingers gripped the bottle tightly, veins bulging, her skin flushed with rushing bl00d, her face glowing with vivid color.
The cheering crowd fell silent, with only the spotlight buzzing.
After a while, Shu Qingyou gasped heavily, her lips glossy and moist.
She politely set down the empty bottle. Struggling to stand, she locked eyes with Lin Xu.
Lin Xu’s lips moved, her fingertips digging into her palms, the pain turning numb.
After a pause, she forced out fragmented words.
“Not bad.”
Her friends gaped, eyes wide with disbelief. “Damn, Lin Xu, your Omega looks frail but is something else!”
“Lin Xu, let’s get more bottles for her. Keep blowing our minds!”
Lin Xu was already irritated when Shu Qingyou grabbed the bottle. Her sleeveless white dress revealed red rashes on her shoulders and arms.
Yet Shu Qingyou stayed silent, lips sealed, as if blocking out the noise.
Lin Xu felt a storm brewing in her chest, oppressive and heavy, with rain that wouldn’t fall.
Furious, she grabbed Shu Qingyou’s arm and dragged her out roughly.
Why was Shu Qingyou acting so tough? Standing there calmly, confronting her—did she think she was cool?!
Barely able to stand yet still pretending—who was she performing for?!
And was she brainless? Knowing it could kill her, she didn’t refuse!
On many nights, Lin Xu convinced herself Shu Qingyou deserved it. No matter how bad things got, it was her debt to pay.
It was all Shu Qingyou’s mother’s fault for hitting and killing Lin Xu’s mother while sober, then fleeing and causing another accident, leaving only insurance to cover the damages.
But a mother’s debt passes to her child. That’s only fair.
Recalling this, Lin Xu felt dizzier, her temples throbbing with pain.
She finally released Shu Qingyou, hammering her head in frustration. “What relationship could we have? You think you’re worth more than you are?”
They say drunken words reveal the truth. Shu Qingyou thought there was some sense in that. Lin Xu, now acting like she was drunk, was no different, especially with her abnormal glands.
The floral pheromone’s intensity had lessened.
The restless, burning urges in Shu Qingyou’s body calmed slightly.
But the spot where Lin Xu pressed against her was impossible to ignore.
Like an electric shock, she bit her lip, thinking she needed to buy more underwear…
After four years, she was still this sensitive.
While Lin Xu clutched her head, whimpering in pain, Shu Qingyou shifted her legs.
“Well, no relationship suits me just fine.”
She was tired of being entangled with Lin Xu, having learned that getting close to her brought misfortune.
A sticky sensation lingered between their skin. Shu Qingyou struggled to stand.
She didn’t plan to give Lin Xu medicine but couldn’t let her die in her home.
Shu Qingyou smoothed her wrinkled clothes. Lin Xu lay like a puddle of mud on the bedding.
A dark water stain on the light sheets caught her eye, with Lin Xu’s face pressed against it.
Shu Qingyou was speechless. She remembered Lin Xu as someone who valued cleanliness. What had happened to make her like this?
Whatever. It wasn’t her concern. Shu Qingyou tossed out, “Remember to take your medicine and leave after.”
She turned confidently, but Lin Xu felt a vast emptiness. Crying and sobbing, she clumsily hugged Shu Qingyou’s slender waist.
“Don’t go! Don’t go! You’re not allowed to go!”
Her sobs grew louder. Shu Qingyou felt sharp pain in her waist.
Looking down, she couldn’t help but laugh and cry. Lin Xu not only clung tightly but also nibbled at her waist.
Was Lin Xu a dog?
Pinned in place, Shu Qingyou said gently, “Be good, okay?”
“It’s been four years. Let’s both be dignified.”
Lin Xu buried her head in Shu Qingyou’s dress, making it damp. Ignoring her words, she sniffed her scent, feeling comforted.
Her head stopped hurting, though she still felt feverish.
Shu Qingyou let her hold on for a while. Neither spoke.
The dim table lamp cast a slanted glow on Lin Xu’s drooping head, her hair fluffy like an abandoned animal.
Her pajamas were a mess, and she refused to let go.
Shu Qingyou couldn’t understand Lin Xu. In recent years, she rarely felt this unbalanced powerlessness.
She no longer had the energy to try understanding her. No matter what, she couldn’t stay bound like this forever.
Shu Qingyou compromised. “You’re not clear-headed now. When your fever’s gone, we’ll talk.”
Desperate to bury her whole head in Shu Qingyou’s embrace, Lin Xu mumbled, “Really?”
“I keep my word. We’ll have a clear talk.”
The bitten spot ached dully. Shu Qingyou didn’t need to look to know it was bruised. Helplessly, she wondered when Lin Xu picked up this biting habit.
She grabbed a strip of fever medicine, pinching a pill between her fingers.
“Take your medicine like a good girl.”
“Okay.”
Lin Xu dazedly put the pill on her tongue, chewed twice, and her face scrunched up like a bitter melon.
Shu Qingyou quickly fed her water, patting her back to calm her, preventing another outburst.
As if forgetting something important, Lin Xu gulped the water, collapsed back onto the bed, and stopped thinking. Hugging the blanket, she fell asleep instantly.
This woman was getting bolder, falling asleep in seconds.
The soft flesh at Shu Qingyou’s waist still hurt. She rubbed it, sighing inwardly.
She hoped Lin Xu wouldn’t bite her again when she woke up.
