- Chapter 3 - The Villainess’s Little Quirk
The figure walking toward her in that strikingly bright, flowing dress—who else could it be but Chi Wan?
An Ran knew Chi Wan. In her previous life, several of the people on the dating show had all been Chi Wan’s exes. Was Chi Wan simply blind, or just hopelessly lovestruck? Those women had clearly been playing her, yet Chi Wan still gave them her whole heart, letting them trample on it again and again.
An Ran had even tried to warn her—but Chi Wan wouldn’t listen. Wouldn’t believe her.
In An Ran’s eyes, Chi Wan from her past life was pitiful—but pitiful people often brought it upon themselves. If Chi Wan had just listened, if she had seen through the true nature of those exes, she wouldn’t have ended up in such a tragic situation.
Within just a few seconds, An Ran had recalled several fragments of her memories involving Chi Wan. Then, without looking again, she continued pulling her suitcase forward.
No matter. That Chi Wan only has eyes for her former Omega lovers. She won’t see anyone else at all.
But just as the thought crossed her mind, a fair, slender hand reached out and pressed down on her suitcase handle. The pale fingers, smooth as porcelain, rested against the matte black rod—so white, it was practically glowing.
Bright red nail polish flared like flames, burning in the eyes of anyone who saw it. Red, black, and white—the most striking trio of colors—all converged in that single moment, painting a portrait of perfect contrast.
An Ran’s eyes were drawn to it instinctively. Chi Wan hadn’t even used much force, yet An Ran found herself unable to move forward.
She had always been secretly into hands—she just hadn’t found a pair beautiful enough to awaken that hidden quirk. Until now.
“Miss,” Chi Wan said with a sunny squint and a cheerful smile. “Let me help you with that.”
She raised her other hand in a friendly wave, shielding her eyes from the glaring sun. Rosy fingertips cast dappled shadows across her face, and shafts of golden light filtered through the gaps between her fingers.
An Ran’s gaze locked again. Her breath caught unconsciously.
Her hands are… stunning.
“Miss? Are you okay?” Chi Wan asked, stepping closer, her breath gently brushing across An Ran’s forehead. She waved her hand in front of An Ran’s face, trying to get her attention.
“Huh?” An Ran almost got distracted again by that sculpted, jade-like hand. She pinched herself discreetly and finally snapped back to awareness.
Chi Wan chuckled at her dazed look. “I said, let me carry your luggage.”
“Oh—no, that’s really not necessary. I can manage,” An Ran replied instinctively, gripping the suitcase handle. But the next moment, her fingers brushed against something warm and silky-smooth. Startled, she immediately let go—but her mind lingered on that touch.
So soft…
“No need to be polite. I’ll carry it,” Chi Wan said easily. “But I haven’t picked up my own luggage yet. Would you mind walking with me to get it first?”
Chi Wan had taken in every detail of An Ran’s reaction—and couldn’t help but laugh to herself.
This villain… why does she seem kind of clueless? But wow, she’s gorgeous—like a fairy or something. That “innocent but seductive” trope must’ve been based on girls like her!
She pointed toward where her suitcase was stored, tilting her head and waiting expectantly for An Ran’s response.
“O-Okay… let’s go then.” An Ran fidgeted slightly, toes turning inward as she started walking that way.
“Great, off we go~” Chi Wan laughed softly, took An Ran’s suitcase, and—without knowing what was wrong with it—pulled a little too hard.
Crack!
The wheel jerked sideways and the suitcase toppled over. To make matters worse, the latch popped open, and clothing spilled everywhere.
“Ah! I’m so sorry!” Chi Wan immediately crouched down and began scooping the clothes back in with practiced speed.
As she did, she caught a glimpse of An Ran’s neatly folded undergarments. Just as she reached for a jacket, the system’s mission echoed in her mind:
【Within 3 days, obtain a personal item from a non-ex Omega guest.】
Chi Wan’s hand trembled slightly.
This is it. The perfect chance.
Yes, it was risky. If caught, she could easily be branded a pervert. But if she didn’t do it, the system would enforce it anyway.
As the saying goes: beheading is beheading—might as well be quick about it.
So, panties or bra?
Her heart pounded wildly. She scanned the pile—looked like there were more bras than panties. With guilty hands, she grabbed a soft piece of fabric and quickly slipped it into her skirt pocket.
She held her breath the entire time, only exhaling once the pocket bulged slightly.
Holy sht. That was way too intense!*
If she had to complete many more missions like this, she would die young.
【Ding! Mission Complete! You have successfully obtained the D-cup bra of non-ex Omega guest An Ran. Reward: +2% Sexy Red Lips! (One kiss and they’ll be hooked—burned into memory, haunting their dreams!)】
Chi Wan froze and instinctively squeezed the fabric in her pocket.
Wait… D-cup? Her eyes involuntarily wandered back to An Ran.
Her figure… is really something else.
But then she noticed An Ran staring at her hand—the exact hand that had just swiped the bra!
Sh*t—did she see?!*
Chi Wan’s scalp prickled with panic. Her gaze flickered nervously.
“Your finger… it’s scraped,” An Ran said softly. Her voice held a faint tinge of concern.
Before Chi Wan could react, An Ran had pulled out a small adhesive bandage and wrapped it gently around her finger. “Let’s hope it doesn’t leave a mark.”
With that, the tension drained from Chi Wan like a deflated balloon. Whew—she didn’t notice after all!
She looked down and saw the cute little bandage on her finger. Her heart stirred with guilt.
She’s so kind to me… and I just stole her…
【Ding! Third Mission: Within 5 days, obtain An Ran’s panties—the same set as the bra! Reward: +10% Perfect Cooking Skills! (To win a woman’s heart, win her stomach. To win her stomach, perfect your cooking!)】
Chi Wan: …
She looked at the fully closed suitcase they had just packed, fists slowly clenching at her sides.
Inside that case… was the matching pair.
Damn it. This system is definitely screwing with me! Now it tells me?!
